The B&B is located a few kilometers from the center of Treviso, in a hamlet of the municipality of Villorba, a few meters off the main road but easily reachable by GPS. There is ample parking space. In the area there are many supermarkets and large stores. Mrs. Annita, the owner who also runs the B&B, is very kind and attentive and made us feel at home. The room's furnishings, very clean, are simple but functional. In the lounge, where a generous breakfast is served, there is a nice fireplace and many books. Obviously reviews are always subjective but my wife and I stayed there for five nights and we had a great time.

In no previous accommodation have I received such a warm welcome. Mrs. Annita is a truly wonderful person who, with her way of being, made this day absolutely unforgettable. The location left me speechless. Unique in its style but so welcoming. We thank you for everything and will definitely return.

We were impressed by the availability and kindness of the landlady who welcomed us late in the evening with warmth. We felt at home! The garden is delightful, as is the room, comfortable and very spacious. The breakfast is rich and varied. The landlady is both reserved and courteous. We feel confident in recommending the choice of the structure.

We had a great time, Mrs. Anita is truly a friendly and nice person, with whom we had a pleasant chat. We will be back soon.

The lady who hosted us is a real delight, attentive and hospitable. Excellent cleanliness and breakfast.

Beautiful villa immersed in the greenery a few kilometers from the center of Treviso. Large room with bathroom. Abundant breakfast (possibility of having gluten-free food upon request). The owner is a very kind, attentive, and helpful lady. Nearby there is a bus stop to easily reach Treviso, as well as restaurants and supermarkets. Recommended!

I stayed with my parents at this very nice Bed and Breakfast. The place is peaceful, immersed in the green garden of the house, where you can relax in complete freedom. The owner Annita was very helpful and kind, welcomed us very well and made us feel at home. Surely, if we were to return to visit Venice, I would have no doubts about where to stay. Excellent!

I stayed at Villa dei Pini three days a week for over four months, for study purposes. The property is a large villa, with a beautiful lounge available to guests for breakfast. There are three bookable rooms, one double with a private bathroom and two others with a shared bathroom. The style is very classic and elegant. All the comforts are there: towels, sheets, hairdryer, bathroom with bath or shower, water bottle in the room and TV. The cleanliness of the whole house is truly impeccable. The villa is surrounded by a large private park, where you can relax or let the children play. No parking problems, as there are many free parking spaces in front of the villa, but if you wish, there is also a garage available. The location of the property is just outside Treviso, but you can reach the city center in 10-15 minutes, both by car and by bus. However, the real added value of this property is the owner Annita, a lady with a heart of gold who takes perfect care of her guests. Annita is very sociable, helpful, and prepares delicious cakes for breakfast. In addition to the welcoming property, I believe it is she who makes everything so familiar and relaxing; because when you spend so much time away from your own home, it is important to find a place where you really feel good and Villa dei Pini is like..being at home!

We were guests at Villa dei Pini for one night during the return from a Vespa trip. Elegant, very refined and clean structure, managed by a very friendly and helpful person. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. Mrs. Annita made her garage available to store my Vespa, but it was not necessary as the large garden is completely fenced. Nearby, within walking distance, there are a couple of places where you can have dinner at affordable prices. Definitely recommended for both a quick stopover and a longer stay.

Mrs. Anita was very kind and helpful. My son still thanks for the coloring book given. Highly recommended!

The place is truly enchanting, well-kept, clean, fascinating, rich in sensitivity and memories of affection, family love, tradition, and a life lived with joy. Very welcoming, in short. The owner, moreover, is an exceptional lady in attentions, courtesy, kindness, and sensitivity. It is a real pleasure to talk to her! My wife and I highly recommend this bed and breakfast.
