Very nice and welcoming host, very nice room. The only deficit is that the room is not soundproof and the footsteps of the people in the room above woke me up every night.

Dear Guest, thank you for highlighting the hospitality and cleanliness. As for the soundproofing, as you will have noticed, the building where you stayed is more than 500 years old, and of course it cannot offer the same level of sound insulation as a newly built property. I’m quite sure you can understand that, sometimes the quality of our rest depends on the consideration of our neighbors. To be honest, what surprised me a little was your score regarding value for money. Although eight is a good rating, I must admit I was expecting something higher. I checked, and the price you paid, thanks to a special promotion, is usually the kind of price one would pay at a campsite in low season...not in Venice at 3 minutes walking from Rialto bridge... Kind regards Luca.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance, and it’s only about 5 minutes to the Grand Canal. There are plenty of nice restaurants and small shops right on the same street. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely recommend this place and have found our go-to spot for future visits!

So sad that we weren't able to stay longer. This was a perfect b&b, great location, responsive hosts, so clean! We will definitely be back. We had to leave very early hence not being able to have the breakfast, which I'm sure would have been 10/10.

The rooms in the pictures are very nice, but we had a very dark room and not really like that. I would have liked to know what I'm getting when I paid online. The location is very good though, close to everything.

Upon arrival we were kindly greeted by an employee, shortly after the host arrived. The accommodation is central, near the Rialto Bridge. The double room assigned to us on the first floor was larger than expected, really nicely furnished, with a high-quality mattress and a super comfortable neck pillow. Everything was very clean. The house is thin-walled, but most places in Venice will be. If one is a guest.

Riguardo all’insonorizzazione, come giustamente ha notato, a Venezia non sempre è semplice isolare completamente i rumori esterni, sopratutto in un edificio così antico e protetto dalle Belle Arti, ma faremo tesoro del suo commento per continuare a migliorarci e rendere il soggiorno dei nostri ospiti il più piacevole possibile. Excellent place to stay in Venice. We only stayed one night but we wished we could stay longer. Everything was very clean, spacious room, very comfortable bed, air conditioning and the hotel is very nice. You can tell the attention to detail and quality. We will definitely come back.

The room is simple but everything was very clean, plus they had the nice gesture of leaving in the room a coffee maker and a kettle, as well as coffee, some muffins, infusions... Thank you very much!! It is very well located. The only thing to improve would be the sofa bed which was not very comfortable. If I were to return to Venice, I would repeat this accommodation.

Great structure with a private bathroom and a central location. Impeccable cleanliness, renovated and well-functioning environments, plus for the bathroom with a new shower. There is an independent terrace with a view of the field. Extraordinary welcome upon arrival, especially from Mr. Giovanni.

Ci ha fatto piacere che tu abbia notato la pulizia e la ristrutturazione — abbiamo messo davvero tanta cura, soprattutto nei bagni e nelle docce, che garantiscono sempre una bella doccia calda e abbondante. Hai avuto la fortuna di prenotare la nostra stanza migliore, con quella terrazza di quasi 30 m² affacciata su un campo del ’400: perfetta per un caffè al sole o un aperitivo al tramonto. A presto! The room was small but well maintained and clean. Luca and his collaborators were very helpful and gave me useful advice to make the most of this stay. They were able to manage unforeseen events that were not dependent on them. Being a historic building, the soundproofing is not optimal, but if the other guests are respectful, this does not pose a problem. Excellent location, all points of interest can be reached in a few minutes. I recommend it.
