Our aparthotel is at Saturnia district of Manciano in an area known for its spa waters and facilities (Cascate del Mulino, Terme di Saturnia), in an area of great history, architecture and culture, in a quiet, panoramic setting. "Residence Bartolini Ai Campi Da Golf-Azienda Agricola Poggio La Buca" is a lovely, refined building.

Everything was great, I really enjoyed the Cascate del Mulino. Just one note: Google Maps points to the road through the Golf courses, but this way you cannot reach the accommodation... you have to pass the Cascate del Mulino, pass the Terme di Saturnia and reach the accommodation from that direction.

Peace and relaxation are not lacking. In my opinion, a pool is missing for guests who might want to take a break from the thermal waters for a day.

Beautiful residence, clean and convenient to the thermal baths and an excellent starting point to visit the area. The manager, upon our arrival, gifted us with a bottle of wine and a small jar of honey and olive oil from their production. Highly recommended, my husband and I will definitely return if in the area.

Bed and breakfast without breakfast, other than that the structure was beautiful, furnished with a style that made you feel right at home. The owner was super welcoming, made us feel good and comfortable for all days. I highly recommend this attic in the center, the location is great.

A beautiful place to spend family moments. Clean apartments, with fenced gardens where children can play and dogs are also welcome, the Christmas-themed furnishings are well cared for, very nice the whole village. The owner Matteo is very friendly and helpful, his father also available and always ready to fulfill our requests. Excellent products of their production. Very close to the thermal spa and the Cascatelle di Saturnia, the town of Saturnia is about 4/5 km away, very characteristic, I recommend buying meat from the butcher, really excellent, and the olive bread sold in the bakery. We will definitely come back, Saturnia remains in the heart.

We spent a week of relaxation between the Terme di Saturnia and the Cascatelle del Mulino, both very close to Residence Bartolini ai Campi da Golf. The owners are always available and friendly, immediately creating a family atmosphere, it feels like being at home. Recommended for those who want a holiday of relaxation and tranquility, to come back to.

Holiday home very clean and brand new in a great location, what more can I say? The manager is friendly and kind. Located on a silent hill just a stone's throw away from the thermal baths and the waterfalls of the mill. We will return!

Excellent location to visit the Tuscan Maremma, the clean and quiet apartment is equipped with everything and is very well maintained. They offer wine and oil of their own production, a very nice touch. The managers are very kind and helpful. Recommended for those looking for peace and tranquility and above all an excellent quality/price ratio. We will be back!

Modern and well-kept structure by very kind owners who strive to make the vacation relaxing. The structure is practically adjacent to the thermal pools and the golf courses of the thermal center. The free thermal baths are a short distance away. The products from the owners' agricultural company are also remarkable.

The owners are active and very helpful people. After a long journey, we arrived around 10:30 PM but Mr. Bartolini came to pick us up along the road to guide us to the Residence Bartolini ai Campi da Golf which at night, for the first time, would have been practically impossible to find. The location is wonderful, immersed in the greenery of the golf courses, very quiet and just a short distance from the Cascate del Mulino and the entrance to the Terme di Saturnia. The cottages are very nice, with independent entrance, garden, functional kitchenette, spacious bedroom, heating/air conditioning, and a bathroom with all comforts. You really feel at home and sometimes even better. I highly recommend it. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable. The paradise you do not expect.
