Position close to the motorway was disappointing.

The bed was uncomfortable and no AC in the room.

Please read if you are staying here. The room looks much better in the pictures. The room and the other rooms have horrible soundproofing. You hear everything from everyone. Not pleased that you were not able to use the sitting area past 10:30. We refused to leave and stayed there but it was an issue. The coffee machine did not work, not happy about that. The response I received (scroll to the end and see my reply to their reply). Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that your experience was not completely satisfactory. Regarding the lounge, we would like to point out that it is located in a common area adjacent to the reception and the bar, where various alcoholic beverages are displayed. For security reasons, it is not permitted to leave the area unattended after a certain time. Regarding the coffee machine, we apologize for the inconvenience. We are happy to inform you that there was also another coffee dispenser available that you could have used if needed. First of all, if there was another machine, we were not informed, but there was another machine, not accessible to the guests like the one out of order, that we needed to ask the staff to make our coffees, espressos, etc. Unfortunately, I have 3 shots in my latte and so does my wife, the staff did not like the amount of work and this made it uncomfortable to ask for. The place has a self-serve coffee machine, fix it... it’s your responsibility to be sure your website matches the stay. As for the bottles... ever hear of a lock or locking divider/screen? Once again, this inconveniences the guests, we needed the place to conduct work since Italy is 6 hours ahead of Toronto. The overall response to my issue, which were raised when we were there, seems fitting... pay us and if you have a problem, then complain and nothing gets done! I am Italian, I am from there... there are much better places to stay than this. Search around and avoid this place. Trust me... you are better off.

The given address is misleading, as the property is located in Siena while we are outside in More Di Cuna, not far away for sure but not in Siena. And when you enter the address, the GPS sends you in the opposite direction.

Beautiful facilities, and the staff very friendly. Comfortable and clean rooms, and a very complete and delicious breakfast.

Beautiful accommodation. Away from commercial areas. Large and well-equipped room.

I stayed one night in this property. Great location, in just over 15 minutes you can reach Siena, very friendly, kind and helpful staff. Well-kept and clean rooms.

Beautiful old house adapted into a hotel, the common areas are very well-kept and furnished with rural-style furniture. The garden is nice. The rooms do not match the published photos, they are furnished with the bare minimum. We got a ground floor room with a view of the outside parking and Via Cassia 10 meters away, it is impossible to have any privacy and quiet at night with the window open. There is no thermostat to regulate the temperature. The bathroom has no window. We will not return.

Fantastic!

Beautiful rooms that are very spacious and the staff is entirely female, very young, helpful and kind. Poor lighting on the walkway at the entrance of the property and thermal disparity between the room and the bathroom. Nice breakfast room and the tranquility of the place is appreciable. Price in line with similar facilities.

Staff gets a 10 out of 10. The hotel is a little gem. The only downside is the bed, the mattress may need to be replaced.

Beautiful structure located on the outskirts of Siena. Historical residence but not very enhanced. Comfortable rooms but modest in size (especially the bathroom) and not very soundproofed. Friendly and helpful staff. Cleaning of both rooms and common areas needs to be improved.

We had a very good time. The structure is well maintained in a period farmhouse adapted to a hotel. The location is strategic for visiting Siena just a few minutes away. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is well balanced and delicious. The price is fair and very competitive. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is worth trying!

We had a very good time. The breakfast was abundant and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. The only downside is the thin walls; at night we could hear people talking in the other rooms. However, all in all, we were well and we will definitely return.

Welcoming structure, good location. Room needs to be reviewed, plaster damaged in several places. Good cleanliness, excellent breakfast.

For those who do not have particular demands, like us, it is fine, but it is not acceptable that the price for the same room goes from 50 euros per night for a double room to two single beds.

We were very pleasantly in this structure.
