After a restorative sleep, every morning when you wake up there will be a rich buffet waiting for you! There will never be a shortage of strudel or soft apple pie, typical local biscuits, carrot muffins, jam tarts and delicious freshly baked brioches...obviously all the cakes are home-made by Cinzia's skilled hands. But it doesn't end here because breakfast is also savoury. You can taste all the traditional cold cuts of our region such as Trentino speck, smoked coppa, lucanica and salami, but above all the famous 'mortandela'. The 'mortandela' is a historical sausage of the Non Valley with a strong flavour and still made by hand. In the Non Valley there are only 6 producers of this tasty sausage and one of them is in Coredo. To accompany these delicacies you will always find on your table a bottle of fresh juice from our apples, which we have been cultivating for more than 20 years. You will also be spoilt for choice when it comes to hot drinks: in addition to a good steaming coffee, you can choose from ginseng, barley, cappuccino, latte macchiato, lemon tea and hot chocolate. You will have realised by now: a hearty and tasty breakfast is one of our strengths! Breakfast time is from 8. 00 to 9. 30 a. m. but don't worry, we have also thought of you who love getting up early in the morning by giving you the possibility to book an early breakfast.
