The room is really spacious and has good thick windows to ensure a quiet night’s sleep. The bed is very comfortable too! Everything was absolutely wonderful and highly recommend! We’ll be back!

We had an amazing stay. The location is just a 10 minute walk from the main station. Many restaurants nearby. Very clean, quiet, great wifi, and a comfortable bed. The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit small and awkwardly laid out. Overall we highly recommend staying here.

I spent 3 nights, at first I wanted to spend two. Due to all the conveniences, I stayed longer. The owner was very friendly, nice and helpful. He always replied to messages and helped with any problem. The facility is in a very good location, close to all the attractions in Palermo (about 10 minutes on foot). The room itself was very clean, cleaned daily by the staff. In addition, you could use the coffee machine and eat a cookie for free! You have to keep in mind that the facility is located in the ZTL zone, so when arriving by car you have to activate the ticket. Of course, the owner helps with it if you want to. I really recommend this B&B!

My husband and I really enjoyed this B&B. In addition to its charming lobby entrance and classic elevator, the B&B offers a modern touch. The landlord unlocks the main door remotely, while access is managed with a key card and a key for the lobby. Furthermore, the room we stayed in, Room No. 5, had two balconies, each offering a different view. Although we only stayed for one night, I will definitely choose this B&B again if I can make a reservation when I return to Palermo in the future.

I arrived in Palermo for just one night and wanted to stay near Palermo Centrale, so when I found Ivan's b&b it was in the perfect location. Less than a 10-minute walk from the station and close to Osteria Ballaro where I had dinner. I love the Kalsa neighborhood because there is so much to see as well as amazing food and drinks. Ivan's place is centrally located to all the best sites in Palermo. It is updated with a mini fridge and espresso machine, very clean, comfortable, and affordable. Ivan was very helpful in ensuring I got in okay and met me during check-out to take payment and store luggage if necessary. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you very much, Ivan!

Angolo83 was my best Bed and Breakfast in Sicily! It was so clean and comfortable. The host helped me to travel well in Palermo and gave me a lot of information for a good tour. I absolutely recommend this Bed and Breakfast.

This was a good location, 15 minutes from the central railway and about the same from the Quattro Canti and the market street. Room was a good size and the Bathroom newly renovated. Best to take your own soap as little was supplied. However the square next door has a bar that stays open till 3.30, (Spina It was very noisy on both nights we stayed.

Very good experience staying here. Rooms are super clean. We had to check in late and the host was very happy to provide that. Every time we would meet, they would check if everything was ok and were always willing to help when we had an enquiry or needed some information, always willing to go the extra mile for us. This establishment is absolutely perfect! It is very well located in Palermo, right in the historic center, with shops and restaurants at the foot of the building. The accommodation is very clean and well organized, with everything you need; the refrigerator is truly a plus. The decoration is very tasteful! The accommodation is absolutely recommendable! The location is great (on the lively Via Roma), all the attractions are within walking distance, in the La Kalsa district you can eat excellently. The rooms are completely new and spotlessly clean, and Ivan and his partner are extremely helpful. From the airport, you can reach the accommodation in about 45 minutes with the shuttle service. We highly recommend this accommodation!

Optimal accommodation for a short city trip. Very well-maintained and centrally located (on the main traffic axis and therefore noisy; something that is known and accepted in a big city; so not a drawback, especially since the windows insulate the noise very well). The room was very clean, modern, and functionally furnished. Ivan was also very easily reachable via WhatsApp and extremely helpful. The online check-in worked excellently! Many thanks also for the city map and the valuable tips on restaurants and sights. I can only recommend this accommodation.

Ivan is extremely friendly and helpful. We asked for a kettle because we were cold and one was immediately provided. Upon arrival in the room, there was a city map with sights (including the fantastic Botanical Garden), traditional markets, and dining options marked. Room and bathroom very nice, beds very comfortable, optimal location. We will gladly come back!

The stay has been very good, the owners are very kind and explain everything very well. The room is wonderful with fridge, air conditioning, coffee maker. The bathroom shower is wonderful. Despite being on a main street, it has such thick windows that you can't hear anything at all. The stay has been wonderful.

There are no words to describe Ivan's hospitality, an unbeatable host in terms of courtesy (from the booking phase), organization of the structure, and availability. PERFECT room, spotless and equipped with every comfort, but really everything! Air conditioning and coffee machine available, bathroom in the room super equipped. The location is excellent: just a few steps from the central station of Palermo, the historic center, and the shuttle stop to and from the airport. The quality-price ratio... the structure is worth at least double what the honest Ivan charges... recommended, highly recommended... if I had to return to wonderful Palermo, I would definitely know who to stay with! Perfect stay in the heart of Palermo. I spent 3 days at B&B Angolo83 and the experience was really pleasant. I stayed at this B&B for two nights with a group of friends; from the moment of booking, Ivan, the owner, was very precise, kind, and helpful in providing us with directions and suggestions for transfers from the airport, restaurants, and attractions to visit. I usually don't write reviews, but in this case I feel obligated to highlight more than ever the cleanliness, seriousness, efficiency, competence, availability, and friendliness with which Ivan and Consorte welcome you to their B&B. They truly make you feel like family and provide advice on how to get around, what to visit, where to eat, and everything related to Palermo. The strategic location is also excellent for exploring the main corners of this wonderful city on foot. Furthermore, I want to emphasize that the room assigned to us was exactly as described on the website www.bed-and-breakfast.it and also on the establishment's site: absolutely perfect in terms of cleanliness and with a very fair quality/price ratio. I found myself very well. It is central and well connected to the station, museums, churches, and places of Palermo nightlife. The owners are very helpful and attentive to every detail. They assist you in everything and are available to solve any problem. Unfortunately, the ratings range from 0 to 10, but for me, it's a perfect 10.

My partner and I had a very pleasant stay at B&B Angolo83 owned by Ivan. Ivan is an absolutely courteous host and attentive to the needs of his guests. The property, a stone's throw from the nightlife center and the train station, is in an optimal location. Situated in an ancient noble building, the interior is very modern and stylish, equipped with all the necessary comforts and amenities. Cleaning, needless to say, is absolutely impeccable. I will recommend it to all my friends who want to visit Palermo.

Excellent, beautiful and bright room cleaning. Ivan available, kind and attentive to our needs. The B&B is located on a central street, a stone's throw from the historic center, and busy, but the soundproofing of the rooms allows you to sleep without any disturbance. We had a coffee machine with all the necessary equipment available. I will definitely come back and Angolo83 will be my reference point. Congratulations.

Location: strategic from which you can reach the main attractions on foot, very convenient. Cleanliness/room: very nice B&B, attention to detail and very clean. We stayed for two nights and couldn't have asked for anything better. The location is great, right in the center and within walking distance of the attractions. However, despite being in the center, once the windows are closed, the room is practically soundproof. The place is spotless, the rooms are new and exactly as shown in the pictures. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. The room and the bathroom are bright and spacious, especially the shower! Coffee is offered in the room. Last but not least, the owner Ivan is friendly, very kind, and always available. As soon as we arrived, he warmly welcomed us and provided us with all the necessary information and tips for a pleasant stay. You can see the care, meticulousness, and passion for his work! The room is very modern and recently renovated. Nearby there is the train station and Quattro Canti. In Via Maqueda (street food) there are all the restaurants and bars. It was very nice. Perfect apartment, close to the station and on Via Roma with many shops and bars. Thanks to the new windows, you can hardly hear anything from the noisy street. The room is all clean, new, and of high quality. Easy communication for check-in and check-out. Highly recommended!

Fantastic B&B, all new with great comfort, chromotherapy in the shower, air conditioning, TV and all beautiful and new bathroom. The owner Ivan is absolutely very kind and helpful, he made himself available for anything during the holiday, even for information on public transportation and how to get around the city. He also provided us with a detailed map of what to see in the city, where to have breakfast and eat. In the room, there is a coffee machine and pods to enjoy a good coffee for free. The B&B has the bus stop right in front of the entrance gate... What can I say... I will recommend it and will definitely return... For those looking for a place where you feel at home, this is the ideal place. Highly recommended.

If I can give a piece of advice to the managers, I would say that if a customer leaves the towels on the floor, it would be nice to put new ones. Come da regolamento interno per gli ospiti (appeso in ogni camera) il cambio della biancheria da bagno viene effettuato ogni 2 giorni. Siamo stati molto docili già dal giorno successivo da metterli nuovi senza chiedere nessun supplemento (10,00€ se si ha bisogno di biancheria pulita prima del giorno ammesso), il secondo giorno avendo trovato nuovamente per terra gli asciugamani ed essendo anche asciutti avevamo pensato che sia stato un errore averli trovati nuovamente li. Se ci avessi contattato chiedendo della biancheria pulita avremmo senz’altro risolto. Cordialmente, Ivan!

A very pleasant and well-organized weekend in this structure! The style, furnishings, and cleanliness of this B&B Angolo83 are of a high standard; another strong point is the very convenient location to reach all the historical center and main attractions of this wonderful city on foot. The managers are very nice and helpful, you can see that they put their heart into their business, even in the smallest details. The free coffee in the room is much appreciated. It's a shame about the scaffolding that didn't allow us to lean out on the balcony in one of the most important streets in Palermo. Excellent and very central location. I will definitely come back. I chose the B&B Angolo83 for a weekend in Palermo relying on the excellent reviews I had read. I did well! I also made a great impression with my friends who were with me. The structure is located inside a palace in a great location, close to everything, the historic center, the station, etc... It's small but intimate, the rooms we were assigned were very very nice, modern furniture, very clean, with all the comforts and, to top it off, even with a coffee maker! However, the highlight was Ivan and his partner (the B&B managers). They are two fantastic guys, kind, smiling, and very helpful, they really made us feel like at friends' home. We stayed at the B&B Angolo83 for the first time, we had a great time. If I ever come back to Palermo, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Fantastic location in the center with all the main monuments nearby. Fantastic welcome, the managers, a couple of young guys, provided us with a map marking the main monuments. Beautiful room, attention to detail, clean and tidy. Very much appreciated the soundproofing of the room. Nice idea to have a coffee machine in the room. If I ever have to recommend a hotel in Palermo, I will definitely mention Angolo83.

Everything perfect! Excellent location, a few steps from the central station and the pedestrianized center. Bus stop under the B&B building. Soundproofed rooms, attention to details. Kindness, professionalism, and passion for their work by the structure's managers. Fridge and coffee machine in the room, details that give the B&B a higher score because no B&B offers so many room comforts. Absolutely recommended.

Quite central location; a few minutes walk from the station and Quattro Canti; close to shops and supermarkets. Structure in a historic building; the room has just been renovated and well soundproofed. Ivan and his partner, super welcoming and helpful hosts; I will definitely recommend to friends going to Palermo.

Five stars: this is my rating for B&B Angolo83. I spent a few days in Palermo during the recent Easter holidays and I was fully satisfied, with the city first and foremost and with the B&B. It represents the perfect example of what I look for when booking accommodation: - strategic location, close to public transport and the city center. - charming building and new, functional and very clean rooms. - fantastic value for money. - ease of communication and availability of the staff, in this case Ilenia and Ivan really make the difference. I highly recommend it and I will return myself.

Very central location, just a few steps from Palermo central station and the main monuments and attractions of the city. Rooms with excellent design, equipped with all comforts (including a coffee machine with pods, provided by the hosts), very clean and perfectly isolated from the city center traffic. Ivan and Ilenia are two very kind and helpful hosts. Let them organize the main stops of the city for you (including art, street food, and shopping). A place to come back to.

What can I say: no flaws. The structure is perfect, brand new, just restored and equipped with every comfort. Location really a stone's throw from Palermo Centrale station. Room cleanliness truly excellent, top quality fixtures that insulate both acoustically and thermally. If you close the balcony, you really don't realize you're on one of the main streets in the center of Palermo. The two young owners (whom I thank once again for the warm welcome) were really very kind, confirming in every respect the values of Sicilian hospitality. If you are in Palermo for the first time, do not hesitate to have Ivan and Ilenia organize the must-see stops to visit Palermo, the Arab-Norman capital and the culinary capital!

We stayed, my wife, and my 7-year-old daughter at the B&B Angolo83 for 3 days. The room (a triple) we were assigned is very spacious and allowed easy movement. Very comfortable beds and a small but complete bathroom. Ivan was extremely friendly and very helpful in providing us with a map and information on places to visit and where to eat. The B&B is located in the Kalsa district less than a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 5-minute walk from the Piazza dei 4 Canti.

Helpful and kind owners, as soon as we arrived they gave us a map with the main attractions to visit, just behind the structure there is also the possibility to leave the car in a secure parking lot. The structure is practically in the center, you can leave the car and visit everything comfortably on foot. New and well-furnished rooms, absolutely recommended.

Everything perfect, from the hospitality to the location we couldn't have asked for better! In addition, it is worth noting the great attention to detail in the service, and the good taste with which the spaces have been designed. A truly quality experience at an extremely affordable price. Great B&B in the historic center of Palermo, a few steps from the main attractions. New, clean, and well-kept environment. Very hospitable and helpful hosts. They allowed us to check in very late in the evening. Thank you, if we were to return to Palermo, we will definitely stay with you. Highly recommended, Marco and Rita.

Very central location, convenient for walking around and seeing the main attractions of the city without the need to use public transport. Really spacious, new, and modern room. Ivan and Ilenia are two very helpful and welcoming guys. I will definitely come back.

We were welcomed very well by the owner Ivan, who proved to be very helpful. Room furnished with taste down to the smallest details, from the LEDs on the bed to the play of light you will find above the shower. Quiet area a stone's throw from Palermo's central station. I recommend everyone to try this B&B Angolo83. Well done Ivan, we will definitely come back. Thank you for the hospitality.
