Our time at Fondo Paliemmu was the perfect respite from the cities and busier areas on our Sicily trip. From the moment we entered the gate, we were welcomed and pampered by every member of the family and staff. Our room was comfortable, clean, and true to the online pictures and descriptions. Breakfasts featured wonderful homemade pastries along with a variety of meats, cheeses (including fresh ricotta), juices, and coffees made to order. They adjusted timing based on our plans for the day and were very accommodating. We were glad we also reserved an evening for dinner at Fondo Paliemmu. It was very special to have Domenica cook for us, and we enjoyed the regional dishes and fresh ingredients. A visit to their nearby market and bakery, Fratantonio, was also a great spot to grab a treat. One of our favorite moments and lasting memories was a walk down the road from the farmhouse, enjoying the sunset and scenery. We highly recommend a stay at Fondo Paliemmu and we would love to return in the future.

Agriturismo ideally located on a human scale, with a fantastic welcome, a pool and a fantastic breakfast. In my opinion, the bedding could be improved.

We liked it very much. Very friendly and helpful staff. The Sicilian dishes offered were a delight. It is very easy to take trips to the impressive places on the Baroque Route and to the sea.
