Unfortunately, too many things made us frown. To begin with, on the website and in the confirmed booking there is a picture of a balcony, which one assumes is the balcony of the booked room and we, being smokers, thought it would be perfect. Instead, the room not only did not have a balcony but was on the eighth floor, so to smoke you had to go up and down. We arrived at the airport and a message on WhatsApp informed me to bring cash because no other form of payment was possible, a payment that I had to make immediately upon arrival at the property, despite my reservations, as I am used to paying after receiving a service and not before. I completed the online check-in to save Francesca time, as requested in the booking, but the only person who lost time was me because she did not know anything about it. The great-grandmother's sheets and the shower that did not work were the cherry on top, but by then the deal was done: we had already paid and for four days we wanted to avoid problems. P.S. We never met Francesca (the property manager or at least as listed in the booking). Instead, we were received by an elderly gentleman and his son, polite people, but even in this case perhaps the information should be more precise, also because we saw them only that one time, at the beginning to settle the bill.

Mi dispiace che vi siate trovati male, per quanto riguarda la stanza voi avete scelto una stanza senza balcone le foto di ciascuna stanza e la descrizione spiegano in modo esaustivo la presenza o meno del balcone, immagino per risparmiare abbiate scelto quella senzabacone nonostnte la piccola differenza di prezzo. Sul prezzo dubito che abbiate trovato un'offerta migliore! Per quanto riguarda la doccia perchè non mi avete scritto subito? solitamente è tutto funzionante e se qualcosa non va gli ospiti lo segnalano. Sul discorso pagamento da noi si paga all'arrivo, perche' siamo sempre presenti e disponibili per ogni necessità.
