The location is okay. However, the heavy and noisy traffic starting at 06:30 is a major disadvantage for this accommodation, especially if you are unlucky enough to have a room facing the street. Now about the host: a truly unpleasant behavior. We arrived late at night, and the next day we went to buy something for breakfast (not provided by the property). We were two families (4 adults) and had breakfast in the kitchen, occupying two small tables. The kitchen has three tables available and, at that time, no other guest was present (the accommodation offers 4 rooms, of which 2 were occupied by us). We each had a coffee and a sandwich, nothing more. I present these details because below you will find the message from the property manager. I considered reporting the incident to InfoCons, but I preferred to let it go so as not to spoil my holiday. I was told that I should leave the property if I did not follow the instructions of this so-called manager. During the rest of the stay (6 nights) I saw other guests spending a lot of time in the kitchen, having meals or working on their computers, without any problem. For clarity: I never stayed more than 20 minutes, strictly the time needed for breakfast, and in the evening we each had a beer, exactly as I saw other guests do. The accusation that we occupied the space improperly does not correspond to reality. In conclusion, in terms of hospitality I would give a very low rating.

la sua recensione non ci sorprende e sinceramente ci strappa un sorriso perché non ci aspettavamo proprio niente di diverso. Da che mondo è mondo ogni struttura ricettiva al mondo fornisce delle regole comportamentali ai propri ospiti affinché ci sia rispetto e ordine reciproco e tutti possano fruire dei servizi e del soggiorno in tranquillità. Regole che vi sono state ben spiegate. Non potete pretendere di risparmiare prenotando due camere per un soggiorno di una settimana all'interno di un affittacamere con cucina ad uso condiviso e poi voler utilizzare l'intero alloggio come se fosse un appartamento ad uso esclusivo. Cosa avremmo dovuto fare secondo lei? Avete occupato l'intera cucina con la vostra spesa e le vostre casse di birra, avete iniziato ad affettare pomodori e mozzarelle gocciolando ovunque, eravate in videochiamata parlando a voce alta come se foste soli. Noi non siamo abituati ad accogliere i nostri ospiti nella sporcizia, nella confusione e nel disordine. Se non vi avessimo ripresi sin dal primo momento avreste continuato a comportarvi così per l'intera vacanza. E forse avremmo proprio fatto meglio a rimborsarvi ed interrompere il vostro soggiorno da subito. E qui non si tratta di razzismo, dato che accogliamo da anni ospiti da tutto il mondo (Romania inclusa) senza alcun problema, qui si tratta di EDUCAZIONE. La stessa che vi è mancata già da prima di accedere alla struttura quando avete iniziato a bombardarci di chiamate e messaggi inutili all'alba solo per ripeterci per la centesima volta il vostro orario di arrivo. Aggiungiamo inoltre che era chiaramente indicato che non offriamo servizio di prima colazione e vi è stato anche ribadito personalmente prima del vostro arrivo. E che non avete mai avanzato nessuna lamentela relativamente al rumore su strada togliendoci quindi ogni possibilità di poter intervenire ed assegnarvi una camera più interna. La camera di cui lamentate tra l'altro è una delle più vendute ed apprezzate quindi dubitiamo della veridicità di quanto asserito sia perché avete trascorso tutto il soggiorno a dirci che era tutto perfetto, sia perché via delle Terme è una strada secondaria e non così trafficata.
Detto questo, ci auguriamo con tutto il cuore che in futuro possiate trovare una struttura che possa davvero soddisfare le vostre particolari esigenze, che di certo non sarà nuovamente la nostra.
