This is an excellent B&B! We had the garden room and it was perfect for a 2-night stay. Very private and felt bigger because of the little courtyard. It was close to everything and the host Daniela was super helpful.

I was not completely satisfied because the host gave me another room than I booked. So the room was small in the backyard but with a little terrace. \n\nThe location is good as you can reach nearby bus stops and Olbia train station and the pedestrian area in the city center is also only a short walk away.

Dear Peter, I suppose you are a little bit confused, or maybe you are writing a review about another different place you've stayed in, as I gave you exactly the same room you booked, and not only, you rated a negative spot about breakfast, but it should be clear to you that you didn't get breakfast simply as WE DON'T SERVE BREAKFAST in our home, and this is properly specified in our web advertising. Much more, the room was perfectly clean, this is our main purpose before renting rooms, and I really think it's totally unacceptable you rated so bad about this. So maybe you should be a little bit more careful about what you write in your reviews and check very well which place you are reviewing, as this is our work, and a negative review with false information could damage a lot our work, and this is not correct. Thank you.

Can't rate it highly enough, the room, property and garden are wonderful, great location and excellent service. Really appreciated the effort used to give extra touches (coffee, juice, and shampoo) which were unexpected and really nice. Very comfortable night's sleep, thank you.

At Casa Satta, I found a beautiful structure, with delightful pastel colors, perfectly maintained retro furniture, clean and tidy. Moreover, Daniela's kindness and availability made a difference.

I have already been a guest at Casa Satta twice and I will gladly return. The house is a historic building in the center, which is why you can leave the car parked next to the B&B and move around on foot. The palace has been renovated with care and attention to detail. The rooms are quiet, bright, and comfortable (for example, having 4 pillows on a double bed is not that common). Daniela's welcome is exquisite, prompt, and friendly: I received all the advice I asked for. When I return to Olbia, Casa Satta will certainly be my reference point.

A real gem in the heart of Olbia. Very clean and spacious room, a beautiful lush garden, the host is very nice and very helpful. The city center and the beautiful waterfront are just a short walk away, as are restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

Strategic location in the center of Olbia, but away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment I used is beautiful, perfectly organized and equipped with all the comforts (including the table on the terrace with the lamp in the center for romantic dinners). The kitchen equipment could be improved but the essentials are there. Shops, bars, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Absolutely recommended.

We spent a wonderful week thanks to the owner, Daniela, who is extremely hospitable. The property is quiet and the outdoor garden is very pleasant. The location is also optimal for those, like us, who did not use a car as it is very close to the main bus stops. Recommended.

This delightful house in the heart of the city is truly unique, an enveloping atmosphere of bygone times that reconciles and relaxes. I travel for work and finding such a comfortable accommodation is truly priceless! Very comfortable bed, everything to make a good coffee in the morning, spacious and clean bathroom, not to mention the garden, a little enchanted oasis in the city bustle. The location is perfect, a few steps from the city square and a few meters from the seafront. All buses at 50 meters, bars, restaurants, shops, everything at hand, in short 100% spot-on choice! Thank you Antonella, we will definitely meet again.

The room was truly delightful, tastefully furnished, bright, and equipped with everything. The location of the property is truly exceptional, just a few meters from the center and very close to the promenade. A bit challenging to find parking because at the time we arrived there was an inauguration of a shop nearby, but all in all, it was easy to find a spot. Antonella is a friendly and generous host, we received numerous information about restaurants and places, thanks to these I had a wonderful birthday! We will definitely come back and spread the word.
