I loved my stay here! The room is spacious and has a small balcony. The host was very accommodating and provided everything we asked for. The location is ideal with a lot of free parking minutes away. It would be a plus to add some cups/cutlery.

The room was renovated and clean. The staff was nice and the check-in was flexible. The fridge was outside the room and shared, but very clean. There is free parking outside.

It's a pity that the bathroom has no bidet, and the sink is only a few cm. In 1 sqm of total space. Bed with sheets in direct contact with the mattress. The keyring was locked with a conspicuous padlock, really embarrassing, so it didn’t allow detaching the entrance key, so I was left without power in the room several times as my partner went to get coffee downstairs at the bar. The room upon my return was an oven that was nearing 40°. Okay energy saving... but the owner could have turned on the AC after 6 PM imagining that his guests would appreciate a slight coolness.

La camera da LEI scelta è quella senza il bidet, al momento della prenotazione è l'ospite che deve verificare tutte le dotazioni della camera. Se la mancanza del bidet poteva essere un problema, non doveva prenotare. Le lenzuola ci vengono fornite direttamente dalla lavanderia, è sempre presente un coprimaterasso. Nel suo caso, c'erano delle lenzuola certificate, doppio cotone, antiacaro, ci dispiace che non se ne sia accorta. Per le chiavi, la risposta mi sembra ovvia. Se siete in camera il climatizzatore rimane acceso, se siete fuori dalla camera deve rimanere spento, per questioni di risparmio energetico e per questioni legate alla sicurezza della casa. È assolutamente vietato tenere accesi elettrodomestici nella casa se non c'è una presenza umana, a maggior ragione, poiché non è casa vostra e non pagate voi i danni. Se il suo compagno fosse voluto scendere giù a prendere il caffè e lasciare lei al fresco, sarebbe bastato utilizzare i codici della porta principale per entrare, e poi lei avrebbe potuto alzarsi dal letto e aprire la porta della camera. Tutto ciò le avrebbe consentito di rimanere al fresco. Non ci sembra una cosa complicata, basta utilizzare un po' la testa. Ultima cosa, non da trascurare, ricordatevi sempre che, quando soggiornate in un appartamento, affittacamere ecc ecc, voi pagate 1/3 del costo di un hotel. Non potete pretendere di fare una vacanza gravando sulle spalle di chi vi ospita. Noi abbiamo delle camere super confortevoli e arrivare a trovare problematiche che non esistono non è assolutamente corretto nei nostri confronti.

Well-managed facility, quite spacious and sunny rooms. Clean structure. Great service that allows online check-in which is done quickly. Unfortunately, the rooms have poor soundproofing and lack of control over the refrigerator located in the common room led to the theft of some of our food. Otherwise, we recommend it🙂

Salve. Nessun furto di nessuna vivanda. I ripiani sono assegnati alle camere, se avete lasciato del cibo nel ripiano sbagliato, questo viene rimosso per motivi sanitari. Mi auguro di essere stato esaudiente.

Excellent solution for anyone looking for a clean and well-kept place in every detail. Completely automated, this hotel guarantees full freedom in check-in and check-out. I booked the Olmo room for my brother. Bathroom in the room, TV and Netflix, balcony (useful for smokers like my brother), comfortable bed and wifi. The location of Arya Hotel allows you to have any service at your fingertips, from the supermarket, to the hairdresser for men/women, tobacco shop... and even the Cagliari Lyric Theater just a stone's throw away, reachable on foot and taxis just two blocks away. Last but not least, bus stops for line 3 and line 1 respectively 5 and 10 minutes walk away, to quickly reach the city center. A lush park behind the block is certainly noteworthy, benches and shade, pond and flowers. Last but not least, excellent communication and availability of the manager who promptly answered all my questions, kind and professional. I definitely recommend.

A comfortable large, comfortable and clean room, the only problem was the shower: the door does not close properly and therefore the water comes out. We are in the center, there is everything: bar, butcher shop, supermarkets, etc.

All good, no problem. Only downside: the elevator is a bit small (even though it is due to the condominium and not specifically to the B&B). Two people with luggage have trouble fitting in.

We had a great time, a structure to recommend. Convenient location to visit all the beauties of Cagliari. We rented a scooter and I highly recommend it for its convenience. The manager is very helpful in giving advice to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

Great location, 10-15 minutes walk to reach the center. Clean and comfortable rooms with private bathroom. Netflix and free wifi, coffee machine for exclusive use in the room. Free parking under the Arya Cagliari. Well served by public transport and various services (market, bakery, pastry shop, bar). We recommend it to everyone.
