Clean accommodation in a quiet location.The landlady is kind and helpful.Unfortunately,the breakfast included only sweet items such as biscuits,crackers and jam.

On the second floor of a small building in a neighborhood 10 minutes from the center of Olbia there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. All very clean. Car required. Varied breakfast but only industrial products. No fresh bread, just toast, a bit disappointing. Satisfactory for one night.

Good stay and good welcome from Monica and her husband. Communication is easy and they are available if needed. There is a lack of easy access to some kitchenware (plates, bowls, cutlery) and a sink.

A Casa de Monica is perfect. Monica is a very kind, welcoming, extremely friendly person full of little touches that please. We didn't try the breakfast (which looks abundant from the photos) as we left very early in the morning, but Monica had prepared us something to eat (small cakes, fruit juice brick, and a kettle with tea/coffee in the room... royal). I especially recommend this address, well located to access the airport by bus.

We spent 1 night. Mónica does her best to ensure a comfortable stay and make things easier. The house is very nice, comfortable, and has everything you need, in addition to being clean. We left at 6:00 in the morning and Mónica left us a nice breakfast, a lovely gesture. They were selected for their proximity to the airport.

Mónica is a charm, she was attentive to our arrival, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, with extra pillows, the bathroom was separate from the room, as it is a shared house with rooms, the bathroom was clean and large. The only downside is that the breakfast had nothing to do with the photos, there were only cookies and four other things. And that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. And for that, the price to pay seems very high to me, besides, you make a very low transfer as a reservation and the rest has to be paid in cash at the accommodation. So, we took the criticisms badly, I only said that the breakfast is not what appears in the photos, as I make the reviews with the information I would like to receive. Like the bathroom, the house, and the separate payment. But I said that it is great. I don't understand this rude response. I didn't arrive at eleven, I arrived at seven and notified from the beginning since we are traveling, and they didn't give me any problems since they live across the street.

Friendly host, he waited for us despite the ferry being delayed upon arrival. Payment must be made at check-in. Room also equipped with a spacious private bathroom and a small balcony. Quiet room in a quiet area. Air conditioning above the bed; we were provided with towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and even hair conditioner. There is also a refrigerator. The breakfast was already prepared the night before and was left in the room for us, consisting of packaged products (snacks, juices, and yogurt) and dry biscuits.

We had already been to the property years ago and honestly we had a good time to the point of recommending it to friends and returning. But the situation is no longer what it used to be, the room is a bit cramped, the bathroom is even too big, the closed terrace where a small wardrobe was placed. Despite the air conditioning, the room was warm and at night the light from the air conditioning illuminated the room disturbing sleep quite a bit. The mattress was made up of a series of paired mattresses with a single mini top. The breakfast was poor quality, store-brand products all pre-packaged from discount stores with freeze-dried milk and without the possibility of having anything savory, not even upon request, for those who don't have a sweet breakfast practically eat nothing. Definitely a flop.

Comfortable bed, location close to the airport and the center. Parking is easy. However, breakfast is very poor, with only packaged and low-quality products. Plate with opened cookies already prepared in the room on a plate "covered" with a punctured film (to keep freshness?!?), probably touched by hand by the one who prepared them.

We stayed for a weekend at this B&B. Mrs. Monica was very kind and helpful. The rooms are a bit small but very well-kept and clean. The location is overall convenient for our needs. If we pass by that area again for a weekend, I would return.

We stayed one night for the 105 Summer Festival held on June 27, 2025, in Golfo Aranci. What can I say, Ms. Monica was very kind and helpful from the first stages of the booking. Immediate responses to our requests! Once we arrived in Olbia, Ms. Monica welcomed us with much kindness and availability. Excellent room, clean and very nice, which immediately gave us the feeling of being at home. All essential services, wifi with a QR code, bathroom in the room, very clean linen, everything you need to have a delicious breakfast comfortably seated on the terrace outside the room! Very comfortable beds, TV, toys and books for kids and adults located on the various delightful shelves, etc. Super satisfied! Surely when we come back to the Olbia area, we will know exactly where to go: to the B&B A Casa di Monica! 👍🔝🔝🔝

I stayed here for one night because my flight landed very late at Olbia airport. I found myself well: both the room and the bathroom are spacious, clean, and equipped with the necessary comforts. The owner proved to be very kind and friendly. I recommend.

Highly recommended! Monica is welcoming, kind, and always ready to help her guests and provide valuable advice. There is a convenient parking lot below the house and in less than 10 minutes by car, you can reach the center of Olbia. My room was very spacious and was tidied up and cleaned every day. The breakfast is plentiful and there is a wide selection. Ideal for unwinding and enjoying the holidays to the fullest.

Excellent in everything.

We stayed at this property for only one night, before boarding the ferry that took us back home. The B&B is really well-kept in every detail and very clean, and the area where it is located is very quiet. The room where we stayed is equipped with all the comforts, including a very well-appointed bathroom. Mrs. Monica, the owner of the property, is a very pleasant person. With her friendliness, kindness, and liveliness, she knows how to connect with the guests, offering the utmost availability for every need. I definitely recommend a stay at this B&B, where we will return with pleasure!

Structure in a nice and quiet complex, just outside the center but 5 minutes away from it. Livable and essential rooms, very good cleanliness. A Casa di Monica very kind and helpful.

There is not much to say, perfect location if you want to travel around Sardinia. You can even walk to Olbia if some evenings you don't feel like taking the car. We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time, we are a family of 5 and we really felt at home. Monica was very kind and helpful, breakfast more than plentiful. I definitely recommend this place and if I were to come back to Olbia, I would definitely go to Monica's.

B&B beyond the best expectations, Mrs. Monica, very kind, welcomed me late in the evening, in a very clean, tidy, and very welcoming home, the awakening was excellent, I found a table full of all kinds of goodies, highly recommended.

We stayed with our two daughters in the blue room, the four-person room with a private bathroom. The room is very spacious, spotlessly clean and fragrant. The bathroom is beautiful and new, with a shower that makes you want to wash yourself continuously. We were able to have a princely breakfast at 6 in the morning, even though it is served from 8 to 10, because the very kind Monica had everything ready for us. The location is slightly off-center, in a very quiet residential area; with a pleasant 20-minute walk, we reached the center of Olbia. Highly recommended B&B.

What can I say, everything was perfect. Monica waited for our arrival around 23:00 and in the morning around 6:30 we had a hearty breakfast before our embarkation at the port of Olbia. The property is a few kilometers from the port.
