Italian breakfast with homemade preparation and quality ingredients, choice of milk or yoghurt, biscuits and cereals, choice of fruit juices, mocha coffee. The offer may vary daily, also according to guests' tastes, and will include cake or cakes prepared according to the seasonality of the fruit, organic honey from “Podere l'Opi” harvested in Piedmont, home-made jams with a low sugar content, omelettes with wild herbs, samples of typical Piedmont dishes, according to availability. In the event of guests' food intolerances, exclusion of particular ingredients can be agreed in advance, although we do not intend by this to provide a meal suitable for allergy sufferers.
