Amazing! I loved this place so much! The host and his family were so warm and welcoming! They gave us a delicious espresso upon arrival and lots of advice about where to go and what to do! The breakfast was delicious. I appreciated that they had some savory options. The bed was comfortable and the room had a big fan and cold water in the fridge. There is an adorable dog, horse, and cat that live on the property. There are olive and apple trees too! :) I would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our short stay at The Levante. Lucia was really helpful and had amazing tips to make the most of our holiday, not least her homemade bread and breakfast was really good.

The welcome, kindness and professionalism of Simone and Lucia made our stay unforgettable. The property is very well cared for and authentic; the morning chats at breakfast with the hosts and with the other guests added value to the whole holiday. We will come back.

My partner and I stayed six days at B&B The Levante and it was a wonderful experience. The B&B is located in the countryside, about 5-10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Sirolo. It is a place of peace and quiet where you can truly disconnect from everyday life and enjoy the nature surrounding the farmhouse where the B&B's three rooms are located. Simone and Lucia, the hosts, provide a rich and varied breakfast every morning, with many homemade products. We hope to visit them again soon!

We had a great time. Simone and Lucia are two top-notch people, very kind and helpful. They provided us with directions for beaches, restaurants, and various visits. Abundant breakfast with cakes and bread made by Simone. The structure is in open countryside but close to everything. I would gladly return.

Levante is the perfect B&B for those who want to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Conero in total relaxation, not far from the center of Sirolo (which can be reached in just 5 minutes by car). The location is quiet and strategic, ideal for a serene vacation. Lucia and Simone, mother and son, are simply special: welcoming, kind, and genuine, they make you feel at home from the very first moment. The breakfast is one of the highlights: everything prepared by Simone, from sweets to sandwiches, with great care and passion. And if there’s anything left over, they gladly pack it for the beach! The Levante is the ideal B&B for those who want to visit the beautiful beaches of Conero but also enjoy a quiet vacation away from the "chaos" of downtown Sirolo (which is still reachable in 5 minutes by car!). And with Lucia and Simone, it feels like being with family, a mother and son who have a friendliness, availability, and genuineness that are hard to find these days. Not to mention the breakfast, all prepared by Simone from pastries to sandwiches, which if you don't finish, are packed for the beach. Last but not least, the dog Balto who always comes to greet you when you return from the beach, and the horse Levante always ready to receive some cuddles! What can I say, it is not just a place to return for a vacation, but Lucia and Simone are two people who stay in your heart, so we will surely stop by just to say hello if we are passing through that area.

B&B in a very quiet location where you can relax surrounded by the greenery of nature. Cozy and clean rooms, excellent and quality breakfast. The great availability and kindness of Lucia adds an extra touch to the structure.

Where do I start? It was the best vacation in recent years. And a lot is thanks to this magical place, where tranquility, silence, and... Lucia reign. I officially adore her. She is more than available. She is very attentive to the needs of her guests. She is sweet and generous. When we needed something, she booked us at the restaurants we wanted to try. The bed and breakfast is surrounded by greenery. You can rest wonderfully, and Lucia with Simone, Lucia's fantastic son, spoiled us with the fruits from their trees. The breakfasts are memorable, and Giorgio, my boy, will remember them for a long time. Everything is always clean, and Lucia makes sure you lack nothing. It is just two literal minutes by car from Sirolo and five from Numana. Of course, we will return. Of course. And I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel at home... because it is home. You are also welcomed by Balto, a wonderful big dog, and Levante... a fantastic horse. I don't know what more to say. I would have stayed longer. But we will not be freed from this place. Among sunflower fields, this B&B is simple yet cozy. Mrs. Lucia is very helpful and we had the pleasure of staying in a cool room decorated with great taste and creativity using recycled materials. Excellent jam served for breakfast!

There is no doubt, wonderful holiday despite the weather not being great, because Lucia is a great host, the queen of this splendid Bed and Breakfast. The location, surrounded by nature among orchards and sunflowers, allows for long walks in the silence of the countryside. Great place to rest and regenerate. In all this, the presence of Lucia, with her abundant breakfast pastries, her always ready snack to take away, the always fresh water in the room, the fruit, her company, her advice on what to see and where to eat, her absolute availability, her generosity make the difference in this Bed and Breakfast. In all this, helped by her son Simone, who with his dog Balto and his horse Levante really make you feel good in their company. In 5 minutes you reach the center of Sirolo. Wonderful villa at the foot of a hill where you can enjoy splendid views and sunsets. All clean and in order, Host wonderful, helpful and friendly, pampered us throughout the overnight stay. Difficult to find others as professional and delightful as Lucia was towards us. Highly recommended.

A true Bed and Breakfast is one where you have breakfast in the cool veranda, chatting with Lucia and the other guests, enjoying the delicacies prepared by Lucia herself, and exchanging suggestions and tips on the day trips. Leftovers are promptly packed by Lucia for a packed lunch on the beach, turning the experience into almost a half board. \n\nThe location is excellent: close to Sirolo, but at the same time immersed in the tranquility and coolness of the surrounding countryside. Lucia provides very precise and useful directions for the beaches and restaurants in the area. \n\nThe dog Balto is fantastic, if you stop petting him, he raises your hand with his muzzle to invite you to continue! My 9-year-old daughter cried for an hour in the car after leaving, during the return journey. It was an unforgettable week.

Located on the outskirts of Sirolo, this lovely bed and breakfast offers a welcoming and clean experience, immersed in the beauty of the Marche countryside. The prevailing silence is only interrupted by the chirping of birds and the singing of cicadas. The welcoming committee is superb: Lucia and her children, Simone and Romana, are unforgettable hosts. There is no shortage of animals, including the sweet wolf dog Balto, the strong and proud horse The Levante, the kittens, and the cunning squirrel. Even before your arrival, you will be given a thousand attentions, providing you with information on how to move around the area. The breakfast, prepared by Lucia, is excellent and made with products from their land. Furthermore, the four-hour excursion proposed by Simone and Romana is absolutely wonderful. However, the real added value of this bed and breakfast is the profound humanity of this wonderful family. They are able to make you feel at home, as if you were one of them. My husband and I left a piece of our heart here, but we took away a bit of theirs. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and see you soon.

The solution is very inviting, quiet, and relaxing. It is managed fantastically by Mrs. Lucia. She entertained us to illustrate the beaches to visit, as well as the places and locations to dine. The breakfasts are stunning and plentiful, accompanied by chats with Mrs. Lucia. We cannot fail to mention her children, Romana and Simone, who are very friendly and nice. We also had a splendid boat trip with them. Also, there is the affectionate Baldo. The B&B comes highly recommended, and we hope to return soon.

Lucia manages the property impeccably, assisted by her valuable children Romana and Simone for their mother. The property is wonderful, the place is perfect: quiet, silent, surrounded by nature and enjoys fantastic starry skies (and even thousands of fireflies, I hadn't seen them for years). Balto and Levante are splendid and sweet creatures. Lucia is truly a special person, endowed with a rare sensitivity and unique empathy. Everyone stays in the heart and I will definitely come back to visit them.

We spent our holidays in this Bed & Breakfast. A really beautiful place immersed in nature in the Conero Park, near Sirolo and the beaches. The family-run managers, Simone, his mother Lucia, and his father Paolo, were extremely hospitable and attentive. Simone is an extremely simple, caring, and passionate person about his job, available for every request, ready to recommend places to visit, beaches, and restaurants. Excellent breakfasts with cakes prepared by Lucia, clean room, and comfortable beds. Obviously, we all recommend it, thanks again to this lovely family.

We were guests at the B&B The Levante from June 13th to 19th of this year. The accommodation proved to be very welcoming, in a 'green' and quiet place, and everything worked perfectly. Lucia and Simone, truly affable, cordial, and attentive, gave us useful advice and excellent tips which we followed and always remained satisfied. The breakfasts, prepared by Simone with homemade products from mom Lucia, were delicious and more than plentiful. If we have the opportunity to return to the area, we will not hesitate to visit them again.

We needed "escape" after two very, very tough years and so my husband and I left and found a corner of peace and serenity both for the place (wonderful nature) and for the people who run the B&B. Welcoming and courtesy accompanied by a family atmosphere but absolutely not intrusive. Availability of Simone, Romana and their parents Lucia and Paolo is maximum. They suggested beautiful and pleasant itineraries; in short, absolutely recommended even with small children. Thanks to everyone again for the very pleasant albeit short "parenthesis" of peace.

We take home a wonderful experience, we were welcomed like family. Lucia attentive and caring, Simone and Paolo ready for every need. If it were possible to give 6 stars, we would give 6000. From the first phone contacts, you realize what kind of people you will meet. We were welcomed and treated (2 adults + 2 children) for 8 days, not as guests, but as friends or, even better, as family. Lucia, Paolo, and Simone are very ready to give advice on beaches, restaurants, parking, excursions without ever holding back, making you appreciate the best and the most of what Conero can offer! The room is essential, perfectly clean with a punctual change of linen, breakfast served by Simone with different cakes prepared by Lucia every day, croissants, juices, bread, and jams, stuffed sandwiches that if not consumed, Simone wraps them for you to take to the beach (thank you Simone for the little coffees). Waiting for you upon returning from a day spent at the sea or around are the sweet Balto and the mysterious Levante, and various kittens, but above all the long chats with Lucia immediately ready to refresh you with fresh fruit or to prepare a nice coffee. What more can we say? For all lovers of simple things, nature, contact with animals, this is the right place, just a few minutes from the center, the beaches, and the many things to see, you cannot be enchanted by their way of being, by how Lucia, Paolo, and Simone make their home, their love for animals, for the care of nature their life. I spent 6 days in Conero with my girlfriend and I can only give top marks to Lucia, Paolo, and Simone. The place is really nice, immersed in the countryside, yet only a few minutes drive from Sirolo. Rooms are well-kept and furnished, recently renovated and clean. Breakfast is truly superb, and the hosts also give the option to take away leftovers for the day. Animal lovers, like me, spending time with them was a really nice experience, not to mention the excellent advice on places worth visiting and the nicest restaurants in the area. Affordable prices. Definitely, if I were to come back to this area, I would contact them again.

Three very pleasant days in the countryside near Sirolo. The Levante structure is new and well-kept in detail, excellent breakfast with cakes prepared by Lucia. My girlfriend and I stayed at this B&B for a week and we had a great time. The staff is very friendly and the property is very beautiful, surrounded by nature. It has a great location as you can easily reach all the nearby places by car. The rating is without a doubt 10/10, if we have the chance, we will definitely come back!

We discovered the structure in 2018 and since then we have already returned 3 times! My 10-year-old son doesn't want to go anywhere else and this is thanks to the peaceful place, the fantastic managers, the wolf Balto who always welcomes us happily and the "exaggerated" and absolutely genuine breakfast! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Delightful welcome from the owners, especially Simone, who with passion and love for his land always provided us with the best advice to discover the beautiful Conero area and good food. Staying in this property is a pleasant full immersion in nature, complete with a dog (Balto), a horse (Levante), and a protected frog. However, all the interesting locations, both by the sea and historic villages, are easily and quickly accessible. The rooms are simple and furnished with great originality, the bathrooms are new and very functional. Excellent and abundant breakfast, both sweet and savory. Simone also prepares beach packages with what is not consumed. I highly recommend this experience.

We were very satisfied with how we were welcomed and the extra breakfast they offered us. We stayed in the 'wild' room: small, very clean and tidy, fresh and equipped with every comfort. The breakfasts are genuine and abundant, with cakes, jams and homemade sandwiches by Lucia (what remains of breakfast can be taken to the beach). Simone gave us all the advice for parking, beaches to visit and booked us an excellent fish dinner at the 'da Giustina' restaurant. His animals are very special: Balto, the super playful wolf dog and the two Arabian horses, one of which is named after the B&B: Levante. Highly recommended structure.

The structure, inside the Conero Park, has been pleasantly renovated. It's nice to find oneself in the quiet of the countryside after a day at the sea. The added value is given by the hospitality offered by Lucia (who goes out of her way to make guests feel comfortable, including indulging them with excellent homemade cakes served for breakfast) and her family. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at The Levante Bed and Breakfast for 3 days in August. The Bed and Breakfast is very nice, immersed in nature and ideal for a bit of relaxation. The rooms have been recently renovated, well organized and clean. The Bed and Breakfast is located a few kilometers from the center of Sirolo in a convenient position to reach the most beautiful beaches of the Conero Riviera. We had a great time, we appreciated the kindness and friendliness of the owner Romana and her particularly useful tips for visiting the area. Also, the breakfast in the garden with pastries made by them was delicious.

We had a great time, the lovely breakfast in the garden was superb.

Our review is not hot, because we have been back from that splendid holiday for a month now. However, all of us still cherish the sweet memory of those days in our hearts. The place is fabulous, as it is just a few minutes by car from the seaside resorts of Sirolo and Numana, yet in a very quiet and relaxing location, immersed in the countryside and away from the noise. The rooms are brand new, tastefully furnished, and very welcoming. The breakfast, buffet-style, is abundant and with delicious homemade delicacies by Mrs. Lucia and Romana. The hospitality of the entire B&B family was exceptional, they gave us valuable tips on places to visit and restaurants to eat at. My son had a lot of fun in contact with nature and animals. He learned to eat zucchini from those days, as he saw how they are harvested, thanks to Simone's patience, and he played a lot with Balto, a four-legged friend. What else to add? We felt at home and hope to return soon. Best regards from the whole family.

Fantastic stay. The structure is brand new, tasteful, clean, and well-organized. We were welcomed by the fantastic Romana who, in addition to being impeccable regarding the B&B, gave us excellent advice on places to visit, on how to organize ourselves better, and where to go to eat, giving us the opportunity to have a perfect holiday. The tastings from the garden in the afternoon, on the return from the sea, were really a "cuddle" for our vacation. Breakfast every day is a surprise, rich in different cakes and provided with everything to satisfy even different tastes. The structure is pleasant in every corner: the rooms, the courtyard, the panorama, the complete view of the countryside. It is a perfect place to take a break immersed in nature. A few kilometers from the center of Sirolo and its beaches, from Numana, from Offagna, the B&B is in an ideal position to visit the entire Conero Riviera in the best way. We will be back.

Excellent location (if you're looking for the chaos of the center of Sirolo, don't come, but you lose a lot), very clean room and a breakfast made of cakes and sandwiches made "by the family" of excellent quality much appreciated. Lovely family-run Bed and Breakfast, newly built in a peaceful corner in the countryside. We were welcomed by the super warm and welcoming owner and the family, affectionate dogs and horses. Beautiful place, immersed in nature among sunflower fields, very kind staff, we felt like family. Very modern and well-maintained rooms. The main beaches can be reached in 10 minutes by car. I recommend it and will definitely come back!
