At first, the welcome and availability of the owner were very appreciated. Then, later, we had to rethink. The cleaning of the occupied room never took place, nor were the face - bidet towels and shower towels changed. And this for a good 4 days. A truly unpleasant thing.

''rispondo in merito. le pulizie nella struttura sono state sempre effettuate ad eccezione della loro stanza perche' nell ;orario stabilito era occupata occupata mi hanno chiamato alle 22 per contestare il riscaldamento, quando e' imp'ostato a termini di legge,piu avevano il climatizzatore in stanza che alla loro uscita ho trovato impostato a30 gradi....e' da lamentarsi ? la colazione avevano un buono al bar piu hanno usufruito in cucina di the caffe acqua biscotti e merendine. fuori parcheggio privato con telecamera se cercavate un 5 stelle non dovete chiamare un BeB distinti saluti

Simple, orderly, clean structure with everything you need available. Managed by a very helpful, welcoming, and friendly person. In the surroundings, there are many services and in a short time and a few km, you have at your disposal all the beauty that the Marche region offers you.

Clean room, clean bathroom, sheets that smell fresh, a stunning view of the hills, a 10-minute walk from the center, a 10-minute walk from a self-service restaurant where you eat well and spend little, La Casa di Silvia is a welcoming place. Silvia is a homely woman who welcomes you with a smile and a coffee. The only thing, breakfast, you have to go out and there is a bar 1 minute walk away that serves it to you. Absolutely recommended.

Mrs. Silvia welcomed me with kindness and availability, the house is very clean and cozy, I immediately felt at home! The breakfast was very abundant, it is a place where you can enjoy the tranquility and the greenery that surrounded me. I will be back soon.

Comfortable, clean, adequately heated B&B with an excellent value for money. More than sufficient breakfast. Silvia, the owner, is a very kind and helpful person! We will definitely come back considering the treatment received. Matelica and the surroundings are worth a visit.

I am a university student and I stayed here for a few days to attend classes while waiting for the apartment. The B&B is clean, warm, and very welcoming. Silvia is always friendly and kind, as well as being a beautiful person. I had a great time.
