We had the pleasure of staying at Il Grappolo during the July heat, and our experience was truly wonderful. First and foremost, a big thank you to Mrs. Cristina, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Her warm welcome, complete with a pre-cooled room thanks to the air conditioning, was a delightful surprise. Our room was perfect—spotlessly clean with incredibly comfortable mattresses, ensuring a great night's sleep. The daily room service was impeccable, maintaining the high standards throughout our stay. The breakfast was charming and quintessentially Italian, offering a little bit of everything. Mrs. Cristina’s personal touch of preparing delicious cappuccinos added a special touch to our mornings. The location is ideal. Situated in a peaceful area with no traffic noise (we slept like babies!), it’s just a short walk from buses, shuttles, restaurants, and bars. Plus, it’s ideally located between both Peschiera and Desenzano railroad stations. The nearby vineyards are a beautiful bonus, providing a serene and picturesque backdrop. This place is a gem, and we would definitely be back!

Good continental breakfast, and within walking distance to the supermarket and waterfront. Excellent car access to the peninsula and castle. We did find the house a bit noisy as the guest room was downstairs. The host was very helpful and gave us good advice on nearby attractions.

Nice Bed and Breakfast, Cristina knows how to welcome guests, even if we don't speak Italian. Clean room and quiet place with air conditioning at an affordable price. Very close to the bus stop to go to the center of Sirmione. I definitely recommend this Bed and Breakfast.

We were welcomed very kindly at Il Grappolo. Cristina, our landlady, did everything for us. She wanted us to feel comfortable. The accommodation is very clean, lovingly furnished, with parking, well-kept garden with seating and sunbathing facilities, Wi-Fi. It is about 750 m on foot to the lakeshore. We will gladly come back.

Nice property in a quiet area in the Lugana district of Sirmione, located about 4 km from the historic center. Well-kept and clean room, convenient parking inside the courtyard closed by an automatic gate. Large common area for breakfast, with the added bonus of having a water dispenser available 24 hours a day. However, Cristina makes the difference, an exemplary manager of the b&b: professional, attentive, helpful, friendly, and always ready to provide advice on the beauties and activities of the area. Highly recommended.

Strategic location, 5 km from Sirmione, 900 meters from the lake, quiet and peaceful area, impeccable cleanliness. Cristina extremely helpful and kind in providing information and for any need. Spacious and lovely rooms. I would definitely come back if I were in the area.

We stayed at Il Grappolo the first days of July and the first words are for Mrs. Cristina, very courteous, willing to meet our requests and very kind (upon our arrival she had the room refreshed by the air conditioner), never happened before. Room all right, fantastic mattresses (no sink!), maybe the pillows to be reviewed, excellent cleanliness. Breakfast in the garden (interesting), normal with a bit of everything. Located in a quiet area, no traffic but close to everything (bus, shuttles to the center, restaurants, bars, 10 minutes from Peschiera and Desenzano).

Stayed for two nights at the B&B located in a quiet area of Sirmione. Convenient internal parking, with a well-kept courtyard nearby, perfect for enjoying some moments of relaxation outdoors. (Mascot of the Bed and Breakfast Eli, a slightly scary but perfect guardian dog of the property).\n\nImpeccable room! Very cute, very spacious but above all clean! The owners, Mrs. Cristina and her husband, were kind and helpful. They advised us on places to visit and provided us with directions on how to reach them even by public transport. They were very caring and hospitable. The property is very clean and welcoming with private parking and a garden with a hammock and deck chairs. The area is quiet and Sirmione center is easily reachable on foot, enjoying a pleasant walk in the greenery. Other locations around the lake are easily accessible as well. I absolutely recommend it and it will be my reference point for another stay at Lake Garda. A big thank you to Mrs. Cristina.

The B&B is clean, well-maintained, and with a varied breakfast. The room is clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need. The location is not very convenient, as it is located in a residential area and both the center, the lake, and the thermal baths cannot be reached on foot at all. Beautiful Bed and Breakfast, better than many hotels. Beautiful, clean, attention to detail and in a great location; the property is just 20 m from the bus stop that takes you to the historic center of Sirmione. Mrs. Cristina, the owner of the Bed and Breakfast, showed us the utmost availability and friendliness. And the breakfast was also a pleasant surprise: cappuccino like at the bar, homemade pastries, sweet and savory variety, yogurt, juices, etc. Without a doubt a Bed and Breakfast to recommend.

The B&B was perfect for my needs. Very close to the center of Sirmione but also to reach any area of ​​the lower Garda, it is also close to the highway exit which allows you to reach other destinations such as Verona, Brescia and Mantova in a short time. The building is new, the room and the bathroom are very spacious and clean as well as equipped with air conditioning and television. A nice garden with shade for those who want to relax with a good book and last but not least, great courtesy of Mrs. Cristina who knows the area well and knows how to make the stay even more pleasant.

The B&B "Il Grappolo" is located in Lugana, about 5 km from the center of Sirmione. Lugana is quite well served by local transport (one every hour, except on Sundays - ticket cost at tobacco shops Euro 0.80 / Euro 2.00 on board) and intercity transport (one every half hour, including Sundays, price 1.30 at tobacco shops - stop at the church of Lugana) which allow you to reach Sirmione and is about 45 minutes walk from the center, along a beautiful walk that runs along the lake. Halfway along the route you will find Colombare, where on Friday evenings you can enjoy a fairly diverse local market. The B&B has spacious, comfortable, air-conditioned rooms furnished in a simple way. The structure is clean and fragrant. The bathroom is new, large and functional. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, and the communal table allows you to make friends with other guests. The structure is surrounded by a well-kept garden, enriched with sun loungers, tables, and a hammock, for those who do not want to move too far away. A strong point of this B&B is the management of the owners. Cristina is very attentive to the needs of the guests, helpful, chatty, and friendly, and always ready to give advice on activities to do locally. Definitely recommended!

The structure is new, simple and comfortable. The garden is welcoming, clean and fresh. But the most beautiful thing is represented by the owners who are wonderful and very helpful people! It felt like being with family, we were hosted divinely well! The center of Sirmione is close and we will come back soon to visit Cristina and Gianni.

We spent a weekend pampered and spoiled by the owner Cristina who showed us many nice places that we would have never visited. The structure is comfortable and the rooms are clean and fragrant and the garden is well-kept and full of greenery; and it is located in a quiet and peaceful area but a few steps from the town center. We recommend it to all those who want to spend a nice vacation almost like family.

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful Bed and Breakfast for three days. The property and rooms are truly beautiful, clean, and spacious. The owner Cristina immediately makes you feel at ease, giving you valuable advice on how to visit and have lunch in Sirmione and the surrounding area. Cristina and Gianni, the hosts, made us feel at home and this greatly contributed to making us spend four relaxing days. The welcome and hospitality are excellent, the structure is brand new and really well-kept, with a garden with many plants and indoor and sheltered parking. The green room we were given is spacious and very beautiful, with the additional view of the house's garden. Breakfast is rich and varied, mainly Italian but also includes savory options for more continental tastes. The area is very quiet, in a strategic location for easy travel. Definitely recommendable.

Very quiet area, simple but satisfying breakfast (identical to the photos); strategic place to see Sirmione and other nearby locations. My boyfriend and I spent Easter at Il Grappolo. Apart from having found the lowest price among the various quotes we received, we found a structure that still smells new. We were among the very first guests, modern, with a plentiful breakfast, in a quiet place but just a few minutes from Sirmione, Desenzano, and Peschiera. But, above all, Cristina and her wonderful family were available beyond expectations. Besides the very valuable advice on places and restaurants, they even drove us to Sirmione on Easter day to help us avoid long lines and a lengthy search for parking. Good luck on the new adventure.

The fantastic hostess. Cozy clean room. Beautiful garden. Possibility of parking in the closed courtyard. The Grappolo is about a 40-minute walk along the Garda shore or 5 minutes by car from the center of Sirmione. Very tasty cappuccino for breakfast. By Italian standards, breakfast is normal - yogurts, single-portion jam, bread. It would be nice to add something hot for breakfast, for example, an omelette.
