We had a wonderful stay at Lara's apartment. The apartment is charming and beautifully decorated with lovely artworks and antiques. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony over the sea is spectacular; we enjoyed sitting there for breakfast and an evening drink. The apartment is in the perfect location - right on the beach and close to shops and the train station. Lara was also very helpful in explaining the town to us and assisting with restaurant bookings. We hope to stay again in the future. Thank you, Lara!

The best location in town, very close to all facilities and restaurants. Large apartment with incredible views. Lara was a wonderful host and nothing was any trouble. Camogli was my favourite town on the whole coast, including Cirque Terra. We were very sorry to leave.

La Priaguea is a wonderful arty apartment right on the seafront of a beautiful and friendly little city on the Genoese coast. Lara (the owner) has been wonderful in pointing out fabulous restaurants and great activities in the vicinity. I definitely recommend this place.

Family of 4 spent 9 nights in this beautiful apartment, it was worth it. Mid-July so the weather was hot, but air-con definitely helped. Functional kitchen, back courtyard, very handy 2 bathrooms, high ceilings in the shared living spaces open out to your own balcony, taking in the views of the main beach. The occasional club music can be heard outside in the evening, but you can hear it everywhere and it stops by 1am. Lara and Giacomo are excellent hosts. Lara met us on arrival at the train station, she was so helpful. We would highly recommend La Priaguea and we’d love to stay there again in the future.

The location of the accommodation is really great, right in the pedestrian zone and by the sea. The hosts, Lara and her husband, were also very nice. But the accommodation itself, although originally furnished, was unfortunately not so great for us. Maybe we are also spoiled, but we have really had better holiday apartments. We need two bedrooms for personal reasons. Now there is, in addition to the proper bedroom downstairs (which does not have a proper door, but only two wings that can be opened and closed), also upstairs a "room" with two separate beds and its own bathroom. The connecting door between this room and the bathroom does not close properly. It is all very cramped and above all the door to this room is not a proper door, but again consists only of two wings that can be opened and closed. One half also does not open properly and thus always closes when it is windy. Also at night, when you want to close these "doors" and have a window open downstairs and one upstairs (more wind/draught), that one wing keeps opening and closing, rattling and making noise. I then put the fan in front of it, so that the door does not keep opening, and that helped a little. Downstairs in the so-called living room, there are two sofas, but you can hardly use one of them because it is so uncomfortable/old/worn out (I think you can feel the springs inside?). It is also the case that downstairs everything is basically one room (except for the bathroom), because the bedroom not only has these folding doors, but above the doors, there is a square opening, so there is no wall. In the evening and at night, it is never really dark in the bedroom when the other person has the light on in the "living room", because everything is open. And mosquitoes could also fly in (when there is light in the living room). The kitchen is fine, there is really everything you need. We never used this table with chairs in the courtyard, it is not so nice either, rather dark.

L’appartamento si trova all’interno di un edificio storico del Settecento, situato sul lungomare di Camogli, e presenta caratteristiche architettoniche tipiche e vincolate, chiaramente visibili nelle fotografie pubblicate e descritte nell’annuncio. La disposizione degli spazi, comprese le aperture tra gli ambienti e la tipologia delle porte, fa parte dell’identità stessa dell’immobile. Comprendiamo che alcune soluzioni possano non incontrare le esigenze personali di tutti gli ospiti, come ad esempio la necessità di ambienti completamente separati o oscurabili. Tuttavia, riteniamo che tali aspetti siano rappresentati in modo trasparente, così da consentire una scelta consapevole al momento della prenotazione. Ci fa piacere che siano stati apprezzati la posizione, la pulizia e la disponibilità dimostrata durante il soggiorno. Allo stesso tempo, ci dispiace che l’esperienza complessiva non sia stata all’altezza delle aspettative personali degli ospiti. We had a wonderful time at La Priaguea - House Beach and in Comogli with Lara. The accommodation is perfect and very nice, located directly by the sea, with a balcony overlooking the sea for breakfast or aperitif. The apartment is spacious and generously furnished and clean. Comfortable beds, large living and dining room, top kitchen (everything there!). Lara is a very friendly, uncomplicated, attentive and cheerful person. She gave us tips for restaurants (recommended!) and even reserved a table for us on site. Lara is the perfect host! Lara, thank you again! We will gladly come back. What can I say, traveling the world you can appreciate our Italy more and more. This house is Camogli itself: it shows how our country is full of hidden beauties. With a view like this, both from the balcony and the bedroom, what more could you want from life? Nothing! Lara is really friendly, with her many tips. You can tell there is passion behind this work.

The apartment is dated and located on the second floor with very steep stairs. I had asked if the apartment was accessible for elderly people and I was told there would be no problems, but that is not the case, so I had major difficulties. The double bed is about 1 meter high and it is very dangerous to get on and off it. The other two small single beds are very uncomfortable. I did not sleep for three nights. Regarding cleanliness, I have no complaints. The apartment was clean. The sheets and towels were also perfect. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it because the price-quality ratio is not coherent.

La nostra struttura si trova in un palazzo storico del Settecento sul lungomare di Camogli: una posizione e un'architettura che i nostri ospiti solitamente premiano (come dimostra la nostra media di 9. 5 basata su 82 recensioni su booking. com) L'appartamento è arredato con mobili d'antiquariato scelti con cura per preservare l'eleganza e l'anima del luogo; definirlo 'datato' è un'interpretazione che non rende giustizia al pregio storico del contesto. Per quanto riguarda l'accessibilità, è noto che i palazzi storici del borgo non dispongano di ascensore (informazione sempre presente su questo sito). Se l'ospite ha difficoltà motorie importanti, spetta a chi prenota valutare se un secondo piano in un edificio d'epoca sia la scelta adatta, anziché imputare alla struttura caratteristiche architettoniche intrinseche e immodificabili. Siamo lieti che abbiate apprezzato la pulizia impeccabile, ma troviamo ingeneroso penalizzare il rapporto qualità-prezzo per preferenze personali sui letti o per limiti fisici che non dipendono dall'ospitalità offerta.
