Bread, toast, cheese, cold cuts, eggs, butter, peanut butter, seasonal fruit, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, fruit salad, classic cereals, chocolate cereals, muesly, yogurt, rusks, nutella, different flavors of jam, canestrelli, crackers, biscuits, classic empty croissants and mini croissants with fruit flakes, tart, cakes, focaccia, fruit juices, coffee, tea, milk (classic, soy, rice), cappuccino, chocolate. Our hot drinks are prepared with a professional coffee machine. On request also gluten free breakfasts.

Très bien situé, très calme même si en bord de rue. Prestations très correctes. Seul bémol il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner mais la possibilité de le prendre dans des pâtisseries ou restaurants très proches.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang. Zimmer einfach, saueber, tadellos, ruhig obwohl 2 Min. zu Fuss vom Bahnhof und 5 Min. vom Stadtzentrum.

Sehr, sehr nettes Personal. Allein deswegen würde ich nochmal hinfahren. Sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war hübsch, altbau, Wasserkocher war sogar drin, obwohl die Straßen stark befahren sind war es nicht laut. Mir fiel es nur etwas schwer die Treppen zu laufen, weil wir mit Baby dort waren, es war die vierte Etage das hatte ich nicht bedacht. Preisleistungsverhältnis passt. Leider durften sie wegen Coronamaßnahmen kein Frühstück anbieten. In der Gegend kann man spazieren gehen, am Hafen entlang. Zum Strand muß man aber mit Auto oder Bus. The Hotelpersonal was very, very kind. They helped us a lot. This is very important, expecially when you travel with kids. The room was pretty, it was not loud, we didn‘t hear the noise from the street at night. Their Breakfast room is a bit small and becouse of Corona they couldn‘t serve breakfast. And for me the only thing that was hard were the stairs. It’s the fourth floor, i have a baby and had to carry every time. But the rest was super. The price is also good. You can take a walk by the Sea, but the beach is 20 min. with car or bus.

Purtroppo sul sito non si spiega bene l'indirizzo, dato che sulla stessa via c'era un altro numero identico. Nessun accenno al fatto che era al terzo piano e senza ascensore, ma la signora credeva che lo dovevo "dedurre"...

Situata proprio nel Centro Storico di Genova, sarete accolti con professionalità dal suo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Da qui si ha la possibilità di visitare tutta Genova a pedi. Se si giunge con la propria auto è possibile usare la lunga sosta a prezzi agevolati ma avrei preferito giungere in treno nonostante i bagagli perché molto vicino alla stazione Principe. Se torno a Genova chiederò qui nuovamente accoglienza. Grazie Hotel Balbi e a presto.

Ho prenotato un soggiorno in questa struttura per i miei genitori e si sono trovati benissimo. Hotel storico in pieno centro e pulitissimo.

Struttura a mio avviso logisticamente comodissima dalla quale si raggiungono facilmente molti luoghi di potenziale interesse a piedi. Gestori ospitali, gentili e disponibili, e non da meno - al contempo discreti e non invadenti. Non ho chiesto la colazione quindi non posso esprimermi su quella, e/ma non mancano bar vicini dove eventualmente poterla fare o stuzzicare... Mmm, anche un'ottima focacceria subito di fianco uscendo a sinistra. Per i meno sportivi, "attempati" o "svogliati" fate conto che non c'è l'ascensore bensì qualche rampa di scale da salire a piedi: meglio non caricarsi di troppi bagagli. Consigliata sicuramente, più a quelli che amano girare e non stare chiusi dentro date le dimensioni delle camere non troppo grandi (quella dove ho alloggiato io quanto meno). A me è andato benissimo, ho un bel ricordo! Ciao Federica, grazie!

Gestori super gentili il B&B si trova in un palazzo dell'800 con splendide stanze con volte affrescate. Vicinissimo alla stazione, porto antico e centro storico. Abbiamo passato una splendida settimana a Genova, consigliato.

La struttura è a veramente pochi minuti da tutto, vicino alla stazione e al centro di Genova, la stanza è accogliente e dotata di bollitore con filtri per il te. Il bagno forse è un pò piccolino, ma molto accessoriato e confortevole. Il personale è educatissimo e disponibile a fornire indicazioni e informazioni sulle attrazioni da visitare.
