The hosts were really kind and helpful. They were very accommodating of our vegetarian and lactose-free requests. Fresh bread and a bit of vegetables and more fresh fruit would have been nice, but every guest is different. The location is very beautiful if you have a car. It is not so easy to reach by public transport and the last road to the accommodation is very narrow. That is good to know if you have a wide car. We stayed in November, and it was already a bit cold, so personally I would have needed an extra blanket at night. But I am sure that if we had stayed more than one night our wonderful hosts would have provided one. For those who get cold more easily, it is better to ask right at the start. All in all a very beautiful, top accommodation, quiet location, nice garden and with a view over Trieste. Would gladly come again.

We liked the location on the hill, the many gardens around it and the wonderful grounds. The B&B is tastefully decorated with many old mementos and Marco is a very nice host.

Wonderful location, dreamy view. It is very cozy and tastefully furnished. The location high above Trieste requires some skill in driving, as you pass through very narrow alleys. I would come back anytime.

We had beautiful days at this quiet, well-kept place with breathtaking views. The hosts were very attentive and friendly, the breakfast was lovingly arranged and delicious. Highly recommended, 100 points! Thank you very much.

I gave a rating of 6 for the property's location only because we had trouble driving up due to the icy road surface. We had never been to Trieste before and, not knowing the area, we were a bit overwhelmed by our inexperience.

Great property if you want to be close to the city center but in a quiet area. The property is connected to the center by bus line 34 and the stop is a few steps away. The room was large and spacious, as was the bathroom. Beautiful sea view. Excellent breakfast; the homemade pancakes were spectacular. The host Marco is very kind and helpful.

Very beautiful property, furnished with originality. In the corridor, a splendid collection of family photographs that tell its history. The hosts are very kind and gave excellent tips for visiting the city. Highly recommended!

Everything was fine except for the roads to reach the property: they are very narrow and not easy to find. On their website they rightly indicated the less complicated route, but it is still not easy if you have a large vehicle.

The room is very clean and the owners are very kind. The property is fairly close to the center, about ten minutes. The private parking is in front of the house. The garden is cared for by the owners themselves and the view is very pleasant. The environment is comfortable and there is a piano in the kitchen. The owner makes the kitchen available to everyone and personally prepares the breakfast. It may sometimes be a bit dirty because of other guests, as it is shared with them. I highly recommend it.

Good accommodation. Generous breakfast. The only drawback is the location: streets are too narrow and steep to drive through. It's fine for a few days, but if you need to stay a week it's not convenient to stay here.

Per l'accesso in macchina alla nostra struttura consigliamo sempre di consultare le dettagliate istruzioni presenti sul nostro sito (sotto a "Come arrivare"). Le stesse istruzioni vengono peraltro inviate via mail ad ogni ospite prima dell'arrivo. Per quanto riguarda le lunghe permanenze, gli ospiti che si fermano di più sono proprio quelli che solitamente apprezzano di più la nostra struttura, in quanto hanno più tempo per godersi la quiete del posto senza dover muovere l'auto per raggiungere il centro grazie alla fermata del bus vicina.

The property is very nice, clean and functional. The owners are kind and welcoming. The breakfast is good and varied. The road to reach the property is narrow, but it's worth it. So it's great for those with a sedan, while it could be complicated for those with a larger car.

Everything was perfect, a very well-kept structure with a beautiful garden to relax in. Breakfast was carefully prepared every morning, both sweet and savory. The hosts were available and gave us many useful tips for our stay. Parking available on the premises, which is not taken for granted in Trieste. Some maneuvers are required to arrive by car, but the place is worth the effort! We will return.

Beautiful B&B, Marco and Federica are very kind, courteous, friendly, and helpful. The property is very beautiful, simple, and welcoming, on the hills with a view of the Gulf of Trieste. The rooms are tidy and clean, the shared kitchen is very well equipped, and the breakfast prepared by Federica is simply fantastic.

The structure has enormous potential, but it is really exploited to the minimum. A big applause to Federica, because she has really shown that she cares a lot about the guests, welcoming, friendly, general advice, a volcano those two times we saw her, always ready to ask if we needed anything. He was cold and except for a few rare moments, since both at breakfast (there was never a name on the table or a sign of the room to know whose it was) and at the time of departure, rarely present in the structure (seen only at check-in and forgotten at departure). TV not present, (a very important detail for us, regarding relaxation, (if it rains and you don't offer alternative activities or I don't want to take the car and I have nothing else, lack of board games), we asked to get us a TV, he replied that it was not possible. The bedside lamps, one missing a bulb and the other burnt out, full of dust. I settle for little, but that little was not there. Beautiful in green, the view especially in the evening when it is not hot, the herbs, the wood, but I do not recommend it, with few rooms, the small details make the difference, small gestures change you.

Per quanto riguarda la TV che, ci teniamo a precisarlo, non è pubblicizzata tra le dotazioni in camera, né su questo portale né sul nostro sito, vorremmo chiarire che si tratta di una scelta precisa e consapevole: non la inseriamo nelle camere per garantire a tutti i nostri ospiti un ambiente di vero relax, di rispetto reciproco e di disconnessione dalla routine quotidiana. Preferiamo proporre la natura circostante del nostro ampio giardino, i nostri spazi comuni e piccole alternative come libri e giochi, convinti che rappresentino un valore aggiunto all’esperienza del soggiorno. La televisione in camera invece, considerata la struttura in legno propria della casa eco-clima, potrebbe facilmente arrecare fastidio agli altri ospiti. Relativamente alla lampadina mancante e alla polvere sul lampadario, ci scusiamo sinceramente: sono aspetti che non dovrebbero mai sfuggire e abbiamo già provveduto a porvi rimedio. Quanto alla nostra presenza, la nostra filosofia è quella di un’accoglienza discreta ma sempre disponibile: siamo presenti ogni giorno e anche quando non siamo fisicamente in struttura siamo sempre raggiungibili al telefono. Ci auguriamo comunque che il ricordo della tranquillità e della cura degli spazi rimanga positivo e speriamo di poterti ospitare nuovamente per un’esperienza ancor più in linea con le tue aspettative.

The structure is very, very beautiful and cared for in every detail. The owners are always ready to meet any needs of the guests whom they "pamper" from the moment of arrival. Very neat and clean, spacious rooms. There is also a nice garden with sun loungers where one can relax. Being slightly out of the center and on a hill, it enjoys particular tranquility. Private parking in the courtyard of the structure. The owner offers various and abundant breakfasts and there is the possibility to use the kitchen for lunch or dinner. You feel like you're at home. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

The structure is very beautiful, clean, and ideal for relaxation. The rooms are well taken care of and spacious, the bathroom is very large and clean. The location of the structure is excellent because it is not too far from the center but far enough to be practical for visits outside the city center. There is a large private parking lot. I stayed here alone and returned a bit later than expected, but I felt safe (which is not to be overlooked these days!). The only thing I would point out for those who are less experienced at driving is that to reach the structure you have to navigate narrow streets (as I think is the case generally throughout the city), but they are manageable with a bit of patience in maneuvering. Good breakfast prepared with care for each room.

The apartment is very beautiful and very clean. Mr. Giorgio is very kind and friendly. The green space dedicated to the apartment is very pleasant. Wonderful bed and breakfast in a peripheral but panoramic area. The road is a bit narrow and steep but this is the structure of the area. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly, they immediately offered us tea and explained the things to see in the city. This morning we also had crepes ready on the breakfast room table, which is actually a large and brand new air-conditioned kitchen that can also be used for other meals. Available every day are pods, infusions, juices, cocoa, regular and plant-based milk, packaged brioches and today even a typical Triestine dessert! The mattress is very comfortable and the decor is pleasantly vintage, rightly recalling the Austro-Hungarian times. The bathroom is comfortable and very modern. The corridor is adorned with beautiful vintage family photos. It is possible to have breakfast also at the small table outside the room, where there is also a cot to relax in front of the sage, thyme, and lavender plants. The room is air-conditioned. Everything is wonderful!
