Our breakfast features homemade products crafted with great care and love. Here, you'll have the chance to taste unique pastries, such as elderflower cake, fritters made with white wisteria flowers, and muffins with dandelion flowers. We offer a selection of jams made from the fruits of our own trees, including blackberry and lavender flower, pink plum and ginger, elderberry, basil and lemon, apple with sage and rosemary, fig and lemon, dandelion, wisteria, and much more. You can also enjoy a variety of cakes and tarts (including gluten-free options) made with eggs from our chickens, along with syrups, yogurt, bread, butter, toast, cereals, coffee, herbal teas, and cappuccino. Upon request and for a small additional charge, a savory platter with cured meats and cheeses is also available.
