We stayed at Paper Moon. We had a wonderful time. The owner Florin is an exceptional person, always available for anything.

Note that I have stayed in several hotels across Romagna from north to south, but I have never found so many problems as in this one. I called the hotel owner personally to ask if they also had gluten-free options, since the stay package included breakfast, and he answered that their hotel offered that option. I arrived and, after paying, he told me that my daughter and I were the first with this problem and asked how we had breakfast. I replied "sweet breakfast". For a week my daughter and I were given muffins, plumcakes and small tarts, not a single biscuit, nor a rusk nor cereal. I asked if it would be possible to have at least one day a croissant (there is a beachfront place that makes gluten-free croissants) and he told me he could not find them in stock. In the end I had to buy the biscuits myself even though I had paid for breakfast. Then I paid for parking for 8 days where he had sublet the space, coming to wake me at 8 in the morning because the people he had given my spot to had to leave, since I had parked my car behind them. He made everyone move without notice and caused an argument about leaving the keys at reception. Conclusion: terrible accommodation, with staff who try to smile at you but meanwhile want to rip you off. Highly not recommended.

Clean room. The staff is very courteous. A quiet place, very close to the sea and at an excellent price. The bathroom is the only thing to improve: the shower is a bit uncomfortable, but overall everything is excellent. I would return.

Papermoon is our reference point when we decide to stay in Bellaria. Centrally located, spacious and clean structure, with a varied breakfast and friendly staff attentive to all our needs. I highly recommend it.
