We chose this property because it was the closest to Arco del Meloncello, which was the beginning of our hike to San Luca. It was a pleasant surprise. Rooms very clean, super English breakfast and Andrea, the host, was very helpful. As an added bonus we had the possibility to leave our car with Andrea for a couple of days.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property and we would highly recommend it to anyone who is traveling to Bologna. Andrea, the host, could not be a better host for this kind of property. The breakfast was outstanding, our room was spotless the entire time we were there, and Andrea really went out of his way to make sure that our experience in Bologna was good. The location is not perfect, but the walk to the city center is flat and safe and there are bus stops nearby for buses that are reliable and inexpensive. We will certainly try to stay here if we are ever in Bologna again.

We stayed for four days with two rooms and it was perfect. Perfect due to the care and dedication offered by our host Andrea. The location is ideal for a short bus ride to the city centre or a walk up to San Luca, the famous church overlooking Bologna. A large supermarket is nearby. There are several parking lots and a large parking garage near the address. Or if you are lucky, as we were, you may use Andrea's garage box for free. That was exceptional as was the fantastic breakfast served by Andrea prepared with gusto and satisfying all your wishes. Excellent bathrooms with excellent towels. Beds very comfortable, spacious rooms and overall appearance of the accommodation pleasant and in good taste. We felt almost as happy as in our own homes and would definitely return on a next visit to gorgeous Bologna. A great experience shared by all of us.

Honestly Bologna wasn't in my travel plans, but the city exceeded my expectations and this accommodation also made my trip worthwhile! The room is clean and spacious, love the interior decoration. The host is very kind and enthusiastic:) Recommended for those who want to travel to Bologna.

Thank you Andrea. It was a great place to stay and see Bologna. You were very welcoming and very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the seventh floor was amazing. Breakfast was a feast and you do make the best cappuccino. It was only about 20 minutes walk into the town but you could catch a bus if you wished. Unfortunately we picked an expensive week when a convention was taking place but it did mean we found this lovely place to stay. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Bologna.

We felt extremely comfortable and will definitely come back. The operator is super nice, but it is advantageous to know some Italian. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast excellent. Everything can be easily reached on foot. For those with difficulty walking, the bus is an option. There is a Coop supermarket on the corner. Not far away there are very good restaurants that should not be missed. All in all highly recommended.

I stayed in June. The location is very convenient for events in the stadium area and also very close to the bus stop to reach the city center in 10 minutes. Excellent cleanliness. Air-conditioned room. Super breakfast, sweet and savory with a wide choice... including parmesan and mortadella! What can I say about the host? Andrea is a helpful, kind, friendly, and nice host. In the morning when he offers breakfast, you will find him in the bolognese sushi chef version 😊. The price is a bit high during events, but it is worth it for the convenience. I will return.

I stayed for one night in a single room, as if I had never left home! Andrea is really helpful, he welcomed me with open arms. The property is close to the Dall'Ara stadium (really just 2 steps) and also close to the center (15 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by bus). Abundant breakfast with some chatter that is always welcome. I stayed for two nights in Bologna for an event that took place at the Teatro delle Celebrazioni and I discovered this wonderful B&B "Interno 19" impeccably hosted by its owner Andrea! By the way, it is very close to the theater, just a few minutes on foot. In addition to professionalism and kindness, I had the pleasure of finding myself immersed in a comfortable environment with impeccable cleanliness. I changed my mind about what the true center of the city is, definitely the Saragozza district and via Irma Bandiera in particular, a place steeped in history and authenticity. Thanks to host Andrea, who is an excellent speaker, I learned about important historical facts that occurred on this street that literally captured my attention and made me feel honored to stay here! In addition to the convenience of bars, restaurants, shopping centers, and means to reach the main places of interest in no time (even on foot). Thank you from the bottom of my heart Andrea for making this weekend unforgettable! And for the best breakfast ever! Ten out of ten! I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone going to Bologna, whether for work or pleasure, to stay at L'Interno 19.

The property is in a perfect location for those, like us, who have to leave in the morning for the Via degli Dei. We had a room with a private bathroom, both large and of a high standard. The owner is the real protagonist for his friendliness, extreme availability, and professionalism. He even drove us to the restaurant because it was drizzling. At 6.30 he arrived and by 7 breakfast was ready. Served with a rare attention in today's world, the chat before the 40 km that awaited us was very pleasant. Thank you very much, Andre and Ceci.

I must say that I am a very demanding person and attentive to cleanliness and the overall context. It was a pleasant confirmation for me to find all the reviews that led me to choose the B&B Interno19 by Andrea. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, and with a pleasant walk you easily reach the central quadrilateral of Bologna. The room I chose was a double room with a private bathroom that you access through a small private entrance. Everything was perfectly clean and free of particular odors, comfortable bed with ample space. The room was also equipped with armchairs and a small table, refrigerator and TV. Very large bathroom with bathtub and shower. I found towels and a shower towel as well as soap and shampoo. I focus on Andrea, the owner of the B&B, because besides welcoming me very well, he was very helpful in giving me all the useful information for both movements and also in suggesting where to eat; the San Gennaro restaurant pizzeria a few meters from the B&B was an excellent suggestion. I really appreciated, finally, Andrea's availability to drive me personally to the clinic where the next morning I had to undergo some tests even though the time was not so convenient. He insisted a lot on facilitating me, and for this I thank him again. Just for the tests, I could not enjoy breakfast, but Andrea, once again, insisted several times to give me the long-packed. Thank you Andrea if I stop in Bologna I will use your B&B again.

Simply perfect stay, my daughter and I had a great time. Strategic location at the foot of the climb to the Sanctuary of San Luca and 15 minutes from the walls of the historic center. Clean and quiet room, 'amazing' breakfast (savoury and sweet), with treats like strawberries, strudel, freshly squeezed juice and more. Initially my husband and I chose this property because it was just over 250 m from the Teatro Celebrazioni where we had to go that evening, but then we were satisfied with everything: comfortable and welcoming room, abundant breakfast, excellent cleanliness. Given the rainy weather, I really appreciated the air conditioner in the room. The room and private bathroom were very clean. The only downside was a slight smell of smoke, but nothing excessive, just keep the door closed! The breakfast was plentiful, and Andrea was very kind in accommodating a vegan breakfast request.

Pertanto vorrei ricordare a chi legge questa replica, che io sono fumatore e la struttura è smoke frendly, ed è tollerato fumare nei bagni delle camere vicino alla finestra o sul balcone se presente in camera. In caso metto a disposizione anche il balcone della cucina. Ho indicato comunque nel mio sito questa informazione, per correttezza. Detto questo, devo però far notare, e non mi rivolgo nello specifico a questo caso, quindi a Martina, ma in generale, che le recensioni sul web non sono come i voti a scuola. Questo perché il contesto è diverso, e tende a rientrare più in una logica di feedback positivo (pollice alto) o negativo (pollice basso). E' vero i voti vanno da 0 a 10. Considerando quelli che vanno da 6 a 10, perché quelli da 0 a 5 in questo contesto vengono usati per esprimere forti disagi verso l'host e la struttura, arrecando davvero un danno importante e talvolta irreparabile. Danno legato alla media voto, che ripeto non è come quando andiamo a scuola. Pertanto, solo il 9 o 10 come punteggio rappresentano un feedback positivo, non il resto. Vorrei provare a fare un esempio. La mia struttura fino a ieri aveva una media voti di 9.4, se vado a inserire una recensione tipo: Struttura 7, pulizia 9, posizione 6, gestore 7 rapporto qualità prezzo 8, colazione 9. Facendo la media otteniamo 7,66. Ciò significa che a fronte di una media di 9,4 della struttura, il voto medio di 7,66 rappresenta un feedback negativo (pollice basso) e penalizza ovviamente la struttura negli algoritmi di ricerca. Ciò significa che conta relativamente cosa scriviamo, ma contano moltissimo i voti che andiamo a inserire. Io non so se sono riuscito a rendere bene l'idea, ma sono assolutamente convinto che chi fa il mio lavoro e opera in ambito ricettivo sa cosa intendo, lo dico perché l'argomento recensioni è spesso elemento di confronto con i miei colleghi host. Io credo che oggi nel 2022, la gente sappia questo molto bene, perché ormai credo tutti conosciamo qualcuno che conduce un'attività tipo la mia, o magari un amico ristoratore, o piuttosto qualcuno che fa vendite sul web. Una volta questo poteva essere ignorato dalla massa, ma oggi tutti ne sono consapevoli. Questa è la motivazione che mi spinge a raccogliere il feedback dell'ospite, in questo caso, come negativo e mi scuso pertanto con Martina per non essere stato all'altezza delle sue aspettative. Il voto 6 nella posizione non lo voglio commentare, perché facente parte a mio avviso della logica di cui sopra. Mi limito a ribadire, dal momento che alla struttura non posso mettere le ruote e spostarla, che siamo nel quartiere Saragozza, FUORI dal centro storico. A ridosso dello Stadio Renato Dall'Ara, e vicino al portico che porta alla Basilica di San Luca. Sono convinto, in questo caso, che Martina si sia sbagliata, in quanto mi ha detto che conosceva Bologna; pertanto credo proprio che quel 6 fosse in realtà un voto a me, e non alla zona, ma magari l'ospite non è voluta essere troppo esplicita nel manifestarmi “amicizia”. Con questa replica ho solo voluto spiegare come funzionano le recensioni sul web (non come a scuola). E così anche nel settore delle vendite online di prodotti. Il feedback al venditore ne fa il suo successo o la sua condanna. Chi oggi comprerebbe ad esempio da un venditore su ebay a fronte di voti bassi e feedback sotto il 90%??? Chi vende sul web ha una media di valutazione diversa, che ripeto non è come a scuola. E questo è un fatto, può piacere o meno ma è così. Pertanto spero che chi legge questa replica trovi maggior consapevolezza e serenità nelle proprie azioni e valutazioni e spero di avere la possibilità di potermi recuperare il mio 9,4 faticosamente sudato che oggi dopo quest'ultima recensione è purtroppo regredito a 9,3 di media valutazione. I stayed for two days at this B&B located at the end of the Saragozza district, very close to the stadium. Nice neighborhood, well served by public transport and convenient to reach the historic center. Clean place and courteous owner, helpful and very hospitable. The single room I chose was very comfortable with an ensuite bathroom. Breakfast is served by the owner in a very familiar and homely atmosphere. It was a great choice, I will definitely come back if I need to.

Staying at Andrea's was a beautiful experience. I didn't realize I was in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Bologna. The greenery dominates this area, and being a few steps away from where the path to San Luca starts, makes you want to reach the sanctuary on foot. I had chosen this B&B Interno19 for its extreme proximity to the Celebrazioni theater and affordable prices (traveling alone), but everything else was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful, clean and welcoming rooms, panoramic view from the seventh floor, varied and abundant breakfast but above all, Andrea was extremely welcoming and helpful. He loves his city and shares its secrets. I discovered the sweetest part of Bologna and finally believe I understood part of its soul. I hope to be a guest at Andrea's again.

I couldn't have received better treatment. The structure exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Logistics, cleanliness, services, etc. Maximum cordiality from the manager who made himself available as a guide, as well as a driver. In fact, he welcomed me and my daughter directly at the station, thus avoiding reaching the B&B Interno19 by public transport. And this kindness was repeated at the time of departure. I booked a room, for two nights, in a B&B (chosen by chance) located 50 meters from the Onaosi center in Bologna where my son lives, and I pleasantly found myself welcomed by Andrea, the "host" who immediately made me feel at ease, as if I were at my own home and as if we had known each other forever. The rooms available for his "guests" (and not just customers) are spacious, bright, with a private bathroom, beautiful view, and perfectly maintained. I couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

Stayed to celebrate New Year's Eve 2015, the nights of December 31 and January 01 with my girlfriend. Reception, cleanliness, availability (including the transfer to the station) as I have never found in other accommodations. Andrea is uniquely sympathetic, and he manages to make you understand how managing the Bed and Breakfast is not just a job for him, but a passion. Surely when we return to Bologna we will stay here again. The area is very quiet, close to the stadium and the Certosa, a stone's throw from the sanctuary of the Madonna di San Luca, well served by public transport and the view is splendid (you can see the whole city and beyond). Highly recommended.
