Our B&B is placed at Parma art city, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, quiet, for enjoying a stunning panorama, in the heart of the city. "Alamiré Suites&Studios" is a prestigious building to conjure up the thrill of the past, elegant design with attention to detail, a residence with unique, original style, a building of the past brought into the present with unique touches guaranteeing top comfort.
Surroundings
A few steps from our structure will be possible to visit the most important monuments and places of interest to satisfy the wishes of knowledge of each Guest. In particular we point out that just 110 meters away is 'Piazza Duomo' with the Romanesque Cathedral and the Baptistery, Antelami's masterpieces.
Our Guests will have the opportunity to devote themselves to shopping, appreciating the countless local handicrafts, and to follow delicious food and wine tours through which to discover ancient traditions and popular cultures.
Finally, we emphasize the opportunity to participate in evocative cultural and especially musical events considering that the 'Teatro Regio' is located no more than 200 meters from the structure.
Soccer fans can follow their favorite team at the nearby stadium 'Tardini'. The golf course 'La Rocca' is located in Sala Baganza, a hilly country at a distance of about fifteen kilometers from the city.

Our structure is the perfect location for all families traveling here who will feel at home, and for anyone traveling for tourism, for work, or for health or spa treatments (the spas of Monticelli Terme, Tabiano and Salsomaggiore Spas are all easy to reach even by public transport)

Notes
Delicious continental breakfast with mostly local organic products (special diet available on demand).
The 'Suite Magnolia' on the ground floor is easily accessible even for people with mobility difficulties.
The hosts speak Italian, English, and French.
The location makes our facility ideal for shopping in our local Christmas markets.

Breakfast is not included, however in each accommodation you will find packaged sweet and savory foods for breakfast, coffee making supplies, mineral water.

Fantastic property. We required a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, and this place was extremely well designed for our needs. Close to all facilities and very spacious. Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back in the future to stay, both for the apartment and the beautiful Parma.

Incredible room, with beautiful exposed bricks from a 13th century building, but with all the modern amenities you could want, including a kitchenette filled with snacks and a Nespresso machine. Raffaella was a superb host. She recommended nearby historical points of interest to visit, all of which were within about 5 minutes walking distance, and when I had a problem with the wifi connection, she had it fixed right away. Everything was perfect! I’m just sad I couldn’t stay longer.

Raffaella is a wonderful host. We enjoyed our stay at Alamiré Room and Breakfast, which is very central and has all the convenience one would need. Raffaella made sure we found a safe place for our car etc. Highly recommended.

Raffaella is the best hostess I have ever met. She is most warm, welcoming, and accommodating. I had many questions, as I traveled to Italy by myself for the first time, and Raffaella was patient and informative. She gave food and culture recommendations upon request. My room was absolutely beautiful, with a quaint, peaceful courtyard filled with plants to enjoy sunshine and rain over coffee. The location is just 10 minutes from the train, but Raffaella offered me rides several times which made me feel taken care of. Would definitely stay here again. Grazie mille Raffaella!

The perfect stay! Rafaella went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. There was a very thoughtful selection of local products in the fridge, more than enough food for breakfast. My room was absolutely spotless. I was given excellent recommendations for local restaurants and things to see in Parma. I cannot wait to come back one day and stay here again!

An ideal accommodation if you want to explore Parma and the surrounding area. We had a spacious apartment with all the comforts, which was cleaned regularly. Towels etc. in abundance. There were also enough products in the fridge to make breakfast and not starve. The hostess is extremely friendly and addresses all questions and wishes. The location is perfect, as you can walk to the train station and the attractions.

I stayed at this B&B for two weeks and I was really satisfied. New structure in a historic building, well-kept and located in a central position, convenient for visiting the city. The cleaning service is impeccable and the welcome from the owner was excellent: friendly, helpful and attentive to every need. A pleasant stay in every respect, I highly recommend it!

Spacious room for a single person, right in the city center, quiet location with excellent furnishings and very well maintained. If I happen to return to Parma, I will contact the Alamiré Room and Breakfast. Absolutely recommended.

Excellent structure located in a historic building behind the Cathedral. Very central to visit the historic center of Parma. The apartment is spacious and very clean throughout the stay. Very well cared for in detail and equipped with every comfort. The breakfast is very rich and abundant. There is also a supply of water, fruit more than sufficient for the needs of the stay, of high quality and varied. "Cuddly snacks" are also available for breakfast or snack. The owners of the B&B live in the same building; so there is a special attention to guest care. The quality/price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended.
