Where to begin. It is right on the square yes, but I have never seen so much crime in my life. People were breaking down stolen luggage and selling it on the sidewalk in such dense numbers that we had to step over them to reach the front door. Of the 8 or 9 bleeding people we passed, about half had shot up with old needles and about half had been bludgeoned in the head with something. The attendant did not buzz us in at first, she just said something in Italian (I know, duh, but we booked in English so this was a surprise) and did not let us in. The hostess arrived to admit us as a priority after we called, but not before we had pretty much given up. We would have stayed ANYWHERE else. The minibar was covered in dust, the jacuzzi was filthy, all the towels smelled like cigarettes, there is absolutely no sense of security. Your room key is a skeleton key so any 10-year-old can pick the lock. We tried to console ourselves that the lobby door was sturdy and nobody at the hotel would harm us, but then in the morning somebody had vandalized the lobby right outside our room! Did not feel safe or relaxed for a second. If you are a hardened traveler with no valuables, maybe. If you are on vacation with somebody you love and want to have a good time, not a chance.

Sembra che lei sia stato nei paesi dove attualmente ci sono delle guerre in atto, forse ha fatto un brutto sogno e pensa che l' abbia vissuto? Perché i nostri ospiti che alloggiavano lo stesso vostro giorno, non hanno vissuto questa guerra, anzi, hanno continuato il loro soggiorno molto piacevolemente. Tutti questi feriti, morti, vandalismi che lei sicuramente ha sognato, ci hanno dato spunto a giocare al lotto, e ci ha fatto anche vincere, tutto sulla ruota di Napoli. Quindi non posso che ringraziarla, sia per le risate a crepapelle, per quello che ha sognato, che per la vincita. La invito pero', ad andare a sognare e a viaggiare nei limiti della sua camera da letto, perché sulle guerre, si può scherzare 1 volta, ed è anche troppo.

Per caso mi sono imbattuto in questa struttura che si trova proprio vicinissimo alla stazione centrale e quindi molto comoda per tutti i miei spostamenti. Pensavo che avrei dormito male perché la piazza è un po' caotica invece chiusa la finestra non si sentiva più nulla. La camera era corredata di molti comfort, addirittura bollitore per il thè e merendine varie che non mi hanno fatto sentire la mancanza della colazione nell'area comune macchina per il caffè con le cialde. Francesco è stato gentilissimo e mi ha dato tutte le informazioni che mi servivano. Tornerò sicuramente.

Central location, in Piazza Garibaldi and in front of the station, the room is beautiful, very clean and with a view of the city, it also has air conditioning and a fridge. The city center is within walking distance. The staff is kind and helpful, they advised us on what to visit and where to go for dinner. Everything was perfect, we will definitely come back.

Impeccable for cleanliness. Good location just a few steps from the train station and metro. Decent value for money. Comfortable bed. Insufficient furniture. Serious flaw on holidays: the entrance door occupied by sellers of used goods. It bothered me and left me thinking about the non-functioning of electronic payment.

Great location of the B&B, to move around the center of Naples, near the metro and the central station. Being on the 5th floor, the noises from the street are not annoying. Large and spacious rooms, but cleanliness leaves much to be desired and needs improvement. Breakfast not included.

Excellent location, the lady and her son were very kind, they recommended some restaurants where we ate very well, the cleanliness needs to be reviewed a bit. Negative aspect was the breakfast: on the second day there was not even coffee, and the rusks were old, in fact I threw them all away. In any case, I recommend it to everyone, we had a lot of fun. Fabulous Naples.

Ciao Stefania, ti ringrazio per la recensione, volevo solo evidenziare che la colazione ,nella prenotazione non era prevista, e ci affidiamo alla data di scadenza evidenziate sulle confezione, di tutto ciò che offriamo ai nostri ospiti, per la pulizia, facciamo anche i rassetti quotidiani e cambiano la biancheria dove ce ne fosse bisogno, di più bisognerebbe cambiare tipologia di struttura, magari un hotel con i relativi costi.Per quanto riguarda il caffè, mettiamo 4 cialde in ogni camera, perché non né basterebbero neanche100 al giorno giorno.e non è possibile A presto.
