The breakfast is one of the most important moments of the day, there is a new day and the best way to start is to be pampered, be prepare a hot cappuccino with chocolate, a croissant and freshly baked croissants, drink orange juice collected in the garden which overlooks the breakfast room, for those who love tea you just have to choose between the many flavors available or maybe decide to have a cup of barley, fruit juice, hot chocolate in the winter to warm up a bit or maybe a fresh slice of watermelon in the summer, and then give up because freshly picked figs, some grapes, melon, pineapple and peaches in syrup, some classical rusk, cereal or with butter and jam or of chestnut honey and home-made for small and the nutellina. But when you wake up with a great hunger in the middle of August and a long day must dare to face, to give up many cereals, Kellogg's, the biscuits and soy taste good sandwich in a hot oven cured meats and cheeses of the place that you houses or toast with cheese cake, but for those who feel guilty and does not want to give up the diet a great choice of yogurt, a banana or a smoothie can still relieve guilt but not to silence the other senses stimulated by scents of pastry which is located next to the hotel and from June to September every morning starting at 5 bakes croissants, donuts, browse and curly braces, wonderful fried donuts covered in sugar or filled with cioccolato. Se want to try everything I recommend in August but if you want to visit me in January, I promise not to leave you hungry, who knows maybe you will find one of my cakes...I love tarts

I travel a lot and usually stay in private accommodations, and my 9-day stay at La Locanda del Corso was one of the best experiences I’ve had in recent years. The location is almost excellent, and the private parking is a big plus, especially as the area can get quite busy in the evenings. The breakfasts are very nice. There is a Spar just a 2-minute walk away, and the beach is about 5 minutes on foot. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, and they do a wonderful job. You can really tell that they care about their guests. The only thing worth mentioning is that the early evenings can be slightly noisy, but this was absolutely fine for me. After all, you are staying right in the town centre, so it’s completely understandable. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the surrounding area of Maratea or Praia a Mare, I can highly recommend La Locanda del Corso. It’s a fantastic place, and I would definitely stay here again.

Two-story villa on a street convenient to shops and parking, and a short distance from the seafront, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A seaside location with wonderful beaches and services to meet every need and budget. Spacious, clean rooms with private bathroom, equipped with every comfort. Use of the kitchen is allowed, which lets you have meals there with all necessary utensils. A veranda at the entrance allows you to eat outside or relax. Very abundant breakfast where everyone can satisfy their needs. The owner, Mrs. Rosalba, is attentive and caring: she will make sure you lack nothing and will pamper you throughout your stay, attending to every request. Therefore you will feel at home in a comfortable environment. Finally, a strategic location for visiting nearby wonders, from Maratea to the Arcomagno beach and the Black Beach, etc. Plenty of places to eat and a wide choice of shops of every kind. Nearby pastry shops are wonderful.

We stayed from the 22nd to the 31st. We were guests in this comfortable and welcoming property, where everything is within easy reach, both for shopping and groceries, and the beaches are about 10 minutes away. Very convenient was the parking space at the rear of the property. The cleanliness was excellent; the rooms are functional, clean, comfortable and welcoming (very clean and fragrant linens; large and comfortable showers). Wide selection for breakfast, both sweet and savory; the croissants were delicious. The outdoor terrace, where breakfast was served, was much appreciated. The host's welcome was outstanding: always very kind and helpful. Truly a nice experience; her kindness made us feel at home. What can I say, I am satisfied and highly recommend it. Thank you, Mrs. Rosalba, see you soon.

A perfect stay in every respect. B&B La Locanda del Corso in Tortora was an exceptional discovery. The property is in a really strategic location: it allows you to reach the beach comfortably on foot, forgetting about the car. In this regard, a huge plus is the fantastic parking at the back, which allows you to park in complete peace and without any stress. But the real added value of this place is Mrs. Rosalba, the owner, who runs the B&B together with her daughter. They are two extraordinary people, always kind, welcoming and endlessly available for any need. The property and the rooms are super clean, with fresh and fragrant sheets: the attention to hygiene here is truly impeccable. As if that were not enough, an additional compliment goes to the breakfast: rich, abundant and varied, able to satisfy all tastes thanks to an excellent choice of both sweet and savory. In summary, what makes La Locanda del Corso special is a kindness and hospitality that is truly out of the ordinary. You literally feel at home. Highly recommended, we will definitely return.

I stayed at La Locanda del Corso in June and my experience was truly excellent. The property is very well cared for, welcoming and well maintained. The room was impeccable, clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts. I particularly appreciated the convenient parking. A special thanks goes to Mrs. Rosalba, an extraordinary person: always kind, helpful and attentive to guests' needs. She welcomes you and makes you feel at home, with the care and affection of a mother. Breakfast was one of the highlights of the stay: abundant, varied and prepared with great care. The location of the property is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the sea. Nearby there is also an excellent pastry shop and several shops, very convenient during the stay. Another very positive aspect is the excellent value for money: the prices are absolutely reasonable compared to the services offered. In addition, the property also accepts dogs, a great advantage for those, like me, who love to travel with their four-legged friend. I highly recommend La Locanda del Corso to anyone looking to spend a holiday focused on relaxation, courtesy and genuine hospitality. It is one of those places where you arrive as guests and leave feeling part of the family. I will definitely return!

I highly recommend going to La Locanda del Corso! Superlative in welcoming, generous in assistance, affectionate to make you feel at home and to pamper you in every aspect, very available for every need. The B&B is located in the center of Marina di Tortora, very close to the sea, 200 meters, and to the Lidi of the coast from Tortora to Praia: we used the car to reach Fiuzzi, Castrocucco, Marina di Maratea in a maximum of 10 minutes and found free seaside parking or max 5 euros A DAY! So, TOP location. Our room, very spacious, is equipped with a small kitchenette including a good-sized fridge that makes a difference in summer. My wife and I didn't feel like guests, but friends.

Great facility located strategically between Maratea and Diamante, which is no small feat! And if we add comfort and service, we have almost hit the jackpot! Why almost? Well, it's obvious, I haven't mentioned the strong point yet, the Hostess: Rosalba, friendly, nice, energetic, always ready to intervene for any need and inconvenience. Folks, if you want to be comfortable and pampered, don't waste time looking elsewhere, this is the place for you! For confirmation, just read my ratings.

Even if only for a weekend, I feel like giving the highest rating to this splendid structure, as splendid as Mrs. Rosalba who welcomed us from the first moment making us feel at home. We chose the green room and I must say it was much better than we had imagined, clean and equipped with all the comforts. Huge terrace where we could enjoy a great but above all abundant breakfast. We will definitely come back.

Mrs. Rosalba welcomes you to her home and makes you feel at home. The immense availability of a kind and friendly person makes you have a great holiday or stay, whatever it may be. We were with a 9-month-old baby and there were all the comforts of a home. Highly recommended.

Delighted to have stayed at this splendid B&B in the center of Tortora for 3 nights with my parents (in a double room with an additional bed). I must say that I couldn't have expected better from Mrs. Rosalba who manages everything in a welcoming manner and is a wonderful person inside and out, she made us feel comfortable right away, allowing us to take advantage of all the available amenities. Rooms are very clean, colorful and furnished with a TV, fridge, and air conditioner, services that are practically unavailable in most B&Bs, excellent and abundant breakfast. She is also Vice President of ProLoco and organizes events and parties, so she is very active in managing the territory of Tortora and its surroundings. She left us with a really good memory. I highly recommend it to those looking for good people and guaranteed hospitality at very affordable prices. What else to say? It's perfect! A kiss and a hug to Rosalba who will always remain in our hearts!

Excellent venue located in the center of the village and about 200 meters from the sea. Colorful, bright rooms equipped with TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom. Excellent cleanliness as it is directly taken care of by the landlady Rosalba. Superlative breakfast: every need is managed directly by Rosalba who, daily, receives orders for croissants prepared directly from the pastry shop next to the Bed and Breakfast. Kitchen available to guests all day. The quality of the venue is mainly due to the presence of Rosalba, always attentive to your needs and ready to help with any logistical and/or personal problems.
