Our B&B is at Torre dell'Orso district of Melendugno on the coast, near to beaches and local lido facilities ("Spiaggia Torre dell'Orso", "Lido L'Orsetta Torre dell'Orso". . .) rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view. "Il Villino" is a prestigious home where the echoes of times past linger in sounds, scents and emotions, design with meticulous attention to detail, a lovely, refined building.

Travellers staying with us will be able to stroll around the lights and colours of the shopping streets be amazed by the work of our artisans, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, explore cultural events and exhibitions, stroll in the quiet, lush gardens and beautiful landscapes.

Very nice accommodation and a very beautiful garden/patio. The room is not very big but it has everything you need and it is quiet. It is 200 meters from the beach. The beach and the sea are extremely beautiful. Fabrizio was very nice with us, he responded to all our needs and was available at any time of the day. It is a place that I recommend. Thank you Fabrizio!

A structure with enormous potential but not sufficiently developed. It's a pity about the courtyards and terraces that were never swept in two weeks. Breakfast was barely sufficient, so it needs to be reviewed and improved. Strengths: location relative to the beach, cleanliness of the room, and availability, courtesy, sympathy of the owner Mr. Fabrizio.

The location of the structure is excellent, just a few steps from the sea. The owner is very kind and caring, attentive to the needs of the guests. The breakfast at Dentoni is delicious for those who love sweets like us, to be enjoyed on the terrace with a spectacular view of the sea. The sea at Torre dell'Orso is truly beautiful, crystal clear, with cliffs plunging into the sea, stunning colors, and a spacious beach, but quite crowded even though it is September. I can only imagine how it might be in July and August!

Super! Fabrizio wonderful host and breakfast is served by the sea in the best pastry shop in the area. Super clean rooms, shower box, bathroom products. Airport transfer service and all the necessary tips for a top vacation in Salento.

I stayed a week at Il Villino and from there I moved around to visit all of Puglia. The beach is a few steps away on foot and it's beautiful, in the evening it's nice to go out for a walk and eat something. Mr. Fabrizio made sure to provide us with everything we needed and give us all the information we needed.

Very beautiful and welcoming structure. The space adjacent to the room is very well-kept and relaxing, there is also space for children to play. The owner Fabrizio, always available and polite, has satisfied all our requests. I also recommend it for families, also because it is located a stone's throw from the beaches and the center. Excellent. The structure, located in the center a few steps from the sea and the renowned Dentoni pastry shop and the Belvedere. The manager Fabrizio, together with his partner and daughter, attentive to every need and always generous with advice, was a pleasant company during the stay, very hospitable and friendly. You can park your car at the entrance of the structure on the street, the place is practically always available and overall the structure has no weak points. The breakfast offered at Dentoni throughout the stay was another positive note... Thank you Fabrizio, I hope to come back soon.

We stayed at this property from June 28 to July 5, 2020. First of all, we want to praise the care of Mr. Fabrizio, always available and ready to give advice. The property is well maintained and cared for, including the garden that makes the villa very welcoming. It is very close to the town center, where all essential services are located. We chose a triple room (double occupancy) to be more comfortable and we were satisfied both for the cleanliness and for the spaces at our disposal, very nice terrace with well-maintained flower plants and sofas. We really liked the dual option of the fans and the air conditioner. Mid-stay, the sheets were also changed, which we greatly appreciated. Furthermore, upon our request, the towels were changed every day and were always clean and fragrant. The sea is wonderful, there is a beautiful beach (free and equipped) that allows walks on the shoreline and beautiful photo memories. In short, we felt at home! We highly recommend staying at Il Villino. We will definitely come back.

The B&B is located in a cozy and quiet villa with a beautiful well-kept and flowery garden. The location is excellent, very close to the fantastic beach of Torre dell'Orso and at the same time in the center of the village. The management stood out for kindness, availability, and hospitality. The structure is new and very clean, equipped with every comfort. Stay to be repeated as soon as possible.
