The structure is really very beautiful, well-kept and immersed in greenery. A definite plus goes to the kindness of the management, especially to the lady at the reception, always courteous, available and ready to welcome with a smile. However, there are some aspects that I feel I cannot overlook. The staff, in general, does not shine for hospitality: not rude, but certainly lacking empathy. One example is the behavior of the lifeguard at the pool, rather cold and distant. My 5-year-old son, noticing some small mosaic tiles detached from the bottom of the pool, picked them up to hand them to the lifeguard: instead of thanking him, he was told "not to throw them," which is honestly perplexing. I don't think a child can pull off tiles glued with specific glue with bare hands. Upon our arrival, around noon, we wanted to have a snack at the pool bar (chips, taralli, etc.), but the bar was completely lacking. Only later did we discover that the structure prohibits eating near the pool, and for this reason, the bar itself is not equipped to serve food: a questionable choice for those who wish to relax and spend a few hours there. Another negative point is the prohibition of leaving the air conditioning on in the room when you are out. Considering the not exactly low cost for the overnight stay, it would be desirable to find a room already cool upon arrival. Instead, the room was boiling, and for someone like me who does not like to sleep with the air conditioning on, the only alternative is to stay in an oven during changing or resting. Overall, the structure has potential and the location is excellent, but there are certainly margins for improvement, especially in managing comfort and customer attention.

Gentile Signor Ciciriello, La ringrazio per la gentile recensione. Sì, ha ragione, il nostro bagnino ha lo sguardo molto serio: -) ma serve nel suo lavoro. Per quanto riguarda il climatizzatore, e lo vediamo più spesso di quanto ne vogliamo, è assolutamente uno spreco lasciare l'aria condizionata accesa quando si passano ore e ore al mare. Il condizionatori sono molto potenti e rinfrescano le stanze in pochissimi minuti. Del resto negli alberghi con la chiave magnetica si sarebbero spenti automaticamente all'uscita. Noi chiediamo la gentilezza di spegnerli dall'ospite. Per i panini, erano le 14. 00 passate e non ho avuto il modo di organizzarmi, ma avrei preparato un aperitivo. Mi ricordo, vi ho consigliato una pizza d'asporto dal ristorante Tre vele oppure di andare alla Coop, l'unica aperta a quell'ora. Il divieto di mangiare vale nella zona prendisole - piscina in ogni caso (tra briciole e tovaglioli in una zona ventilata come la nostra non le dico come diventa la piscina in pochissimi minuti); invece nell'area sottostante alla piscina, attrezzata con tavoli e sgabelli è vietato consumare il cibo e bevande non acquistate da noi.
