The service and quality of the room was pristine! Would absolutely stay here again. At the moment the property is still being finished (outside) so the aesthetic of the property isn’t perfect yet. Eventually I think it will be perfect.

Raffaele proved to be a great professional in the field. The service was impeccable and extremely friendly. The location is stunning, designed in a modern style without neglecting good taste in the attention to detail, including the preservation of the environment and the harmony of the land where it is located. We do not rule out returning. We could not be more satisfied. The local products are of excellent quality, including the places and the restaurants that Raffaele recommended to us. Il Re della Brace, above all, was excellent and of high quality, exceeding our expectations. The atmosphere is truly welcoming. We recommend it. Our experience was truly exceptional. The owner was very accommodating. The property is very modern, brand new and well furnished, although still in need of some external finishing. Definitely worth returning in the future.

We stayed at B&B H3V and can only express our enthusiasm for this wonderful experience.The property is modern,elegant and cared for in every detail: from the refined furnishings to the impeccable cleanliness,everything conveys a sense of welcome and comfort. A special thanks goes to Raffaele,the owner,who proved to be extremely kind,helpful and professional.From our arrival he made us feel at home,offering valuable advice on what to visit and where to spend the days at the beach. The B&B's location is strategic,just a few minutes from the beaches and the most beautiful bathing establishments in the area.Thanks to Raffaele's suggestions,we discovered enchanting and less crowded beaches,ideal for relaxing in peace. We also followed his suggestions for dinner and were not disappointed.The restaurant Il Boss della Brace was a very pleasant discovery,with a suggestive setting,excellent food and truly fair prices. We highly recommend B&B H3V to anyone looking for a holiday of relaxation,comfort and authentic hospitality.We will definitely come back!

Very nice, modern and clean property. The host was kind and helpful. Only note about the breakfast: it is not continental as described on the website. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Ciao Rossella, leggere la tua recensione mi ha fatto un immenso piacere e ti ringrazio di cuore per le belle parole sulla struttura e sulla mia accoglienza. È stata una gioia avervi come ospiti! Mi dispiace un po' che tu sia rimasta delusa dalla colazione, mi ha spiazzato un po' la cosa, perché in effetti la descrizione sul sito specifica proprio che il servizio è al bar convenzionato (oltre a quella in camera di cui hai usufruito). Ci tengo a dirlo non per criticare, ma per fare in modo che i futuri ospiti non abbiano aspettative diverse da quello che realmente offriamo. L'importante però è che il soggiorno sia stato piacevole. Spero davvero di rivederti presto per un altro soggiorno qui! Un abbraccio, Raffaele.

The structure is excellent, new, technological and taken care of in every detail. Double breakfast, both in the room and at the bar. Raffaele is fantastic: attentive to needs, he cares about hospitality and not just selling rooms. Area close to the sea. To be redone!
