We booked this location because of the good reviews. The location was great and the room was just fine. The cleaning staff were very nice. The management staff, on the other hand, was lacking. When we tried to book parking ahead of time as the website says, we received no response through WhatsApp or email. When we arrived, we had to call because there had been no prior communication. We were told to park on the street, which was fine, but there was no covered garage option as we had read. We also had to follow up by calling and texting to get the room and check-in information. If you needed anything after the cleaning people left, I am not sure you would have gotten a response as there is no staff present and communication is definitely lacking. At the end of our stay we received a call 25 minutes before checkout saying that we needed to pay because our booking was only reserved and payment had not been completed. Our options were to leave cash in the room or walk 15 minutes to a different location to pay by card. Thankfully we were not on a time crunch and were able to do that. If a business wants to get paid, it should make that a priority and be convenient for its customers. It was very unprofessional to assume people do not have timed plans and can easily stop somewhere else to pay when it is the business's responsibility if it wants to receive its money. When we arrived, the man did apologize for not telling us sooner, but he did not ask about our stay at all, which either means he did not care or knows the service is lacking and does not want feedback to make it better. I would not book this place if I had known this would be our experience. There are plenty of other options in the area that I am sure are more organized and communicative. Save yourself the hassle.
