Our B&B is located in an area known for its spa waters and facilities (Terme), rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, in a quiet, panoramic setting. "Aia Grande" is a lovely, refined building.

Très bon accueil. Propriétaires disponibles. Possibilité de préparer des repas à l’extérieur dans un espace aménagé (barbecue, gaz, plancha) idéal pour une famille. Table de ping pong pour les enfants, belle et spacieuse piscine, très bon petit déjeuner.

Nous cherchions un B&B près de Otranto et des belles plages, et nous avons découvert Aia Grande avec plaisir. Le propriétaire parle plusieurs langues et est très professionnel, les chambres sont rénovées et confortables, le petit-déjeuner est un plaisir à déguster sur une terrasse au milieu des oliviers. Pour un petit prix on a un excellent service!

Thanks to the courtesy and discretion of Anna and Pierangelo, we had a very pleasant stay at the Aia Grande property, equipped with every necessity, with a consistently rich and plentiful breakfast (also for celiacs) and a charming pool. The location is also excellent, allowing you to reach every part of beautiful Salento within 30/45 minutes.

Immaculately clean and meticulously cared for structure in every detail. Pool with relaxation area always available to guests. Extremely convenient area to the entire seaside area of Otranto and surroundings. Garden cared for in every detail with many fruit trees whose succulent fruits can be tasted for breakfast. Rooms equipped with every comfort. The highlight of the structure? Pierangelo and Anna, the two managers, always friendly, helpful, and ready to provide any kind of suggestion to enjoy the area and what the territory offers. You will certainly not be disappointed.

Swimming pool, Wi-Fi, TV, private balcony, abundant breakfast, excellent cleanliness, and a family atmosphere. Strategic point to visit the most beautiful areas of Puglia. Spacious breakfast room, outdoor barbecue area, and pine forest. Nearby there are pizzerias and restaurants suitable for all budgets. We had a good time.

We spent 5 days, neat, well-kept and clean structure. The attention of the manager is very kind. The house is well-kept, clean, modern, with TV, air conditioning, fridge. Very clean and modern bathroom. Another important point is the pool, always clean with sun loungers and relaxation area, perfect under the palm trees. Approximately 10 minutes from Otranto, a beautiful city.

È come sentirsi a casa! Una splendida struttura immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità del paesino a due passi da tutti i posti più belli da visitare. Una pace e una serenità in un ambiente super pulito e curato, piscina con giardino a cui puoi accedere tranquillamente in qualsiasi momento tu voglia, stanze confortevoli, pulitissime e nuove. Kit di cortesia, parcheggio interno coperto, teli per la piscina, cuscini per le sdraio, area barbecue. Cosa aggiungere più oltre alla stupenda accoglienza e alla cordialità di PierAngelo, Anna e MariaGiulia, persone splendide e gentilissime! Dimenticavo la colazione gustosa che vi aspetta ogni mattina. Non potevamo scegliere posto migliore! Super super consigliato.

Tutto alla perfezione. Location unica con dei proprietari che ti fanno sentire come a casa. Posizione strategica. Se dovessimo recapitare in Salento sarà sicuramente Aia grande la nostra scelta.

La struttura è molto curata nei dettagli sia all'esterno che all'interno, le stanze sono dotate di aria condizionata e di bellissimi terrazzi da cui si può godere del panorama della campagna con i tipici uliveti. La pulizia è impeccabile come del resto la gestione. La posizione della struttura è buona perché si può accedere facilmente alle varie diramazioni stradali che conducono alle spiagge e ai centri urbani. La colazione può soddisfare ogni esigenza: tra cui pane e dolci cucinati in casa da Anna. Buonissimi.
