Nice house, area and a friendly host! A bit too far to walk with a child in very warm weather to reach the beach, train station or a supermarket...

We had a good stay at the villa, the room had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The host welcomed us kindly and made himself available for any eventuality.

The only thing I didn't like very much was the shower, which had low water pressure. Other than that, everything was fine.

The manager Alessio is very kind, a quiet and welcoming place, close to the center of Peschiera del Garda, so there are many places to have lunch, dinner and breakfast. Right next door, there is also a very nice trattoria/pizzeria with simple and good dishes. The room and the bathroom are practically new and clean, the room is spacious with air conditioning and a small fridge in the wardrobe. It's a pity that there is no breakfast, otherwise I really liked it.

The villa is simply stunning: new, spacious, and taken care of in every detail. The garden is a true corner of peace, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is ideal, very close to the center but at the same time in a very quiet area. A special thanks to Alessio, always available and attentive to every need. Highly recommended.

Just 5 minutes walk from the center and located in a quiet area. The structure, as obviously the room, is newly built, well-kept, and clean! The manager is very kind and friendly, he allowed us to park the motorcycles directly in the internal parking of the property (which is not taken for granted).

The structure is very beautiful and new with everything necessary for the stay. The location is just outside the center, but is still reachable on foot in five minutes. Alessio, the owner, proved to be available and friendly. Perhaps the environment is a bit cold, but otherwise it is highly recommended.

Room of a good standard, simple and tastefully furnished. Very comfortable bed, so much so that I could hardly hear the alarm. Clean and well-kept bathroom and a large shower.

Excellent impression! The structure is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The manager is friendly and always available. Very close to the tourist attractions of the area, therefore perfect for those who intend to take a vacation in Peschiera or on Lake Garda in general. The manager also offers a mini guide on places to visit, activities to do in the area, and possibly where to eat. Breakfast is not provided, but there is a coffee machine in the room. A place I would gladly return to.

The structure is new and comfortable, well positioned near the historic center, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Convenient parking inside the structure. Only two problems during our stay: the TV was not functioning and was not fixed after reporting the problem. Cleaning and towel change were not carried out despite being provided for by the structure's regulations.
