Despite us turning up at the last minute due to issues, the manager Dino was happy, helpful and welcoming which got our stay off to an excellent start. The property is absolutely wonderful - feeling historical yet modern at the same time. The balconies are the best feature - great for watching the main square. Considering the price we were not expecting such a high standard. We slept very well in the bed - sound from the square was not an issue and the bed was comfortable. Dino's recommendations were good and coffee machine/pods provided. Thank you for a fantastic stay in Verona!

Wonderful location in the heart of one of the most romantic cities in the world! Stunning view of Piazza Erbe. The apartment was spotless and check-in was a breeze! Bars, Bakeries and restaurants right downstairs. The host, Dino, was super nice and answered all our questions during the booking process. The co-host Eleonora is a gem! Super helpful and knowledgeable, promptly answering all our questions. We booked this room as an anniversary gift for a couple of friends and asked Eleonora to help us make their stay special. She went ABOVE and BEYOND and even provided a delicious/chilled bottle of champagne (for an extra charge, of course). Our friends were ecstatic when they saw the room, and said they had an unforgettable stay!

Great location in the center of Verona. Beautiful view of the piazza from the balcony. The apartment was very warm, which was great as it was very chilly. The kitchen was fine for making small meals. We were met at the apartment and shown around. Communication was excellent. Thanks for a great stay!

The location of this property is unbelievable! Just perfect next to the lovely Piazza Delle Erbe with everything very close by. The apartment (sleeps 5) was quite basic but it didn't matter as we were out lots and did I mention the location? The second bedroom was quite small with two fold-out beds but it worked for my young family. Would definitely recommend. Verona is stunning.

The flat was perfectly placed with a nice view of Piazza Erbe. All equipment was working, nice kitchen and bath room. Smooth and easy communication with the landlord. Recommend to everybody who wants to stay in a nice central place in Verona.

The apartment we were assigned (Leone one-bedroom) had a splendid view over Piazza delle Erbe with two small balconies that allowed for a little seating area. Exceptional location,clean,extremely functional and equipped with everything,both kitchen and bathroom (including hairdryer,iron and a small ironing board). The price is in line with other less attractive properties in the historic center of Verona. Check-in was handled by the owner's daughter,who had the apartment already cleaned and ready by 11 a.m.;check-out was autonomous. Absolutely not to be missed.

We had a very pleasant stay in this B&B in the heart of Verona, right in Piazza Erbe. The apartment was quite clean and equipped with everything necessary. The structure is located in an excellent position in the center from where it is easy to reach the bus stop. Next to it there is a bar where you can have breakfast in the morning. Rooms are quite comfortable equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, iron, and vacuum cleaner.

Beautiful place, five minutes from the Arena of Verona, so very convenient if you are in the city for events and/or concerts. It is also close to all the other attractions and the nicest venues. Kindness and professionalism of the hosts are the added value.

I would gladly give a rating higher than 10. Kind and helpful owner in explaining everything necessary. Stunning and quiet accommodation, the inserts/remnants of the ancient structure of the palace give that extra touch to this place. The location and the view from the terrace I found unbeatable!

Apartment located in the city center with a double view of Piazza Erbe. Well maintained and perfect for experiencing the center of Verona, which can be easily explored on foot starting from an absolutely strategic point. The manager was extremely helpful and kind in every situation, even immediately resolving a problem that was our fault. We highly recommend it for those who want to stay in the city.

The structure Residenza Madonna Verona is in a magnificent location, but one double room is very small and it is impossible to sleep two people in it. Also, it is in a small courtyard without air or light. It would be desirable to equip the kitchen with a well-functioning coffee machine and some more pods.

We were welcomed by Dino, who was very kind, friendly, and easygoing. He made a great impression on us. The house is equipped with every comfort, including an air conditioning that works very well. The kitchen is well furnished and functional, and the sofa with peninsula is excellent. The beds are comfortable and the location is spectacular, just a second away from Piazza delle Erbe. Furthermore, the house is next to the Flego pastry shop, which is top-notch. Everything is convenient and close by.

A decidedly optimal management for an apartment in a very central area. Advantages and disadvantages: a definite advantage is the location, more central than this is not possible. Shops, restaurants, and museums all within easy reach and, within a few minutes, you can reach the city's tourist attractions. The apartment is very large and part of it is quiet (living room and master bedroom); less quiet is the room near the entrance door as during the night hours voices of people were often heard through the window and the door itself (probably other tourists). It wouldn't hurt to have some more equipment in the kitchen, such as glasses, a towel for the dishes, etc. The cleanliness of the rooms is good, it could improve. Beds and towels very clean. Would I go back? Absolutely yes, if I were to return to Verona it would be the reference point, so come to this splendid very central apartment to fully experience the city.

Good morning, I stayed with two friends in this beautiful apartment in the city center, steps away from Piazza delle Erbe and 10 minutes from Piazza Bra. Large, clean, perfect... we had a great time. Mr. Dino was very kind and helpful with questions and explanations. We will definitely come back here for other performances at the Arena.

The location is enviable and makes you forget about the aspects to improve. Small attentions would elevate the quality to the maximum. 1. An coat rack/coat hanger would be needed in the living room. 2. In the kitchenette, it is necessary to better isolate the induction plate as, when slightly wet, it gives electric shocks. 3. The shower is excellent. 4. For cleaning, there is room for improvement for dust spread and limescale in the bathroom on the taps, toilet, and in the kitchenette on the faucet. The coffee machine has limescale in the water container. 5. More blankets would be necessary (even though the heating is efficient) and more utensils, dishcloths, and cutlery.

Great location just a stone's throw (two in number) from Piazza Erbe. Friendly and prompt manager, did not want money until the day of arrival, full of useful suggestions and addresses. However, the location is more shadows than lights, dark environments, one of the two bedrooms small and suffocating, ventilation difficult if not impossible due to the smoky and stinking light well on which two windows opened, several worn-out furnishings to be replaced, blown light bulbs. The apartment needs a major renovation. Final question: if we are talking about a location on the Bed-and-breakfast.it website, why wasn't breakfast included? Furthermore, the owner is the proprietor of a bakery-pastry shop in the same building.

The location is unique, overlooking the central and beautiful Piazza delle Erbe. The gentleman who welcomed us was very kind and also provided us with extra coffee since the suitable capsules for the machine were unavailable in the supermarkets, and allowed us to leave our luggage until our departure. Unfortunately, the apartment was not sufficiently clean and lacks many small things that could make the stay more enjoyable. For example, it lacks a coat rack, there are no chairs in the rooms to hang clothes, there are not enough towel racks or hooks in the bathroom, there were only 2 coffee cups, 4 mismatched glasses one of which was broken, there were no potholders, non-functioning lamp. Many easily improvable small things. Instead, it should be noted that despite being on the third floor, the apartment is not suitable for those with allergies, perhaps due to the air conditioning system, the ancient wooden beams, and the bad odor emanating from the sewer.

Beautiful and functional apartment. Splendid view of Piazza Erbe, rooms facing inwards so they do not suffer from the noise of the nightlife. Breakfast in the pastry shop located under the apartment. All the most beautiful places in the city reachable with pleasant walks.

The two-room apartment is very nice! The location is super central and in the evening the little balcony is very charming, overlooking Piazza Erbe directly. Beautiful, we will come back. Fabio very kind.
