The Residence Eleonora consists of themed rooms and apartments with free WiFi, parking, SKY satellite TV, fresh fruit and Nespresso coffee, the property is located in the historic center of Sottomarina, almost 2 km from the center of Chioggia.

All air conditioned and heated, the apartments and rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels, the apartments include a fully equipped kitchen and, in some cases, a balcony with a view of the sea or the lagoon.

During the summer, the property offers you a dressing room, umbrella and 2 sun loungers included in the price.

Italian buffet breakfast, served at the table in our Mary Rose pizzeria, from 7: 30 to 10: 30.

Extremely friendly hosts! Medium-sized rooms, but very well equipped and decorated, extraordinary cleanliness. Parking and beach cabin, including sunbeds, umbrella, seats, and chairs included. I can recommend Residence Eleonora when visiting the area around Sottomarina/Chioggia and the lagoon of Venice and would choose it again when visiting the region.

The hotel is very modern and clean. Super comfortable and the room is big enough. The room is very well equipped and during the daily cleaning a bowl of fresh fruits is served in the room. The room price includes the beach entrance with sunchairs and shower.

We had a pleasant stay in this great hotel. The rooms are very clean, newly renovated and modernly furnished. Bicycles and beach chairs/sunbeds were provided free of charge. There is a delicious breakfast every day for a small additional fee. The owners are very friendly and try to fulfill every wish. Absolutely recommendable and if we ever return to Sottomarina, we will stay in your hotel. Dear Chiara, dear Alessandro, thank you for this relaxed holiday with two-day extension.; -).

We arrived early at 10 and immediately had access to our very nice clean room with good working air conditioning and wifi, and we also had access already at that time to our beach cabin. Very friendly receptionist. We loved having the use of the very good bicycles, a fresh fruit basket every day, a coffee/tea machine, and a mini fridge in the room. On the day of check out, we were told we could still use the beach cabin with chairs and leave the car in the parking lot for the rest of the day, all this with no extra costs! Very much appreciated! We will definitely come back!

We stayed for 5 nights at Alessandro and his wife's place at Residence Eleonora. This beautiful, small boutique hotel stands out for its super new rooms that leave nothing to be desired! A good bed included. The hotel service is excellent! A secured parking lot 50m from the hotel is available to guests, Alessandro personally shows where it is and helps with luggage. In the morning, his wife greets every guest for breakfast in the hotel's pizzeria and serves at the table. Breakfast is definitely worth the money, you can't go wrong! In the evening, the whole family can be found in the pizzeria. We found the pizzas really delicious and the value for money is great at under 10€! The hotel also rents out bicycles and during the summer months provides guests with a beach umbrella and sun loungers, which is a real bonus considering the daily beach prices. Our room (Vasca) has been newly renovated, with a dreamy bathroom. All in all, we can only recommend this gem! And last but not least, we can only thank Alessandro's family from the bottom of our hearts for everything. You are great and we will come back next year. We will find a date! Jessica and Jan.

An absolutely lovely room with balcony and a large bathroom! Very clean and quite new. Tastefully and lovingly decorated! A few steps to the beach with colorful bathing cabins - equipped with 2 sunbeds and 2 armchairs - nice! Bicycle for borrowing - free! Pizzeria right next door (owner of the landlord of the apartments) where breakfast is also served. We ate pizza 2 times - very good! 8 euro Quattro Formaggio. Covered and locked parking! Small grocery store around the corner - very affordable.

TOP accommodation, with excellent value for money. Parking, umbrella, sun loungers, changing room, all included. Great rooms with beautiful bathroom and air conditioning. Bicycles can be borrowed for free. The breakfast is sensational, offered at the price of 5 euros. The couple running the place are very friendly and accommodating, one couldn't ask for a better accommodation. We will definitely come back.

The structure is beautiful, the themed rooms have a very refined design and are impeccable, the bathroom is huge and complete with everything. The manager is very kind and always present, the fresh fruit in the room every day is an unbeatable plus. The beach area is very well organized with a cabin, a table and 2 chairs for lunch, an umbrella and 2 deck chairs + 2 armchairs, with the bracelet you can open everything, the beach is very well maintained, always clean. The breakfast is abundant and fresh, in the evening the opportunity to eat a delicious pizza. What more could you want? Just more days off to extend the stay!

It's the second time I stay at Residence Eleonora. The structure is located in the historic center of Sottomarina, 5 minutes from the beach. Nearby there are inexpensive grocery stores, bars, and restaurants. The residence is delightful, with impeccable cleanliness. Included in the price is the beach service (cabin, umbrella, 2 sunbeds, small table, 4 chairs) and parking. The value for money is excellent. I will definitely come back.

Everything perfect. The room very unique, always clean and spacious. Every day they would leave you a basket of fresh fruit. The owners always available and friendly. It was a perfect stay. Residence Eleonora is very convenient both for accessing the sea and for reaching Chioggia on foot. The room was renovated and coffee pods were included. Breakfast was simple but good. They have some reserved parking spaces in the private parking lot near the residence.

Beautiful themed rooms, clean and comfortable. Abundant fruit available every day and a coffee machine with pods and free herbal teas. Excellent welcome, very close parking included in the price. Very close to the sea, to the center of the town a ten-minute walk from Chioggia and the various ferries. Nothing negative to say. We will definitely come back. P.S. on Easter day, they left a chocolate egg in the room, a gesture not to be underestimated.

Third experience at Residence Eleonora, in a standard room, cozy and with all the services of the Deluxe apartment where we had stayed before. Very well-kept in every detail: Nespresso coffee pods, fresh fruit added every morning, snacks and drinks from the minibar at a lower price than an external bar. Recently we spent 8 days in this establishment and we felt comfortable. We were in the newest part of the structure along the 'murazzi' of Sottomarina. Great order and cleanliness in our room, including the functioning air conditioning and the bathroom with bathtub and shower working perfectly. The only limit is the small size of the room suitable for just two people, while with three it's a bit tight. Highly recommended for short stays. Breakfast with limited choice and decent quality. Good pizza from Mary Rose directly managed by the owners of Residence Eleonora. Parking nearby and guarded included in the price, as well as the beach bathroom which is a bit further away. Overall, it was still a positive experience.

Modern structure located in a quiet area of Sottomarina. Impeccable cleanliness, room in order and extremely helpful manager. Convenient parking included, practically in front of the structure. Small note on the umbrella (included in the price): it is located before the last rows of umbrellas, it was absolutely not a problem for us, in fact, it could be for someone, so it is right to point it out. Breakfast in the adjoining bar owned by the structure. Recommended.

We stayed at Residence Eleonora very valid in every aspect for three nights and used the connected services (parking and beach). Everything is new and the bathroom is very spacious. Beautiful themed rooms. Very helpful owners. Very interesting combination with breakfast, parking, and beach spot with cabin. Beach not particularly crowded. Recommended! To do again.

One of the most complete facilities here in Sottomarina. Beach complete with one umbrella, two sunbeds, one cabin, one table with two chairs already inside the living room. Sky in the room to enjoy sports and cinema. Very quiet place to rest with a beautiful sea view and balcony. Convenient parking space given the difficulty of parking on weekends. The manager was very kind as he left us the beach and the parking space for an extra day. Congratulations.

I stayed two days at Residence Eleonora, everything was truly perfect, excellent hospitality, the room perfect in terms of cleanliness, furnishings, comfortable mattress. I really enjoyed the breakfast, varied and suitable for all tastes, from sweet to savory. The fruit in the room and eight coffee pods, included in the price, deserve a solid 10. A place that I highly recommend and where I would gladly return.

Great holiday, strategic location for the sea and to visit Chioggia center, the rear view over the harbor is very romantic to marvel at the sunset, but you don't hear any noises or bad smells. I didn't give the maximum to the structure only because the room is not very large. Excellent offer of services included in the price: cabin and umbrella with sunbeds on the beach, fresh fruit every day (very much appreciated), complimentary coffee pod set, parking space for the car located on the way between the beach and the room. Alessandro and his partner are very kind and courteous, structure highly recommended.

I give the highest rating because this facility deserves it all. Starting from the managers, two exquisite and helpful people. The residence is excellent: spacious rooms, recently built, very well-kept in details and in living comfort and above all clean. Another advantage: a stone's throw from the sea with private parking attached and facility affiliated with a beach nearby. To conclude, abundant breakfast in their adjacent venue to the residence that also offers spectacular pizzas. I will gladly return.

We booked a two-room apartment to spend 3 days at the seaside and we had a great time at Residence Eleonora. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is located in a perfect position: beaches on one side and a walk along the port on the other. The reservation includes a parking space for the car and a beach umbrella. The managers are very kind. I also recommend eating at the Da Momolo restaurant right below the hotel. I would definitely come back!
