We have just stayed in this very well located apartment to visit Venice near the bus with welcoming hosts. I recommend. In the evening you can eat and drink in the many restaurants or eat in the apartment because the hosts provide a well-equipped kitchen. I recommend with closed eyes.

The accommodation itself is quite good for the price. Unfortunately, the breakfast significantly lowers the B&B rating. There is absolutely no space for all guests to have breakfast there. Some took it to their room, we mostly took it and had a picnic outside somewhere. Also, it was unclear whether we should wash the dishes ourselves or if it would be done by someone else. As a result, the kitchen is more or less clean. Lastly, the quality of the breakfast is very cheap. Almost everything is packaged in plastic or already cut into pieces. In my opinion, it would be better not to offer breakfast or to do it properly. For example, tables and chairs could be set up on the balcony (in good weather) - currently it's cluttered with trash, cleaning tools, or old appliances. And it would be nice to know for sure that the dishes will be washed and we don't have to do it ourselves. Our room and the bathroom were perfectly fine - we just missed some hooks for towels in the bathroom and maybe a shelf or something to put things on (toiletry bag, clothes,...).

Needs renovation. The mattress was springy and made noise when I turned. A lot of noise coming from the cars on the main road at all hours of the night. No information is provided before booking about the tourist tax amount, in two other accommodations I was charged 1.50 € per night and here they charged me 4.00 for one night.

The property is strategically located, on the same street there is the bus stop that takes you to Venice in 15 minutes. Mrs. Maria is really kind and helpful: she responds immediately to all requests made to her. This is the second time we stay here, we will definitely come back.

The B&B is located in an apartment. It has an excellent position to reach Venice by bus and is a stone's throw from the center of Mestre. There is parking available with an automatic gate and for those traveling by motorcycle like us, it was decisive for the choice. The owner is kind and helpful. The room is small, the air conditioning is excellent, the bathroom is comfortable but lacks soap and shower gel for the guests. An additional flaw was the tourist tax: it was clearly stated in the booking that we did not have to pay anything, yet we paid it. Would I recommend it? Maybe.

Apartment room, with other rooms for rent, but with a toilet inside the same room. Friendly managers ready to solve any possible issue. Clean and tidy apartment. Structure close to the train station and the public transport stop that conveniently lead to Venice. Good for breakfast to be enjoyed at the pastry shop next to the entrance, with a great variety of fresh and really good croissants. Excellent value for money. I can only recommend it in every aspect.
