When you say: going on vacation and feeling at home! I stayed 3 nights in the property and I was pleasantly surprised by everything! Starting with Mrs. Samantha, the owner, and her husband, who were very kind and helpful, to the extremely welcoming property in a very quiet area, clean and equipped with all comforts. I stayed only one night and everything was satisfactory. Starting from the kindness of the owners, the independent accommodation, the location very close to the center, everything was perfect. Well-equipped kitchen, thorough cleaning of the premises, quiet area were the added values. Recommended also for the excellent value for money.

Friendly owners, some things need fixing (mattress, pillows, shower curtain) but especially establishing a better check-in/check-out time. The time was not established but imposed at the time of booking and the mattress and pillows are not new at all, shower curtain of adolescent size, normally it is not asked, it is already available.

La ringrazio per la sua recensione. Per quanto concerne l orario di entrata /uscita, l' avevamo concordato assieme telefonicamente in fase di prenotazione, e mi aveva detto che andava bene, qualora avesse voluto anticipare l entrata, ci gestivano in tranquillità come abitualmente facciamo con tutti gli ospiti. Materasso e cuscini sono nuovissimi, e le persone che vengono ci fanno i complimenti proprio perchè riposano bene. Anche i teli sono nuovi, se gliene occorrevano altri ce li poteva tranquillamente chiedere, come d accordi. Alla prossima.

Apartment in the center of Rovigo, just a few steps from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and the main street, the cathedral, Palazzo Roverella. Train station 20 minutes away on foot. Very convenient and equipped with everything. Kind and helpful hosts, excellent value for money.

Mini apartment complete with all comforts. Renovated excellently with attention to detail. It is located very close to the center in a quiet area with easy parking. The managers were exquisitely kind. I will have to return to Rovigo and will definitely try to stay in this facility.

The apartment is equipped with everything necessary to spend a few days. Clean and completely independent. Convenient location for both parking and reaching the historic center of Rovigo in a few minutes. Owners are available and courteous. For two people, the price is definitely more convenient than many hotels. Recommended.

The structure is well renovated. There is a lack of courtesy water. There is a lack of breakfast and the shower phone is too small and not suitable for low temperatures.

Excellent B&B, very clean and welcoming. The owner is a truly exquisite person, she is very kind, caring, and available for any changes in arrival/departure times. Very close to the historic center of Rovigo and to numerous free parking spaces. The only drawback, in my case, was the neighbor who was on the phone at 1 AM and the walls are not very soundproof. Otherwise, everything was really excellent. Recommended.

Very lovely and dreamy-like structure, where tranquility and peace reign, at first glance it almost seems like a hermitage, but still one feels at home. I did not stay during this period as the owner sent me a message that the property was occupied for those days. My review refers to my past stay at the Principino that I had not reviewed on that occasion, so I take this opportunity now to give my evaluation. The owner is very kind and attentive to issues that arise in subsequent stay requests. I hope that in the future, if there is an opportunity and if the property is available, I can return because I had a great experience. I highly recommend the Principino.

We stayed in this delightful little apartment a few weeks ago and I apologize for not being able to write a sparkling review immediately due to the enthusiasm transmitted by the owners, especially by the nice and sweet Samantha! Central location, warm and welcoming atmosphere with wooden ceilings and antique furniture (and not the cute but cold modern mass-produced furniture!) made our stay extremely relaxing! Mrs. Samantha is a fantastic, exquisite, welcoming and very helpful person, to think that for the breakfast the day after my check-in she offered me a piece of chocolate cake prepared by her the day before, a place that I recommend, also for the type of spaces, construction and for the proximity to the center of Rovigo.

Great structure for those who settle for little. The structure is an apartment with a kitchen, a bathroom (with shower), and a bedroom with a double bed.\nI slept very well, at night there was absolute peace. Very comfortable bed. The owner is a very kind and helpful person.\nBreakfast is not provided, but you can cook anything, as there are pots and cutlery available (by the way: the stoves are automatic). Excellent and functional kitchen for both breakfast and meals of the day.\nRecommended (I paid only 30 euros for one night, excellent value for money).
