Room at the back of the building recommended because street noise can be extremely loud at times. Room modernized, but especially in the bathroom, there are hardly any storage options. Breakfast is quite okay, you just have to order what you want. Dinner: pizzas around 10€, quite good. Menu very regionally oriented (beans!), all courses from about 10€ to 18€. But you always find something. Conclusion: Fine for a few nights, maybe less suitable for longer stays.

We were there not long ago, an old renovated and clean structure, good food. From my point of view a bit expensive. I recommend it.

Overall good stay, excellent value for money. Rooms and common areas are new. The only downside is the cleanliness of the bathroom (hair in the toilet) despite the sanctification band, another thing is that the rooms are not well soundproofed, you could hear everything from the guests in the adjacent room. Rooms facing the street are noisy due to traffic presence. Excellent and varied breakfast. Overall a valid stay.

Very beautiful rooms complete with everything, comfortable bathroom. I would try to find a solution to soundproof the walls because unfortunately at night you can hear everything. Perfect restaurant, with typical and tasty dishes and very good quality-price ratio. Nearby there is a very convenient bar stocked with everything.

We stayed at this property for a few days and we really enjoyed it, welcoming environment, very nice rooms (just like the photos on the website) and very helpful staff. A strategic place to visit both the Dolomites of Belluno and those of Trentino. We highly recommend it.

Recently renovated room, clean, comfortable and pleasant. Good and abundant breakfast. Excellent value for money. Also excellent meal at the restaurant. Staff always available, friendly and efficient. Overall excellent rating.

Recently renovated structure with very cute and particular mountain style materials but still to be completed. Convenient location but the proximity of the road is a downside. Extremely friendly staff, especially the owner Deborah (very friendly and helpful), à la carte restaurant with a high-level menu. Excellent breakfast!

Grazie delle belle parole. Speriamo di potervi avere nuovamente nostri graditi ospiti in occasione della Granfondo Sportful del 2022. Per allora i lavori di ristrutturazione saranno teminati da un bel po'! (i lavori al piano dove avete alloggiato termineranno tra qualche settimana, la parte di facciata esterna non ancora completamente restaurata verrà completata in autunno). Ci scusiamo per eventuali disagi, legati ai lavori di ristrutturazione, che potremmo averle creato.

Friendly, courteous, and welcoming staff. Warm and welcoming establishment. Clean and fragrant environment. DELICIOUS pizza for dinner. The only downside, but I don't think it's the hotel's fault, is that when you take a shower, the whole bathroom floods. In my opinion, they made a mistake in making the slopes.

On the road but quiet. Ideal location to reach Lamon or Primiero. Try the restaurant in the same building. Beautiful summer park. Exteriors under renovation, brand new interiors.
