Amazing in so many ways. We loved staying there and highly recommend it. The location of the flat, right in the historic centre of Padua, could not be bettered. Having an entire two-bedroom flat with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen in such an area is extraordinary, and even more extraordinary is the flat itself. It is excellent value for money, and staying there feels like being welcomed as a guest in someone's home. It is not for everybody: three floors up with no lift, old-fashioned decor, no living room and no view. For us, however, these factors pale into insignificance compared to its virtues. The owner and her daughter are absolutely charming, really helpful, welcoming and efficient. This property is first on our list for any further visit to Padua, especially given the difficulty of finding good, affordable hotel accommodation in the city.

Ideally located. The only downside is the 3 floors to climb on foot. But it is good exercise.

Our stay in Mrs Manuela's apartment was perfect! The house is very elegant, cozy, warm and equipped with every comfort. It feels like a 'lived-in' home and like being in your own home! The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. It is located in the heart of the historic center and, stepping out the door, you are immediately immersed in the life of the city with its squares, markets and monuments. At the same time, however, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful and is easily reachable both on foot and by tram. Mrs Manuela lives next door and is immediately available for any need. Highly recommended! We will definitely return on our next stay in Padua.

I stayed two nights with my mother in this very nice antique-style apartment in the heart of Padova. Great location being just a few meters from the main squares. Cute and historic atmosphere. The owner, Manuela, super kind and courteous, always available to our requests. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location, practically in Piazza della Frutta, a few minutes walk from the main points of interest in the city center. Apartment equipped with everything. Kind and helpful manager. We will definitely come back if we have to stay in Padua again.
