I found the price difference requested after booking for adding a second guest excessive (comparable to what is charged at a four-star property).

Buongirono Sig.ra Carnimeo Rosa, ci dispiace non aver riscontrato il suo aprrezzamento. Chiaramente la nostra struttura non è un hotel a 4 stelle, per quanto la nostra attenzione a tutto sia molto alta, il nostro ospite per noi è molto importante. Mi permetto però di segnalare che un hotel a 4 stelle sul mercato nello stesso periodo della sua prenotazione non la trova a meno di € 350/notte solo pernottamento, può tranquillamente verificare. Secondo la Vostra prenotazione Doppia ad uso singola, tipologia camera Junior Suite, avete pagato € 98,5/notte + € 40 del secondo ospite, da Voi richiesto, che dormiva su divano letto matrimoniale (eravate stati informati telefonicamente del sovraprezzo), mi scusi ma non mi sembra un importo fuori luogo, considerando la preparazione del letto + asciugamani + bottiglie di acqua,the,camomilla,tisane,caffè e biscotti in dotazione gratuita. Ringraziamo comunque dell'opportunità che ci avete concesso , sperando di avervi nuovamente come ospiti e di soddisfarvi maggiormente, grazie, Cordiali saluti. LA DIREZIONE
