The property is located at a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Peschiera del Garda. Rooms are clean and comfortable and include a private bathroom, A/C, TV, small fridge, and WiFi. Car park is available in front of the property (free). Breakfast is served at the restaurant (approximately 800 m) from the property. A nice place to return.

The property is very clean, the hosts are very friendly and do not disturb you at all. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area, not far from the city center. The distance between the property and the railway station is about 2 km. The house does have a tiny garden, where you can relax with a glass of prosecco in your hand. In the morning, on your way to the city center, you can stop by and eat a delicious breakfast at the "La Terrazza" tavern. Last but not least, I have to mention that the price was very good. I warmly recommend it to anyone passing by.

It's a good place actually. Very clean. But the breakfast is not in the same place and you have to walk around 15 minutes to the restaurant. There is no any reception. Before our stay there they told us that there is reception till 15:00. We reached the house around 14:30 and there wasn't anyone. The only option was to call the owner to give us a code for the safety box with the keys.

We had a great stay and so far I have never slept so well anywhere else! Everything was great and the people are also very nice! Breakfast was served with great care in their own restaurant at the table and we were served very attentively. For a B&B, in my opinion, quite expensive, since it is not directly in the city. That's my only criticism! Otherwise, we were very satisfied and will gladly come back when we are in the area.

The room was very clean and was cleaned daily. For Italian standards, a very extensive and delicious breakfast was served. The staff or owners were very friendly and attentive. The location of the rooms is in a residential area slightly away from the city center, but reachable in about 5-10 minutes on foot. Breakfast is served in the associated pizzeria/restaurant. A clear recommendation.

Preis top, Leisung top! Nach unserem 5 tägigen Aufenthalt in Peschiera kann ich diese Pension nur empfehlen. Die Zimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss eines Hauses. Wir hatten einen Raum für 2 Personen mit Doppelbett, einer Klimaanlage, TV, kleinem Kühlschrank und eigenem, kostenlosen WLAN. Frühstück gibt es von 8 - 10 Uhr und täglich ab ca. 10: 30 kommt der Putzdienst und reinigt sehr gründlich. Zum Frühstück muss man allerdings gut 10 min laufen oder 2 min mit dem Auto fahren. Im Bad gibt es eine Dusche, Waschbecken, ein Bidet, Klo und eine Heizung. Auch wird immer sauber gemacht und auf Wunsch bekommt man täglich neue Handtücher. Die Betreiber sind auch sehr nett und offen. Gerne wieder.

We found only one extra pillow (we were three), the non-gas refrigerator is of very poor quality. The room is small and the communicating door with the adjacent room (we were not informed at the time of booking) does not guarantee privacy. The price of €180.00 for 2 nights, excluding breakfast, is high for this structure.

Buongiorno Gentile Alessandro, Ringraziamo per la sua opinione molto importante per noi, siamo molto grati che abbiate apprezzato la pulizia a cui teniamo particolarmente. In merito al cuscino in più, è uno solo poiché se ne mettessimo uno per ogni persona occuperebbe tutto l'armadio e spesso lo spazio per riporre le cose è maggiormente gradito, non tutti hanno bisogno di cuscini in più, dunque se necessario può essere richiesto. Il minifrigo presente in camera è una tipologia di frigo da hotel e come tale non può avere le stesse prestazioni di un normale frigo "da casa", è compatto e pratico per chi lo usa per vacanze di qualche giorno, ha la possibilità di modificare i gradi se lo si vuole più o meno freddo, ma se ci fosse stato qualche problema avremmo potuto verificare dopo una sua chiamata. Poiché la Vs camera era come tutte le altre a uso privato e con entrata privata vorremo chiarire per chi ci legge che la stanza adiacente a cui vi riferite è un corridoio ad uso esclusivo vostro. Probabilemente c'è stata un incomprensione facilmente risolvibile con un colpo di telefono o un messaggio al nostro numero. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo da voi comunicato nella recensione specifichiamo a cosa si riferisce, infatti siete stati nostri ospiti in 3 persone per due notti nel ponte del 2 giugno, calcoli alla mano sono €30 a persona in camera privata con bagno privato, ogni servizio essenziale, parcheggio privato, 500 metri dal centro storico di Peschiera del Garda etc Speriamo in ogni caso di avere l'opportunità di riavervi come ospiti in modo da garantirvi cuscini in più e ogni informazione che vi sarà utile a tutelare la Vostra privacy. The room is very nice and the possibility of having a restaurant a stone's throw from the room is great. I didn't like that no one was present upon our arrival and we were given a combination to get the key and the lack of windows in the room which causes a stale smell that welcomed us. We stayed in three (some nights in 4) for two weeks in August 2022. The 2 owners are two very very very welcoming and kind brothers. They always met our every need, from the silliest to the most complex. The cleaning service is excellent, apart from a few minor incidents independent of the owners. The small inconveniences were always promptly resolved! Truly excellent all around! The only tiny regret concerns the restaurant, about 400/500 meters away from the b&b, with slightly limited hours for those who want a vacation with relaxed schedules (we never managed to go for lunch or breakfast). The kindness of the owners Paola and Gianantonio was exquisite! Thank you very much for making our stay splendid! A suggestion? A few more tips and some brochures on tourist itineraries. Management, all in all, efficient despite some significant delays in responding via WhatsApp to some requests. Breakfast sufficient given the price: to review the quality of the croissants served and found already on the table before arrival, and therefore available to flies. Spacious room, clean but closed, lacking a view except for the entrance door, for which not even a mosquito net has been considered, so you are forced to stay shut in the room... Suffocating. Recommended for accommodating guys but not for families.

We stayed here for one night. Comfortable room, everything very clean, good location just a few steps from the center and the lake. The owners are very cute and kind! The breakfast is great, for all tastes. Highly recommended.

Good location, a few steps from the center and the lake, in a quiet area, comfortable and well-kept room, spacious bathroom, all very clean. Breakfast for all tastes, good and plentiful, you can easily have seconds without problems. Very kind and caring owners, very professional. I recommend it!

I went with a friend to Peschiera del Garda for a few days. Very happy with the choice made. Excellent location slightly outside the center but within a few minutes walk. Private parking. Excellent cleanliness. Small architectural barrier of a few steps to reach the room. The only inconvenience is that you have to go to the managers' restaurant for breakfast. Still a few minutes walk. Despite this, excellent and abundant breakfast, you can ask for more without problems. The staff is very kind and helpful.

I must thank these two wonderful people, very kind, always very attentive to the problems of their customers. To tell the truth, I also found the inhabitants of Peschiera del Garda very kind. I highly recommend everyone to take a trip to this city and maybe stay in this structure with these very nice, very cordial and very kind managers. With affection, Amari Mario.

Great location for those who want to visit the lower Lake Garda. The room is new, spacious and well furnished, complete with TV and air conditioning. Bathroom with shower. The managers are very kind and helpful. Excellent breakfast served in the property's restaurant, where it is also advisable to have dinner with excellent quality and prices. Private parking in front of the property.

Ho soggiornato una notte in questa struttura in quanto ero di passaggio per lavoro. La stanza e la struttura erano estremamente curate e assolutamente pulite, a ciò si aggiunge la grande cortesia del gestore e la posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi il lago. Anche prezzo è stato ragionevole per la stagione e comunque più interessante della concorrenza sul posto. Consiglio quindi caldamente questo ottimo B&B.

La struttura composta da singoli appartamentini, si trova a 5 minuti dalla stazione di Peschiera del Garda. Facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Il servizio di pulizia offerto è più che buono, solo qualche ristagno di polvere sotto il letto ma non molto evidente. Il gestore è disponibilissimo a qualsiasi problema che può capitare durante il soggiorno. Un rapporto qualità prezzo abbastanza elevato. Giudizio generale molto buono. Consigliato!

La camere sono piccole, posizionate in una bella zona silenziosa abbondante colazione e i menu convenzionati sono cucinati bene e abbondanti molto gentile il titolare soddisfatto anche per il prezzo.

Le camere sono decorose posizionate in una zona molto silenziosa e abbastanza vicine al ristorante e al centro. Il gestore è molto disponibile e gentilissimo. I pasti sono ben cucinati e abbondanti. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e confortevole e pertanto mi ritengo soddisfatto anche per il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Il titolare è cordialissimo e disponibilissimo. Le camere sono dislocate a 500 mt dal ristorante, ma facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. I menù convenzionati sono abbondanti e ben cucinati. Le camere accoglienti, presenza di frigobar e condizionatore-tv. Praticamente ottimo per piccole famiglie e per soggiorni non lunghi. Rispettate totalmente le mie aspettative- qualità -prezzo buono.
