I stayed at this property for my thesis defense and I had a great experience. Gianluca, the owner, is very kind and helpful, an aspect not to be underestimated. The property is really nice and welcoming, nothing to criticize, everything perfect. The bed is very comfortable and the cleanliness impeccable. Regarding value for money, I find it is not overpriced like other places on the island, so quite affordable even for students living away from home. The property is in a strategic location, close to the station and Piazzale Roma. It is perfect for those who want to stay away from the tourist crowds. Thanks again for everything, Gianluca!

A beautiful experience, clean and cozy bed and breakfast, the owner a very kind guy with a lot of manners, availability, but above all the kindness of the cleaning lady, fast and very polite. Highly recommended.
