Every morning, from 7:30 to 9:30, the day begins with the aroma of coffee and a breakfast made with fresh, local ingredients. The buffet features cold cuts and cheeses from the area, mountain yogurt, fresh milk, farm-fresh hard-boiled eggs, seasonal fruits, croissants, homemade pastries, and freshly baked bread. Hot beverages are served at the table by Cristina, who greets each guest with a smile. It’s a simple and genuine moment of pleasure to start the day surrounded by the tranquility and scents of the Dolomites.
