Our B& B is located at Borbiago district of Mira in an area surrounded by peaceful countryside, in an area known for its spa waters and facilities (Terme di Salzano), in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, quiet, for enjoying a stunning panorama. "Hobo" is a period building where echoes of the past blend with modern comfort.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to, enjoy and buy local artisan products, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, explore cultural events and exhibitions, wander amid the scents and sounds of the area's many gardens.

Great B&B! The rooms are lovingly decorated with attention to detail by Valentina! An ideal place to be along the Brenta, but also not far from Venice and Padua. For us, it was the perfect stopover on our journey south.

We felt very comfortable. Valentina is a very charming woman and always ready to provide information and advice. We were only there for one night, ideal for boarding in Venice the next day. I can recommend this accommodation 100%.

Everything was perfect! Stayed for 2 nights with 3 people, a very nice place, well-kept and clean. Abundant breakfast with quality products. Valentina is a very pleasant, friendly, and substantial person, I will return as soon as possible! :)

The Hobo B&B is very welcoming, the rooms are clean and charming, the common areas include a kitchen, equipped with everything needed and a large table, and a gazebo in the garden, also furnished with a large table. The breakfast is excellent and abundant. Valentina, who manages the B&B, is very affable, friendly and hospitable, always available to meet our needs and to chat amiably with us during relaxing moments. My wife and I felt at home.

In two families of 4 and with two small dogs, we were able to stay in a very comfortable accommodation close to all the primary services. In the blink of an eye, you reach Venice. The rooms are very clean, complete with everything, spacious and tastefully furnished. The shared spaces, like the kitchen, are comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. Valentina is precise, punctual, and invaluable for the many directions on how to move around Venice. BREAKFAST IS UNIQUE, ALL FRESH AND DELICIOUS. We had a really good time and will come back at the first opportunity.

Valentina not only provided me and my ninety-year-old mother with a very respectful welcome, but she was prompt in responding to every request and need. We were in the area for family business but we witnessed the detailed explanations and perfect assistance provided to the tourists staying at the 'Hobo'. The breakfast is excellent, varied but above all full of smiles and a 'homely atmosphere'. It will definitely be a pleasure to return.

We were guests at Hobo during the last weekend and we really enjoyed it. Mrs. Valentina is, and we don't say this just to say it, fabulous. Unique hospitality, abundant breakfast with jams made by her own hands, with great knowledge of the area and in love with it, she advises you best on how to get to Venice and where to have lunch/dinner both in the "City" and in the vicinity of the B&B. The cleanliness, the minimal but "warm" furnishings, the colors and the light that pervade the rooms make you feel at home. Thank you for everything.\n\nWe highly recommend it and if we were to return to the "lagoon" again, we will definitely visit her again.

Excellent structure, well furnished in a simple, practical, and above all clean manner. Valentina is a very helpful and hospitable person, and the dog and the cats are also very nice and always ready to celebrate. Excellent breakfast well prepared with hot croissants just baked, Nutella, and jams of your choice. There is also a kitchenette that allows you, if you want, to prepare something when you return from Venice. Excellent location that allows you to reach Venice in various ways (car + train, car + ferry, car + bus).

The owner is really a great woman, welcoming, nice and very available. She has a little dog that is the end of the world and the structure is simple and welcoming, as well as being extremely clean. There is a beautiful garden, an excellent place to spend days in total peace and relaxation, where it is easy to forget every problem and think about one's own health. The breakfast is abundant and really excellent. In short, you really feel at home. Thank you for everything and congratulations.

Highly recommended. A weekend in total relaxation. The owner is very helpful, friendly, and prepares excellent jams. Her cats roam around the garden, making the atmosphere even more relaxing. The orange room where we stayed is beautiful, welcoming, and above all, clean. Excellent breakfast. Thank you.

The bed and breakfast Hobo is very welcoming and comfortable, with really beautiful and original rooms. The cleanliness is excellent and is carried out every morning. The breakfast is good and plentiful. Valentina, the manager of the bed and breakfast, is very kind and always ready to be available for any need. She is excellent at providing information about Venice, telling its history, art, secrets, and traditions. She is unique in recommending the best itineraries and the most important works. The quality/price ratio is very good. This was my first stay here but it certainly will not be the last. Highly recommended.

Simplicity and taste: two words to summarize what I found at the B&B Hobo. The house is furnished in a simple and original way and Valentina's hospitality makes you feel really at home. I found the room perfectly clean and welcoming and the breakfast well taken care of in detail. I was doubtful about the location, but Venice is just a stone's throw away and well served by public transport. Nice, I will return.
