Great location for those seeking tranquility, renovated rooms, comfortable beds, excellent cleanliness. The only downside, as far as I'm concerned, is the breakfast, which only offers coffee capsules and packaged pastries from the supermarket. Other than that, I recommend the property.

The bed and breakfast was recently renovated and very well maintained, even though it is located quite far from the village. The owner was a helpful and kind person. I found the supply of shower gel/shampoo insufficient, one pouch is barely enough to wash but not enough for shampooing. Everything else was okay.

Located in the countryside, in a very quiet and noise-free area, ideal for relaxing. If with the arrival of the nice weather the adjacent area could be used with some tables and a shading tent...😉

The location of the property is exceptional, being situated outside the village of Fontigo, thus with absolute tranquility and no parking problems. Spacious rooms, very clean, with modern furnishings. The manager, Mr. Fabrizio, was very kind, he waited for us, we were late due to an accident on the highway. Very affordable price, 65/night for two people, without breakfast. Overall excellent review.

New structure, spacious and well soundproofed rooms. Private parking, motorcycle green space around, 5 minutes walk from the village of Fontigo.

Great stay in this lovely Bed and Breakfast immersed in peace. Upon our arrival, we called the owner who quickly reached us and provided all the necessary information. Excellent cleanliness as well as the breakfast that offers everything you need in its small size. We will return to Elis Rooms again for a baptism next May and it will certainly be our "home" every time we go to visit our relatives in Mosnigo. Highly recommended to everyone. Thank you Elis.

Cozy, clean, kindness and availability.

We stayed only one night. Room in excellent condition and clean, good breakfast.

Excellent structure, essential but with everything necessary, very kind and helpful owner, clean room, fantastic bed, never slept so well in a b&b, excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

Everything ok, but to improve the TV should have a working antenna, maybe it was a coincidence but only 1 / 2 channels were visible.

The structure is a bit isolated from the town center, but, for work, the location is strategic with respect to the various Companies in the furniture field.

I stayed only one night. Ideal place for quality/price ratio, tidy, clean, new. The breakfast is sufficient, could be better organized, but overall I had a good experience, if I had to come back in the area, I would choose this place again.
