I will give double thumbs up to the host, Mr. Giovani. He speaks good English, gave me a lot of information before I checked in, and helped me make calls when I had car issues but was unable to communicate with the car rental company. I really appreciate his generous help.

Highly recommended. Excellent and helpful host. A cosy apartment in a stunning location. Well positioned if you have a car. Parking on site. The host can provide excellent recommendations for the best day hikes. Clean and comfortable with a kitchen, lounge room, balcony, and a second-floor bedroom and bathroom.

A truly lovely and welcoming apartment. Compact, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with a TV, stove, dishes, towels, a toaster, and even playing cards. It had everything we needed (and more) for a perfect stay. The location is great, just a quick 5-minute drive from the city center. We had such a comfortable and pleasant time here and will always remember it fondly. A big thank you to Giovanni, the kind and attentive owner, always available, extremely helpful, and thoughtful. Highly recommended, and the prices are great too.

We arrived very late in the pouring rain, and our host Giovanni was there to greet us and make us feel welcome. We were (and still are!) very grateful for his hospitality. The property is ideally situated for the Tre Cime walk, and the mountain views from the property are sensational.

This place was unbelievable with an out of this world view. A cozy and clean apartment in the middle of the Dolomiti. It is well equipped for cooking and a very nice design that fits with the mountain vibe. Giovanni is an amazing host that was always available if we needed something. He even offered to pick us up from the bus stop. This place made our experience at Cortina even better and we are super lucky to have found it. We cannot recommend this place enough.

Nice holiday flat just 1 km east of Cortina d'Ampezzo in a quiet village "Alvera" with 2 restaurants within walking distance. Flat is compact, but comfortable for a couple and a family with just one child OR two adult friends on holiday together. You get a garage and a good rate for charging electric cars from mains socket. Host lives next door is nice and attentive.

Best host, best location for a cozy stay, functional and tidy.

Price too high compared to the size and especially the quality of the accommodation (infrastructure, poor sound insulation).

Overall spectacular, easy arrival and communication with Giovanni! Very clean with everything needed and a great location. The only thing I would say is that I would have liked to know upon check-in that if we raised the heating it was an additional charge, given that when he explained it to us we did not know, the rest is highly recommended.

Great option for staying in Cortina, not in the town center but within walking distance of it. Good value for money. The welcome and service were also good.

Good morning. The rating should be interpreted depending on how a person plans their holidays and the period in which they take them. In my case, being in August and being an avid hiker, it is perfect. What can I say: the real attraction is the Dolomites with their many hiking opportunities for all levels. Cortina is a bit chaotic and full of traffic. Finding a parking space is not easy, not even if you pay. It is still worth seeing. I would recommend a different time of year. Unfortunately, I can only come in August. Thank you.

Wonderful house in a wonderful location. My boyfriend and I are truly grateful to the owner for hosting us in his home. Wonderful welcome and availability and a stay of complete relaxation and beauty. Highly recommended! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

An issue with the cooking plate left us 2 evenings and 1 breakfast without the opportunity to cook and drink coffee. The manager was helpful.

A dream weekend.

Clean, tidy and nice apartment. Please note, there are only 2 small burners, so we did not cook ourselves. With the car, you can easily get to the center of Cortina, but without a car it is not doable (steep, mountainous terrain, high altitude). Overall, we had a lovely stay!
