Casaliva is located half an hour's walk from the shores of Lake Garda, in an area rich in history, architecture and culture, in a panoramic and quiet position in the hills.
Casaliva is a typical Italian-style residence that offers its guests double rooms and a large garden with swimming pool and jacuzzi; breakfast is served outdoors on the panoramic terrace with lake view.
Surroundings
Casaliva is situated on the hill between Bardolino and Garda, the area is quiet and surrounded by greenery. From here it is possible to go for walks or mountaibike tours on dirt paths that connect the different villages of the lake and its hinterland.
Structure features
The rooms are similar but all have different characteristics. Most of them have an independent entrance from the garden. Large terraces equipped with wooden table and balconies with deck chairs allow you to relax outdoors with the comfort of the room at hand.
Each room has a private bathroom with shower, heating, hairdryer, washbasin and bidet. The climate is free and present in all rooms equipped with smart-TV, safe and fridge.
A covered car park with hail net and a covered garage, closed during the night, for bicycles are available on site free of charge for guests.
Breakfast is served outdoors, in the panoramic garden with lake view. The products are local and often organic.

In the morning, from 8 to 10: 30 the panoramic terrace facing the lake will welcome you for breakfast. Typical products will be waiting for you showing themselves in the different recipes to amaze you every time, a taste of each proposal is almost indispensable!

A wonderful accommodation, surrounded by olive groves! Located away from the hustle and bustle, the estate of this lovely family invites you to stay longer. Even in the morning during breakfast on the terrace, you can already enjoy the splendid view of the lake and be pampered with homemade delicacies. The family of the house is always available for any questions and tries to make the guests' holiday as pleasant and stress-free as possible. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back.

After many years we finally managed to have the pleasure of staying at this magnificent property. Very friendly, sunny and attentive managers to every need. Splendid location nestled among the olive trees and a breathtaking view of Lake Garda. Calm and tranquility are the characteristics that stand out for a relaxing holiday with a touch of luxury, it is absolutely a treat to indulge in.

We stayed at this beautiful location for only one night. But we had a great time. Maximum availability from Sara and her family, cleanliness and attention to detail make the difference: swimming pool, whirlpool, and green space. Spacious rooms and private bathroom, in short, nothing is missing! Highly recommended! A big thank you to the owners, we will definitely be back!
