The property was clean and tidy and in a nice, quiet location, for the price we paid for a family of 4 also good value. From here, you can get to Venice in about 45 minutes and use the park and ride into the center (it will take a bit longer if driving country roads instead of using the toll motorway). Caorle and its nice sandy beach are also about a 40-minute drive away. Lots of local vineyards nearby to visit. The supermarket is about 5km away. So, if you want a quiet location and don't mind driving, this could be what you're looking for. P. S Take your own hairdryer.

We stayed 1 night with 3 adults. The apartment was clean, the breakfast offered was varied with packaged snacks, cookies, and croissants. The reception was good.

We stayed in the single room but the property also has a mini-apartment with en-suite bathroom and breakfast. In the single room, the bathroom is external, on the lower floor (still private) without a bidet. Two large towels and two small ones were provided, only hand soap and no hairdryer. The room is spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. It has an espresso coffee machine, but the capsules were missing. Nothing to complain about the cleanliness, but the room was not cleaned during the two days of our stay; I don't know about longer periods. The price is acceptable, but considering the difficulty of the external bathroom and its poor equipment, it could be adjusted. I cannot comment on the mini-apartment as I did not see it. I would recommend the single room only for short stays and without high expectations.

Spacious apartment with every comfort. The location is a bit tricky to find and breakfast could be improved, but otherwise everything is perfect. Very appreciated hospitality, they waited for us until late.

Too bad we only stayed for one night. Quiet area surrounded by flowers and very fragrant lavender in the middle of the countryside. Very characteristic house, well taken care of in every small detail. Feels like being in Provence, half an hour from the sea. Recommended.

Very friendly and helpful manager. Very convenient situation with children, spacious rooms furnished with everything necessary, small garden and parking space attached to the house. The kitchenette is very useful. Not very close to the sea but worth it!

Very clean facility, pleasant welcome, you enjoy a great sleep! I stayed for 2 weeks in a row because the quality/price ratio is excellent. The owners are very attentive to customer needs, ready to customize the service and therefore improve it. I would highly recommend trying to stay in this facility for both work and leisure trips. If you want a breakfast tailored to your needs, ask and you will be satisfied.

The manager was very helpful, the location was good, the service was excellent, and the price was great. From there, you can reach the sea as well as archaeological areas to visit such as Portogruaro and Concordia. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable structure located in a convenient position if you want to reach Portogruaro, the sea, with the highway nearby. Excellent and courteous management with abundant breakfast at the time that is most convenient. We felt really good and even freer than in a hotel. Definitely recommendable.
