A truly charming and very well located accommodation, 3 minutes from the Vaporetto. The welcome is perfect, as well as our host's French. However, be careful with the steep staircase access for elderly people.

Absolutely to be recommended! Located in a neighborhood that is perfectly quiet and very lively, a fifteen-minute walk from St. Mark's Square and a few minutes from the Giardini and Biennale vaporetto stops that allow you to go everywhere, the apartment is spacious, bright, very well equipped in every way and perfectly clean. I stayed there alone but, with a mezzanine, it can comfortably accommodate 5 people. The contact before departure is easy, the welcome is simple and efficient, the owners, who live on the same landing, are available, responsive, helpful and discreet. Worth noting for people with mobility issues, the apartment is on the 3rd floor, at the top of a slightly steep staircase. Lastly, to find it easily, just look for a brick arch in the gardens, cross it by taking Rio Terà S. Isepo. At the first intersection, you will see the sign "Paludo S. Antonio" on the right.

Super nice host. Great apartment in terms of furnishings and location. A bit outside the tourist flow yet quickly in the center. Only in one room it didn't get really cool despite the air conditioning in the apartment, for those who prefer not to be too hot at night. :) I would book the apartment again.

Very nice and clean apartment. A stone's throw from the Biennale and the vaporetto stop. Close to the supermarket and restaurants, but away from the tourist chaos. The manager is friendly and helpful, he also gave us very useful 'tips'.

Structure located in an excellent position, a stone's throw from the vaporetto to the islands and the city center, and practically adjacent to the Biennale gardens! Easily reachable from the station with lines 4.1 and 5.1. Very spacious and comfortable environment, Mrs. Silvia, the owner, is very kind and helpful. Very very pleasant stay!

Great location, very cute and well-maintained apartment. The only flaw, I'm sorry to say, was the old and uncomfortable mattress. Apart from this detail, I must say it wasn't bad at all, 10 minutes walk to reach San Marco, located in a quiet area with a lot of greenery.

Excellent solution, in every sense: very kind owners, renovated apartment, well-maintained and tastefully furnished. It's not right in the center, but position should not necessarily be understood as the distance from the center: a good location also depends on the context, which in this case is the Castello district, the most authentic area of Venice. All at a very fair price.

We were greeted by Mrs. Silvia with great courtesy and availability, she came to welcome us at the ferry stop a short distance from the apartment. Communication with her has always been easy and comprehensive. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything you may need for a cozy stay. Despite being in the center, it is located in a very quiet area near the Biennale gardens and a short distance from the Arsenale. I recommend it without any hesitation.

Brand new apartment, in a very quiet and peaceful area. The air conditioning system works great. It's easy and quick to reach the main tourist attractions with line 1 or 2. Within a 5-minute walk, there is a well-stocked small supermarket, which also has a deli section with great prices for those who want to use the apartment for meals.

Good morning. We stayed from 6th to 9th September and I had a great time. The location is convenient, in 15 minutes on foot you are in Piazza San Marco. The house is located in an area where there are tourists, of course, but there are also many Venetians around: it is definitely still an extremely livable area of Venice. The kind owner welcomed us giving us all the practical information to visit the city. The house is beautiful, clean, and with all the amenities even for a prolonged stay. I had a great time and I intend to come back to visit Venice, there are too many places to see and I will definitely return to the same house.

I stayed with two friends. Very kind, precise, and helpful managers. The apartment is all white, bright, clean, and detailed. Quiet, as it is in an area not frequented by tourists, allows you to grasp the Venetian way of life. The distance from San Marco and other 'cult' places is minimal. Despite the three flights of stairs, we had a great time.
