What an amazing location - right on the Campo dei Frari! We had a wonderful stay at the property. Our host sent a very knowledgeable representative to let us in and give the keys. The apartment was clean and comfortable with adequate cooking and washing facilities for the duration of our stay. The bathroom was quite small and pokey - I’m 6’2” so getting in and out was slightly tricky, but not impossible. I guess properties like this in Venice are always going to be expensive, as this one was. I do recommend the property for a few days in Venice.

The accommodation is great. The host advised us on how to use the bus to get to the city and met us on arrival. She was responsive to communication. The location is in a central area of Venice. We were able to walk to the major sights and to good restaurants. The room was clean and well kept. It was helpful to have an elevator and a washing machine. She helped us get a porter to get to the train station.

My stay at Ca' Badoer was wonderful. It is a very old building (like all structures in Venice) that is well maintained, centrally located in Venice and at a walking distance from the railway station and waterbus stops. There are lots of shops, restaurants & cafes nearby. The studio we stayed in was very clean, well furnished and all amenities as mentioned in the advertisement were available. Our host was also welcoming, friendly and respectful in communication. Some things that could have been slightly better, and I am not complaining here at all, is that the lift that took us to our 3rd-floor studio was very small. Also, the area of the balcony in the kitchen is extremely small, not suitable to stand or sit with comfort. But one visits Venice to enjoy the historical city and one rarely spends a lot of time at home, so these small issues are mostly of no concern at all.

There are so many nice things to report! The location is great, away from the crowds but very easy to get around. There's a lift, which is something quite rare to find. Our host was wonderful. She made us feel so welcome in this charming flat (with a great shower!) and gave us some super insider tips on where to go. She was lovely and spent time showing us on a map various details and information about the city. Thanks so much!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay in the attic flat. The views across the city were phenomenal and we loved hearing the bells from the nearby Frari church. The apartment is in a great location; close to lots of local eateries and a supermarket (Conad supermarket) which we used each day to buy wine and fresh pasta for cooking. The room itself is cosy and warm even in winter and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great location in a quiet street but close to the heart of Venice. A lovely old home with character - and a beautiful bell chiming on the hour nearby. Our host Ketty was extremely kind and generously gave us a late checkout.

Comfortable and well-equipped flat in an interesting area of Venice within easy walking distance to many wonderful churches, schools, museums, restaurants, and shops. All information from hosts was accurate and always prompt in replying. Kitty gave us lots of useful information and was friendly and welcoming. One small area of dissatisfaction was that both of us found the pillows really uncomfortable, but other than that would thoroughly recommend.

We had a wonderful romantic stay in Venice. The accommodation was impeccable, spacious, and clean. We appreciated the ability to cook in the well-equipped kitchen. The quality of the bedding was good. Additionally, the host was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary directions to easily find the accommodation upon our arrival. The house was spacious, very clean, and in a great location to explore Venice. The owners are very kind, they gave us great advice not only on how to move around the city, but also on where to eat authentic 'Venetian' cuisine at fair prices. I highly recommend it!

It was like being at home! Silence and tranquility reign supreme. Immersed in the Sestiere of San Polo, in front of the Basilica S. Maria Gloriosa dei Frari, the apartment or rather the typical Venetian house allows you to move around the whole city. Around there is everything you need for a relaxing and harmonious stay, from food to monuments. I will definitely come back!

When in July we thought of treating ourselves to a few days in Venice in November for the Salute, we never imagined arriving in the city at such a delicate moment. Ketty was a fantastic host, helpful and caring. We stayed in the Family apartment with 3 adults, which is spacious and bright, with a touch of tradition. The kitchen is small, but equipped with the essentials, so we also had lunch at home by shopping at the Rialto market, which is 10 minutes from the apartment (but there is also a supermarket around the corner if needed). The location is perfect, central yet quiet, and the presence of the elevator, when you have luggage with you, is truly a plus! Highly recommended! We will definitely come back.

Very nice apartment and in line with the city's atmosphere, equipped with every modern comfort and complete with everything you need in a 'home': from umbrellas (unfortunately useful for our stay) to the hand blender (!), from the juicer to the iron, to shopping bags etc. Kind and professional managers.\nFulvia.
