Exceptional stay in a beautiful neighborhood. I had a lovely experience at this Airbnb. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and offers everything you could ask for. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The host was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Security measures were top-notch, which gave me great peace of mind. The apartment was equipped with modern comforts including powerful air conditioning, a cozy underfloor heating system, and lightning-fast Wi‑Fi, perfect for both relaxing and working remotely. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to stay with outstanding hospitality.

Everything was very nice, although the breakfast was not what you typically expect in Europe, nothing was fresh all packaged, overall very pleasant.

The accommodation B&B Villa Rosa is fantastic! Its location is perfect, in a very quiet neighborhood zone, just about 5 minutes from Prato della Valle square! The house itself is very modern, clean and the yard (garden) is so beautiful to enjoy peacefully and relaxed. The space inside the house is exquisite - so cozy, decoration is magnificent and very well aesthetically arranged! The kitchen is fully equipped, clean and for everybody's needs. The room is very comfortable with excellent design, with all accessories, but most importantly, it is CLEAN! On a scale from 1 to 10, for the cleanliness of the room and entire property, I would say 13! All in all, there is no lack of anything! The hospitality of Alberto is excellent! He is so attentive, kind and trustworthy. We were informed about every single detail about the accommodation and the city, the days before our arrival and during our staying. We are so delighted by his attention! Just a kind of a perfect host! I would put him and his hospitality on a very high level and as a role model for most of them that are in this business. We are so grateful for all of this! Next time when we come to Padua, we will, definitely, choose again B&B Villa Rosa. It is such a luck to get this kind of, just a perfect, a 5-star B&B! Charming villa in an excellent location, quiet and within a short walk of the center. Spacious rooms, well furnished with all comforts. The host was very attentive to our needs. I would absolutely recommend staying here to explore the city and surrounding area. I hope to return soon.

Fantastic property, location, host, and good value for money.

My stay at Alberto's Villa was fantastic! The villa is beautiful and very much like in the pictures (probably the prettiest residence in the neighbourhood). Alberto was a great host. He called to make sure my plane had landed and even waited around till past midnight to welcome me and show me around. He provided me with a map as well as useful indications of what to visit in Padova and where to eat. Everything in the villa was clean and comfortable. It's a 10-15min walk to the big square (Prato della Valle) and the old town. The tram stop is also nearby but personally I thought walking was faster. Going to Venice is very straight forward as well (tram to the station, then train for about 5euros) and only takes about 25 minutes. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. I'll definitely stay in Alberto's villa again should I find myself in Padova again.

Super nice owner, everything went perfectly. Very quiet location. The parking was even secured by a gate. Everything is perfect. The price-quality ratio is right.

The accommodation is located near the tram / bus stop, making the city center easily accessible. The owner is very friendly. The room is very clean, with air conditioning, shared kitchen available. Nothing is missing. Lovely small garden with seating area. Absolutely recommended.

Excellent for the host's availability (he allowed me to leave the car in the parking lot in the morning even though the stay ended by 10, because I had to attend a medical appointment). The room was beautiful and quiet and, a detail I appreciated, the bathroom linens had a wonderful scent and were very soft. The location is also great for services in the immediate vicinity. If I return to Padua I will definitely consider it. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect. Excellent organization, cleanliness and information. Nothing to complain about. Please note that the tourist tax and parking are added to the price; a daily fee is charged for parking. I would definitely return.

Very welcoming, clean and well-furnished property in a quiet area from which the center is easily reachable. Excellent base for visits to Padua and the surrounding area. The owner is very kind and helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

Beautiful house in a residential area not close to the center (half an hour walk). Great beds. The breakfast is decent and based on packaged products. The manager is kind. The area is quiet.

Good morning, very nice structure, both outside and inside. Welcoming, clean and quiet. It is in a location close to all the monuments of Padua. Mr. Alberto is always very helpful with every request. I found the structure by chance, but I was very happy with it and I truly recommend it to anyone. Simple breakfast, next time I will add fresh croissants. Thank you for everything.

The owner is very kind and helpful. The property is spacious, clean, and located close to the center in a very quiet and peaceful area. The room and bathroom are spacious and very clean, like new. The value for money is excellent.

Very satisfied with everything, especially with the cleanliness and comfort in the room. Quiet area, semi-central, the evenings are not the best, although well connected to the key points of the city.

Nice property, excellent cleanliness, the owner is very friendly and helpful. Perhaps some fresh bakery products are missing at breakfast, and a lighter alternative to the padded duvet. Being heated very well at night, it's a bit sweaty. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Welcoming, tidy, detailed environment. The outside is equipped with a small garden full of plants. The entrance has tables with books available to be consulted during the stay, and the rooms have a minimal look, are spacious and comfortable, with a private bathroom inside. The kitchen area is intimate. Breakfast is based on packaged sweet products, brioche, toast, biscuits, yogurt, butter and jam, sliced bread with the possibility of toasting, tea and herbal tea bags, milk, fruit. Savory products are missing to allow the choice of breakfast type and make it richer and more delicious, within reach of every visitor's taste. The area where B&B Villa Rosa is located is very quiet and peaceful, about a 10-15 minute walk from Piazza Prato della Valle, and nearby the B&B there are free parking spaces.

Stay in a newly renovated mini-apartment on the ground floor of an elegant and finely finished Liberty-style building. Perfect size for 4 people for a short stay, rest guaranteed by the tranquility of the area and very comfortable mattresses. Breakfast could be improved, consisting only of packaged and exclusively sweet products. Manager available and kind. Free street parking and nearby. Slightly high value for money, but compensated by the beauty of Padua.

We stayed only two nights and we had a great time. Very comfortable beds, clean and comfortable room. Bathroom in the room, towels, hairdryer. Quiet area and very close to the center. The self-service breakfast is consumed in the kitchen where the table is already laid out and in the fridge there are several yogurts and fresh fruit. Alberto, the owner, was very friendly and provided us with some useful tips. Good price. We will definitely come back.

As soon as I saw the property on the website, I liked it immediately and had confirmation as soon as I arrived. A Liberty-style villa beautifully renovated. The B&B Villa Rosa is located on the ground floor of this villa consisting of three rooms, each with a private bathroom (we were in the Verbena), and a kitchen for breakfast. The rooms are tastefully furnished in a modern style, complete with every comfort, very quiet, and the bed is really comfortable. Mr. Alberto, the owner, was extremely exquisite and kind! He welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know about the room, breakfast, and check-out. Breakfast is served in the fully equipped kitchen of the apartment, where on the finely set table you can find all sorts of goodies: jams, brioches, rusks, cookies, toast bread, various types of tea, coffee, honey, nesquik, cereals, and in the fridge fruits, milk, water, in short, nothing is missing. We were really pampered and can't wait to go back. The only flaw, if we really want to call it that, is the parking that is not available at the property, but there is a fairly large parking lot at the end of the street, so I would say the problem doesn't exist. The Villa, elegant and new, is located in a central area, close to the main points of interest such as the Basilica of Sant'Antonio, San Leopoldo, and Santa Croce. Also nearby are the main public transport stops. The cleanliness of the property is a distinctive feature along with the availability, hospitality, and kindness of its owner. The breakfast is also rich and well served. Highly recommended for short or long stays!

If I really have to find a flaw... the lack of a shower cap, but just to be picky. We only spent a weekend, but when I return to Padua, I will definitely stay here. Thank you Alberto.

Definitely one of the most beautiful B&Bs I have ever stayed in. The structure is new and very clean with all the services to be in complete relaxation. My wife really appreciated the free wifi and the proximity to the Basilica of Saint Anthony. B&B Villa Rosa is located inside a historic Liberty-style building just a few steps from Prato della Valle and the Basilica of Sant'Antonio. We were welcomed by Alberto who made us stay in a beautiful room with a private bathroom and very comfortable beds. The environment is fresh, clean, and tastefully furnished. We parked for free in front of the B&B, which was very convenient for us as we travel by car. The free wifi and plentiful breakfast are an added bonus of this B&B that I recommend to everyone for a stay in the center of Padova. A true pleasure. Thank you.

Modern structure, very well maintained, extremely clean, equipped with every comfort (including autonomous and very quiet air conditioner). Bathroom well equipped with a large and comfortable shower. Wi-fi works perfectly. At 500 m. (6-7 minutes walk) tram stop, which runs frequently and allows easy access to all points of interest in Padua (also reachable on foot). Absolutely recommended: if I have the opportunity to return to Padua, it will be my first choice.

We were guests of the B&B Villa Rosa for a short stay in Padua, but certainly if there is an opportunity we will return to request to stay in vicolo camelie, because besides enjoying a comfortable and quiet stay, the villa allows you to be immediately in the center. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful house close to the center, the owners are courteous and helpful: there are cheaper B&Bs in Padua but this one is definitely worth the price. Just two observations: 1) there were no shower products in the bathroom 2) it is possible to park in front of the house but the available spots are few (for completeness, I note that there are other parking lots nearby, so it is a negligible problem). Overall, absolutely recommended.

I stayed in the three-bed room of this B&B Villa Rosa for two nights and we had a great time, feeling like we were in our own home. Maximum cleanliness and good soundproofing of the rooms, to the point that we realized we were not the only guests only at breakfast. The property, recently renovated with the part dedicated to guests furnished with great taste in a modern style, is located in a quiet area just outside the historical center of the city, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We would have preferred to find a TV to relax a bit after the city tours, but perhaps its absence is a choice of the owner to avoid disturbing the tranquility of the accommodation. If I were to return to Padua, it will be the first place I will contact to book a room.

Charming recently renovated Liberty villa, in a very quiet yet central area, a pleasant 10-minute walk from Prato della Valle. No need to use transportation if you enjoy walking, and Padua is an accessible, safe city full of unexpected views. A stone's throw away are the old city walls, the sixteenth-century city gate, a prime nineteenth-century neighborhood with delightful Liberty buildings, and the old and glorious Appiani stadium. The room is absolutely comfortable and functional, furnished in an essential yet tasteful way; impeccable bathroom, albeit lacking toiletry set, with a spacious shower. The kitchen is very welcoming and bright, for a rich and varied breakfast, even in the absence of homemade foods. We allowed ourselves to use it for coffee and herbal teas in the afternoon as well. No parking issues, free and right outside the house. Mr. Alberto, extremely discreet and courteous, always smiling, appeared to us as a blend of northern precision and southern flexibility. A beautiful stay, definitely to recommend and to repeat.

I am a precise person especially about beds and cleanliness, and this Bed & Breakfast is new and very well-kept. I spent a very pleasant weekend at the B&B Villa Rosa. The B&B is inside a beautiful and prestigious Villa, but the interior decor is new and very clean. I must say that we had a great time, from the very central location to the correct quality-price ratio. The breakfast is very good and there is free wifi. As someone who travels a lot for work throughout Italy, this is definitely one of the best I have found and I recommend it to everyone.

The accommodation was as described, great! Great location, just a few hundred meters from the center. The interiors were well furnished, modern and attention to detail. Alberto immediately showed himself to be very helpful, showing me the room and the house and putting himself at my complete disposal. Breakfast was included in the price: abundant, tea for tea lovers, coffee for those who prefer coffee. In addition, soaps and towels were already present in the bathroom and usable. What can I say, as if it were a hotel, except it wasn't :).

Never has a choice been more perfect! The B&B Villa Rosa is the ideal accommodation to discover Padua and its beauties. What a great B&B! I would say the best I've tried in the last few years, and believe me, I've tried many. Extremely clean and brand new room, very fast wifi, abundant breakfast with good and fresh products. Large and very comfortable double bed. The Villa was restored last year and looks new. Perfect location just a stone's throw from Prato della Valle and the Basilica of Sant'Antonio. I parked the car without any problems, and most importantly, parking is free. Congratulations to Alberto, the manager, for the quality of this B&B. Definitely coming back next time.
