Even though I stayed for only one night, I really enjoyed my stay. Manager was very kind in allowing us to do an early check-in to leave our luggage and give us the keys. I recommend this property also for its proximity to the train station.

I had the pleasure of staying at 'Simoni 10' for just one night (unfortunately). Cozy, peaceful, and clean environment, located in a particularly convenient position for those who want to visit Verona without having to use the car for transportation. Andrea, the manager, is a sunny and helpful person. I take the opportunity to greet him, Rosa from Taranto.

We stayed at this bed & breakfast from September 2, 2016, to September 4, 2016, my husband and I. Mrs. Gabriella immediately made us feel at home. She is a very kind person, helpful, and conveys a lot of positivity. Abundant breakfast and to top it off, she even gave us an unexpected gift for our wedding anniversary. So, what can I say, highly recommended for those who want to visit Verona (a beautiful city). Far from home but thanks to Mrs. Gabriella we felt at home. Hello Gabry from Lorella and Diego.

We stayed only one night, but we had a great time. Clean room and bathroom, well-positioned structure 10 minutes walk from the Arena and 5 minutes walk from the train station. The owner is very kind and friendly. The breakfast is excellent and the atmosphere is ideal for spending one or more nights in tranquility. I recommend it to all those who want to spend a few days in Verona.

The structure is in a great location just steps from the station and the center. Spacious and clean room, breakfast on request, private bathroom (not in the room) even though it was not requested. The owner, Mrs. Gabriella, is truly a person of exemplary kindness and availability. Many inexperienced managers could only learn from her.

Great location to reach both the station and the historic center. It allows you to get there on foot. The manager is very available, welcoming, and sociable. It also happens to chat on the terrace with other guests, making you feel at home. Okay.
